Abstract
本发明公开一种增进食欲的冲调食品及其制备方法,以重量份计,该冲调食品的组分为:陈皮3~5份、慈姑60~70份、马蹄10~15份、莲藕3~8份、山楂3~5份、蔗糖1~2份。所述冲调食品的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;4)在粉状产品中加入按配比的配料陈皮粉、莲藕粉、山楂粉和蔗糖,并搅拌均匀;5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。本食品具有保健效果好、食用方便、具有药理性作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农作物的栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种增进食欲的冲调食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
茨菇每年处暑开始种植,元旦春节期间收获上市,为冬春补缺蔬菜种类之一,其营养价值较高,主要成份为淀粉、蛋白质和多种维生素,富含铁、钙、锌、磷、硼等多种活性物所需的微量无素,对人体肌能有调节促进作用,中医认为茨菇性味甘平,生津润肺,补中益气,对劳伤、咳喘等病有独特疗效,并且慈姑含维生素B1,维生素B2较多,能维持身体的正常功能,增强肠胃的蠕动,增进食欲,保持良好的消化,对于预防和治疗便秘最佳,药用价值较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保健效果好、食用方便、具有药理性作用的可以增进食欲的冲调食品及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种增进食欲的冲调食品,以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮3~5份、慈姑60~70份、马蹄10~15份、莲藕3~8份、山楂3~5份、蔗糖1~2份。
上述方案优选的,以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮4份、慈姑65份、马蹄12份、莲藕5份、山楂4份、蔗糖1.5份。
本发明同时公开了上述增进食欲的冲调食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;
2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;
3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;
4)在粉状产品中加入按配比的配料陈皮粉、莲藕粉、山楂粉和蔗糖,并搅拌均匀;
5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。
上述方案优选的,在步骤1)中,将慈姑洗净后,进行切片,并将切片放入20-30℃的盐水中浸泡30-40分钟,然后再进行打浆、熟化处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用慈姑作为主要原料,慈姑含维生素B1,维生素B2较多,能维持身体的正常功能,增强肠胃的蠕动,增进食欲,保持良好的消化,对于预防和治疗便秘最佳,并且同时加入陈皮、山楂等促消化的食料,进一步提高使用者的食欲;另外做成冲调食品,方便食用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种增进食欲的冲调食品,以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮3份、慈姑60份、马蹄10份、莲藕3份、山楂3份、蔗糖1份。
上述增进食欲的冲调食品,是通过下述步骤制备而成的:
1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按60:10的重量比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;
2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;
3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;
4)在粉状产品中加入配料陈皮粉3份、莲藕粉3份、山楂粉3份和蔗糖1份,并搅拌均匀;
5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。
实施例2
一种增进食欲的冲调食品,以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮4份、慈姑65份、马蹄12份、莲藕5份、山楂4份、蔗糖1.2份。
上述增进食欲的冲调食品,是通过下述步骤制备而成的:
1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按65:12的重量比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;
2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;
3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;
4)在粉状产品中加入配料陈皮粉4份、莲藕粉5份、山楂粉4份和蔗糖1.2份,并搅拌均匀;
5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。
实施例3
一种增进食欲的冲调食品,以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮5份、慈姑70份、马蹄15份、莲藕8份、山楂5份、蔗糖2份。
上述增进食欲的冲调食品,是通过下述步骤制备而成的:
1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按70:15的重量比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;
2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;
3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;
4)在粉状产品中加入配料陈皮粉5份、莲藕粉8份、山楂粉5份和蔗糖2份,并搅拌均匀;
5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。

1.一种增进食欲的冲调食品,其特征在于以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮3~5份、慈姑60~70份、马蹄10~15份、莲藕3~8份、山楂3~5份、蔗糖1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增进食欲的冲调食品,其特征在于:以重量份计,其组分为:陈皮4份、慈姑65份、马蹄12份、莲藕5份、山楂4份、蔗糖1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种增进食欲的冲调食品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将慈姑和马蹄洗净,按比例配比后打浆并进行熟化;
2)将熟化的浆液进行胶体研磨后进行干燥处理;
3)用粉碎机粉碎,然后过滤,得到粉状产品;
4)在粉状产品中加入按配比的配料陈皮粉、莲藕粉、山楂粉和蔗糖,并搅拌均匀;
5)最后进行灭菌、罐装,得到冲调食品的成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的增进食欲的冲调食品的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤1)中,将慈姑洗净后,进行切片,并将切片放入20-30℃的盐水中浸泡30-40分钟,然后再进行打浆、熟化处理。
