本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有降血脂功能的代餐粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类、薯类食材等为主,其它属类植物的根、茎、果实等可食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。它集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身。代餐粉自身均衡的营养,明显的饱腹感,吃了以后不会饿,并且可以保证基础的营养需求,完全可以不再吃饭。在实际的使用中,可以根据自己想要的减肥速度,选择代一餐或是二餐,在代餐的选择上,代晚上效果是最好的,如果是选择一餐,最好是选择代晚餐,如果想快速的减肥,可以选择代早餐+晚餐,或是中餐+晚餐,使用代餐粉可以很好的控制饮食热量,同时补充全面的营养,起到健康减肥的作用。目前市场上代餐粉品种很多,但真正具有降脂减肥的品种很少。

发明目的:为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血脂功能的代餐粉及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的:
一种具有降血脂功能的代餐粉及其制备方法,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:鸡内金10-15份、山楂20-25份、桑叶15-18份、郁李仁10-14份、茯苓10-18份、糙米6-8份、低聚木糖1-3份。

所述具有降血脂功能的代餐粉及其制备方法,制备方法包括如下步骤:取鸡内金、桑叶加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,得鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末;取山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米打粉,90℃烘箱烘30分钟,过20目筛;合并鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末、山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米粉末、低聚木糖,混合即得。
所述具有降血脂功能的代餐粉在制备降血脂功能保健食品中的应用。
有益效果:本发明中鸡内金健脾消食为君药,山楂、桑叶为臣药,郁李仁润肠通便、茯苓利水渗湿为佐使药,全方具有降血脂作用。

实施例1:取鸡内金10份、山楂25份、桑叶15份、郁李仁14份、茯苓10份、糙米8份、低聚木糖1份,其中鸡内金、桑叶加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,得鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末;取山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米打粉,90℃烘箱烘30分钟,过20目筛;合并鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末、山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米粉末、低聚木糖,混合即得,每天使用量为80克。
实施例2:取鸡内金15份、山楂20份、桑叶18份、郁李仁10份、茯苓18份、糙米6份、低聚木糖3份,其中鸡内金、桑叶加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,得鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末;取山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米打粉,90℃烘箱烘30分钟,过20目筛;合并鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末、山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米粉末、低聚木糖,混合即得,每天使用量为80克。
实施例3:取鸡内金12份、山楂22份、桑叶17份、郁李仁12份、茯苓15份、糙米7份、低聚木糖2份,其中鸡内金、桑叶加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.18的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达80%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.28,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,得鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末;取山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米打粉,90℃烘箱烘30分钟,过20目筛;合并鸡内金和桑叶提取粉末、山楂、郁李仁、茯苓和糙米粉末、低聚木糖,混合即得,每天使用量为80克。
实施例4:本发明对高脂小鼠血酯的影响
实验动物:昆明种小鼠,雄性,体重18-22g,上海斯莱克实验动物有限公司提供。
实验药物:按上述实施例1、2、3方法制备本发明,对照组为脂必妥胶囊,由成都地奥九鸿制药厂生产,批号为150531,规格:每粒装0.24g。高脂饲料:10%蛋黄粉、1.2%胆固醇、10%猪油、78%基础饲料。
给药剂量:10g/kg。
主要试剂:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密低脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)测定试剂盒,北京中生生物工程公司产品。
实验过程:选健康小鼠60只,随机分出10只作为正常组,其余50只小鼠,饲以高脂饲料,正常饮水,造模14d,得到模型组。模型造成后,随机分成5组:模型组、实施例1、2、3组、阳性药脂必妥组(340mg/kg),按上述剂量灌胃给药,正常对照组和模型组给同体积的水,每天上午1次,连续30d,取血测定各鼠TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,各组数据以均值±标准差表示,组间进行t测验。结果见表。
本发明对实验性高脂小鼠血酯水平的影响(n=10)
注:同模型组相比*p<0.05**<0.01;同脂必妥组相比△<0.05△△<0.01
结论:本发明能降低实验性高脂小鼠血酯水平。
