目前的市场上家纺产品很多,最近几年家纺行业在国内出现了爆发式的增长,但是目前国内市场专门针对于婴幼儿的床品开发少之又少。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明主要提供一种抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料及其生产工艺。
技术方案:一种抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料,采用经纱和纬纱1:2斜纹织造而成,所述经纱为高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维以1:1混纺,所述纬纱为莱卡纤维。
所述竹浆纤维为40~60支。
所述莱卡为40~60支。
一种抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以1:2斜纹织造;
b、烧毛工艺:将步骤a中织造完成的布料以二正一二反进行烧毛,控制布速80~100m/min,织物与还原焰距离1~1.2cm,织物与铜板距离0.5~0.8cm,织物与圆筒距离5~7cm,且控制烧毛级别为4~5级;
c、退浆工艺:将步骤b中烧毛完成的织物进入到热水内1~2min,然后取出再浸渍酶液,固定轧酶温度60℃,然后取出进行保温堆置2h,控制固定堆置温度为55℃,PH为7,NaCL5g/L,JFC1g/L,浴比为1:20;
d、氧漂工艺:将步骤c退浆完成的织物进行氧漂处理,其中用碱20-30kg℃.t -1,用氧12-15kg.t -1,且控制氧压1.0mpa,氧漂温度95~110℃,氧漂时间40~60min;
e、前处理工艺:由于竹浆纤维对碱和温度比较敏感,故而在对高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维混纺织物染色前需要进行前处理,且控制触碱液浓度及温度,以防竹纤维受损,具体处理工艺为将织物放入浴比为1:25的浓度为30%双氧水5 -6 S/L及硅酸钠l5 -2 t/L混合液中进行前处理40min,控制混合液PH=11~12,温度为90~95℃;
f、染色工艺:采用高温一浴一步法,具体工艺处方/% (owf)

h、丝光工艺:调制碱液,其中烧碱26~28份,丝光油3 g.L-1,控制碱液温度15~18℃,将织物放入碱液中45~60min进行丝光处理,控制三槽水洗温度60~70℃,车速11~15m/min,同时确保轧液率为140%;
i、拉幅定型工艺:将织物送入拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,控制拉幅温度:90-110℃ ,且定型时根据手感的加入柔软剂;
j、预缩工艺:为防止面料水洗后缩水,必须经过预缩处理,缩水率控制在3%以内;
k、检验工艺:由检验员逐米进行目视检查以发现和处理不良品。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料,其经纱采用高吸水中空涤纶纤维和竹浆纤维混纺,高吸水中空涤纶纤维具有中空截面,且表面具有内外贯通的孔,因而具有良好的吸水,快干,透气及透湿性,竹浆纤维不仅吸湿透气,还能抗紫外线,抗菌除臭,纬纱采用莱卡纤维,因而具有耐酸碱,耐汗,耐干洗及耐磨,提高了使用寿命。

本发明所揭示的一种抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料,采用经纱和纬纱1:2斜纹织造而成,所述经纱为高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维以1:1混纺,所述纬纱为莱卡纤维,其中所述竹浆纤维为40~60支,所述莱卡为40~60支。
下面以具体的步骤来说明本实施例中抗菌除臭吸湿儿童床单面料的生产工艺:
a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以1:2斜纹织造;
b、烧毛工艺:将步骤a中织造完成的布料以二正一二反进行烧毛,控制布速80~100m/min,织物与还原焰距离1~1.2cm,织物与铜板距离0.5~0.8cm,织物与圆筒距离5~7cm,且控制烧毛级别为4~5级;
c、退浆工艺:将步骤b中烧毛完成的织物进入到热水内1~2min,然后取出再浸渍酶液,固定轧酶温度60℃,然后取出进行保温堆置2h,控制固定堆置温度为55℃,PH为7,NaCL5g/L,JFC1g/L,浴比为1:20;

a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与竹浆纤维混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以1:2斜纹织造;

h、丝光工艺:调制碱液,其中烧碱26~28份,丝光油3 g.L-1,控制碱液温度15~18℃,将织物放入碱液中45~60min进行丝光处理,控制三槽水洗温度60~70℃,车速11~15m/min,同时确保轧液率为140%;
i、拉幅定型工艺:将织物送入拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,控制拉幅温度:90-110℃ ,且定型时根据手感的加入柔软剂;
j、预缩工艺:为防止面料水洗后缩水,必须经过预缩处理,缩水率控制在3%以内;
k、检验工艺:由检验员逐米进行目视检查以发现和处理不良品。
