Description
また、本発明で解決しようとする他の技術的課題は、上記製造方法により製造された天然物質発酵食品を提供するためのものである。
また、本発明の発酵ミネラル生食丸剤には、丸剤の形に成形するためにもち米粉、ココナッツオイル及び蜂蜜を追加で含有させることができる。
その後、もち米粉、ココナッツオイル及び蜂蜜を添加して練り、丸剤に成形して乾燥させて発酵ミネラル生食丸剤を製造した。
Claims (4)
- 下記段階を含むことを特徴とする便秘及び疲労回復の改善機能を有する発酵ミネラル生食丸剤の製造方法。
(S1)水100重量部に対して麹1〜10重量部、麦芽10〜20重量部及び細かく切断した稲藁10〜30重量部を混合した後、26〜35℃で2〜4日間熟成させて稲藁酵素液を製造する段階。
(S2)稲藁粉と籾殻粉を1:2〜2:1の重量比で混合し、上記段階(S1)で製造された稲藁酵素液を、稲藁粉と籾殻粉の混合物100重量部を基準として20〜60重量部の量で加えて練った後、35〜45℃で65〜75時間の間発酵させた後、日陰で10〜20日間乾燥させる段階。
(S3)稲藁粉と米糠粉を1:2〜2:1の重量比で混合し、上記段階(S1)で製造された稲藁酵素液を、稲藁粉と米糠粉の混合物100重量部を基準として20〜60重量部の量で加えて練った後、35〜45℃で65〜75時間の間発酵させた後、日陰で10〜20日間乾燥させる段階。
(S4)稲藁粉とレンズ豆粉を1:2〜2:1の重量比で混合し、上記段階(S1)で製造された稲藁酵素液を、稲藁粉とレンズ豆粉の混合物100重量部を基準として20〜60重量部の量で加えて練った後、35〜45℃で90〜100時間の間発酵させた後、日陰で10〜20日間乾燥させる段階。
(S5)上記段階(S2)〜(S4)で収得された各々の混合産物を混合した後、上記段階(S1)で製造された稲藁酵素液を、上記混合物100重量部を基準として10〜60重量部の量で加え、ニガウリ粉0.1〜2重量部、生姜粉0.1〜2重量部、ターメリック粉0.05〜1重量部、干青海苔粉10〜20重量部、杜仲皮粉0.1〜2重量部、タマネギ皮粉0.1〜2重量部、シイタケ粉0.1〜2重量部、イワヒバ粉0.1〜2重量部、ニラ粉0.1〜2重量部、ゴマの葉粉0.1〜2重量部、コンブ粉10〜20重量部及びサンシュユ粉0.1〜2重量部を添加して、30〜40℃で20〜28時間の間発酵させる段階、及び
(S6)上記段階(S5)で発酵した発酵物100重量部を基準として、もち米粉1〜10重量部、ココナッツオイル1〜5重量部及び蜂蜜1〜5重量部を混合して練った後、丸剤に成形して乾燥させる段階。 - 上記段階(S2)で稲藁粉と籾殻粉を1:1の重量比で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 上記段階(S3)で稲藁粉と米糠粉を1:1の重量比で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 上記段階(S4)で稲藁粉とレンズ豆粉を1:1の重量比で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
