本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种营养补肾米糊。
背景技术
中医以为,肾有藏精、主生长、发育、生殖、主水液代谢等功能,被称为 “先天之本”。肾亏精损是引起脏腑功能失调,产生疾病的重要因素之一。故许多养生家把养肾作为抗衰防老的重要措施。中医认为,黑色入肾,因此,不论什么季节补肾,都可以遵循这个基本原则。
现在随着环境的日益恶化、市场竞争的加剧,人们的生活节奏越来越快, 生活和工作压力的增大,加之经常应酬和不合理的饮食结构等极易造成肾脏亏虚。目前市场上的保护肾脏或补肾类药物或保健品的种类繁多,但补肾效果不佳、 副作用大,甚至有些补肾药物含有激素,造成人体内分泌紊乱,可能会对人体造成伤害。而其他的不带有药品成分的许多食材都只是味道鲜美,并没有保健的作用。
米糊是一种具有一定粘度和稠度的半固态物质,是由各种谷物经机械粉碎和水煮糊化后得到的。米糊的制作原料较丰富,有各类米、杂粮还有薯类。米糊可迅速为人体所吸收,可促进食欲。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种配比合理、能够补肾养肝,缓解疲劳、口感良好的一种营养补肾米糊。
本发明的目的是通过下列的技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的营养补肾米糊,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
黑米20%、黑糯米20%、红米15%、黑荞麦15%、黑豆5%、黑芝麻5%、核桃5%、红衣花生5%、山药4%、黑枣肉4%、枸杞2%。
所述的营养补肾米糊的制备方法如下:
(1)选取没有虫害、没有变质的良好的上述材料,并放入清水中清洗10-15分钟,然后自然沥干;
(2)将上述材料分别粉碎至400-500目细粉;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的黑米、黑糯米、红米、黑荞麦、黑豆细粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,武火煮沸,转为文火煮20-30min;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的黑芝麻、核桃、红衣花生、山药、黑枣肉、枸杞细粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,小火煮20-30min;
(5)将步骤(3)和步骤(4)的米糊混合起来煮沸,加入白砂糖,搅拌均匀,冷却,杀菌,包装,制得营养补肾米糊。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明的米糊,采用黑米、黑糯米、黑荞麦、黑豆、黑芝麻、黑枣肉纯天然黑色食品为主料,增强集体抗氧化作用,具有补肾、利水消肿,健脾去湿、健脑益智、美容养颜、调理内分泌、提高免疫力等功效,使人们轻松改善身体的亚健康状态。
2.本发明的米糊润滑细腻,口感好,味道鲜美,可增强食欲,达到了保健治疗的目的。
3.本发明的米糊制备过程充分粉碎,更容易吸收。

本发明所述的营养补肾米糊,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
黑米20%、黑糯米20%、红米15%、黑荞麦15%、黑豆5%、黑芝麻5%、核桃5%、红衣花生5%、山药4%、黑枣肉4%、枸杞2%。
所述的营养补肾米糊的制备方法如下:

1.一种营养补肾米糊,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:黑米20%、黑糯米20%、红米15%、黑荞麦15%、黑豆5%、黑芝麻5%、核桃5%、红衣花生5%、山药4%、黑枣肉4%、枸杞2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养补肾米糊,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)选取没有虫害、没有变质的良好的上述材料,并放入清水中清洗10-15分钟,然后自然沥干;
(2)将上述材料分别粉碎至400-500目细粉;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的黑米、黑糯米、红米、黑荞麦、黑豆细粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,武火煮沸,转为文火煮20-30min;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的黑芝麻、核桃、红衣花生、山药、黑枣肉、枸杞细粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,小火煮20-30min;
(5)将步骤(3)和步骤(4)的米糊混合起来煮沸,加入白砂糖,搅拌均匀,冷却,杀菌,包装,制得营养补肾米糊。
