优选的,所述步骤S2中,均质的压力为20~25MPa,时间为5~10min。
本发明还提供了燕麦灵芝粉的另外一种制备方法,所述步骤S5替代为:将燕麦和灵芝洗净,燕麦预先用文火炒制3~6min,然后将炒制后的燕麦和灵芝放于水中浸泡2~5h,再将燕麦和灵芝采用猛火蒸煮,直至燕麦爆粒,加入2~3倍重量的水磨成燕麦灵芝浆,燕麦灵芝浆均质,干燥,得燕麦灵芝粉。优选的,所述步骤S5中,燕麦灵芝浆均质后,再加入燕麦和灵芝重量0.02~0.05%的纤维素酶和蛋白酶混合物,搅拌15~20min。
更优选的,纤维素酶和蛋白酶的重量比为10~19:2~5。
以上所述的养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,包括莲藕、玉米须、灵芝、山楂、燕麦和马蹄六种主要成分,其中:
莲藕:莲藕微甜而脆,制成粉,能消食止泻、开胃清热、滋补养性、预防内出血。
玉米须:性平味甘,能降低血压、利尿消肿;对治疗高血压、糖尿病、肾炎、肥胖等均有疗效。
灵芝:具有补气安神、止咳平喘的功效,用于眩晕不眠、心悸气短、虚劳咳喘,也有用于治疗神经衰弱、高血压、高血脂等症,并可增强抗病能力。
山楂:具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药。
燕麦:富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便;热量低,升糖指数低,能降脂降糖;燕麦中的β-葡聚糖可减缓血液中葡萄糖含量的增加,预防和控制肥胖症、糖尿病及心血管疾病。
马蹄:马蹄含有丰富的淀粉、蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、磷、铁、维生素A、B1.B2.C等;还含有抗癌、降低血压的有效成分——荸荠英;具有清热、消食、醒酒、疗膈、杀疳、化铜、辟蛊、除黄、泄胀、治痢、调崩之功效。
本发明通莲藕、玉米须、灵芝、山楂、燕麦和马蹄的协同作用,能为使用者提供身体所需的各种膳食纤维和营养成分,同时能起到补气安神、健胃消食、降糖降压、降血脂等保健作用,另外由于对山楂进行了预处理,较好的去除了其涩味,还选择了带有甜味成分的马蹄和莲藕来改善口感,从而使得本发明的代餐粉香甜顺滑、口感细腻、口味宜人。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,原料由以下重量份的组分组成:莲藕15份、玉米须2份、灵芝2份、山楂12份、燕麦45份、马蹄30份。
进一步的,制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.山楂的预处理:山楂洗净,加入重量4.5%的盐、0.01%的糖,将盐和糖在山楂表面涂抹均匀,并喷入山楂0.8倍重量的水,放置于密封的容器中,放置7天,然后拿出来揉搓,水中浸泡10分钟,再重复揉搓和浸泡的步骤3次,去除山楂的涩味,去掉果核,将山楂切丁;
S2.马蹄湿淀粉的制作:马蹄洗净,去皮,粉碎,然后放置于打浆机中进行打浆,打浆完成后均质,均质的压力为25MPa,时间为8min,均质后将粉渣和浆液进行分离,弃去粉渣,浆液导入沉淀池中进行沉淀,沉淀完成后取下层淀粉,得马蹄湿淀粉;
S3.将莲藕切丁,玉米须包裹在纱布中,在锅中加入玉米须、莲藕、山楂,再加入6倍重量的水,加入水浸泡2h后,煮沸,文火熬煮并不停搅拌,当锅中汁液开始变得粘稠时,将玉米须取出,继续熬煮莲藕和山楂,并不断挤压莲藕和山楂,直至熬成糊汁;

S5.将燕麦用文火炒制8min,再将炒制后的燕麦和灵芝粉碎至50~80目,得燕麦灵芝粉;
S6. 燕麦灵芝粉与混合食物干粉混合,得养生保健的马蹄代餐粉。
实施例2
一种养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,原料由以下重量份的组分组成:莲藕20份、玉米须3份、灵芝3份、山楂20份、燕麦60份、马蹄40份。

S6. 燕麦灵芝粉与混合食物干粉混合,得养生保健的马蹄代餐粉。
实施例5
一种养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,原料由以下重量份的组分组成:莲藕10份、玉米须1份、灵芝1份、山楂10份、燕麦40份、马蹄20份。
进一步的,制备方法包括以下步骤:

取实施例1~5的马蹄代餐粉分别给高血压患者使用,每天服用100g,用沸水冲调并搅拌至均匀,服用2个月后,相较于未服用的高血压患者,服用实施例1的高血压患者血压下降10毫升汞柱,服用实施例2的高血压患者血压下降5毫升汞柱,服用实施例3的高血压患者血压下降12毫升汞柱,服用实施例4的高血压患者血压下降15毫升汞柱,服用实施例3的高血压患者血压下降13毫升汞柱。
取实施例1~5的马蹄代餐粉和市面上某品牌代餐粉给20位经过培训的人员进行评分,评分包括3个关键指标(溶解性、口感、流动性)进行打分,总分100份,其中溶解性占30份,口感占40份,流动性占30份。

由表2可以看出,本发明的产品溶解性好,尤其是燕麦和灵芝经蒸煮和磨浆处理后的溶解更为迅速。且本发明的口感均爽滑细腻,给人感觉香甜顺滑、口感细腻。

1.一种养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,其特征在于:原料由以下重量份的组分组成:莲藕10~20份、玉米须1~3份、灵芝1~3份、山楂10~20份、燕麦40~60份、马蹄20~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生保健的马蹄代餐粉,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:

S2.马蹄湿淀粉的制作:马蹄洗净,去皮,粉碎,然后放置于打浆机中进行打浆,打浆完成后均质,均质后将粉渣和浆液进行分离,弃去粉渣,浆液导入沉淀池中进行沉淀,沉淀完成后取下层淀粉,得马蹄湿淀粉;
