Abstract
本发明公开了一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线及其生产工艺,该绒线由以下原料配比制得:巴素兰羊毛70%,Solute纤维10%,羊绒10%,绢丝10%;该绒线的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)染色工序;(2)纺纱工序。本发明在原料上选用巴素兰毛、羊绒、绢丝和solotex纤维让针织面料具有柔滑的手感,亲肤性较好,羊绒纤维细、柔软保暖,色泽自然柔和,柔韧有弹性,宜于加工为手感丰满、柔软,弹性好的针织品,穿着起来舒适自然,而且有良好的还原特性,同时solotex纤维的加入让针织面料具较好的持久弹性,可塑性好显出身材曲线,让针织面料集舒适、功能与一体,是制作羊毛衫、针织内衣的首选用料。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织绒线制备技术领域,特别涉及一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线及其生产工艺。
背景技术
针织服饰穿着舒适、贴身合体、无拘束感、能充分体现人体曲线,针织面料质地柔软、吸湿透气、优良的弹性与延伸性及可生产性,适时地满足了人们的需求。 Solotex纤维具有立体蓬松性、柔软性、形状还原性、反弹性、伸展性、协调性、显色性、降低环境负荷等七大特点,与羊绒、巴素兰羊毛和绢丝混纺开发了新型纱线,羊绒纤维由于其卷曲数、卷曲率、卷曲回复率均较大,宜于加工为手感丰满、柔软,弹性好的针织品,穿着起来舒适自然,而且有良好的还原特性。绢丝光泽润美,手感柔和,是自然界中最轻最柔最细的天然纤维,solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线的开发,适时地满足了人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线,该纱线蓬松、保暖、柔软、较高的反弹性,产品的开发丰富了纺纱功能性的要求,提高了纱线的档次和附加值,是高档男女针织服装、羊毛衫首选用料,具有了良好的市场效应。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用的技术方案是:
一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线,由以下原料配比制得:巴素兰羊毛 70%,Solute纤维10%,羊绒 10%,绢丝 10%。
进一步,所述巴素兰羊毛的细度为18.5μm,长度为64 mm,Solute纤维的细度为30D,羊绒的细度为15.5μm,长度为40.3mm,绢丝的细度为2D,长度为63mm。
如上所述的一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)染色工序
巴素兰羊毛采用低温的染色工艺,染料选择注重环保性能,故选用环保型的兰纳素毛用活性染料,绢丝选用台湾ED型活性染料进行低温染色,保温时间控制在60分钟,保证纤维得色率、染色牢度,保证纤维即上色均匀又不受损伤,保持纤维强力不受损伤提高纱线的可纺性,复洗时为保证条子易烘干、易针梳,合理制定复洗工艺,复洗槽温度控制在1槽60℃,2、3槽45℃,4槽50℃,巴素兰羊毛选用阳离子柔软剂,绢丝选用新型的TF调理剂,让复洗下机毛条达到松、滑、爽、洁、顺的手感,利于混条工序的梳理,减少纤维的拉断损伤;
(2)纺纱工序
在复精梳过程中,为减少纤维损伤,保证毛网顺直,清晰,优先加入进口环保的SDF和毛油和TJ803L抗静电剂,以条子抱合且爽滑为原则控制油水比,为保证纺纱毛纱条干均匀性及生产效率稳定,纺纱工艺遵循轻张力,小牵伸比,低车速的原则,并在细纱工序采用赛络纺工艺,这样既可以保持针织绒线的蓬松手感,又可以提升织片的抗起毛起球性能。
solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线由巴素兰羊毛、羊绒、solotex和绢丝合理配比混纺成的纱线具有优越蓬松感和反弹性能,在复洗工序加入0.2%的阳离子柔软剂,使纱线有比较好的蓬松感,在纺纱工序使用赛络纺工艺并入solotex长丝,可以很好的保持针织物的起毛起球性能,使产品蓬松柔软,手感滑糯光泽柔和,穿着舒适。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明在原料上选用巴素兰毛、羊绒、绢丝和solotex纤维让针织面料具有柔滑的手感,亲肤性较好,羊绒纤维细、柔软保暖,色泽自然柔和,柔韧有弹性,宜于加工为手感丰满、柔软,弹性好的针织品,穿着起来舒适自然,而且有良好的还原特性,同时solotex纤维的加入让针织面料具较好的持久弹性,可塑性好显出身材曲线,让针织面料集舒适、功能与一体,是制作羊毛衫、针织内衣的首选用料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围不仅仅局限于实施例。
本发明选用原料的参数如下,
如上所述的一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)染色工序
巴素兰羊毛采用低温的染色工艺,染料选择注重环保性能,故选用环保型的兰纳素毛用活性染料,绢丝选用台湾ED型活性染料进行低温染色,保温时间控制在60分钟,保证纤维得色率、染色牢度,保证纤维即上色均匀又不受损伤,保持纤维强力不受损伤提高纱线的可纺性,复洗时为保证条子易烘干、易针梳,合理制定复洗工艺,复洗槽温度控制在1槽60℃,2、3槽45℃,4槽50℃,巴素兰羊毛选用阳离子柔软剂,绢丝选用新型的TF调理剂,让复洗下机毛条达到松、滑、爽、洁、顺的手感,利于混条工序的梳理,减少纤维的拉断损伤;

本公司对制得的面料根据国家标准GB/T 26382-2011进行检测,检测结果如下:
a、落水变形4-5级;
b、抗起毛起球4-5级;
c、耐磨擦色牢度≥4级;
d、缩水≤1.5%;
e、断裂强力:320CN;
f、单纱断裂强度:7.69CN/tex。
由测试结果可知,产品的各项指标符合GB/T 26382-2011国家检测标准。
本发明否认纱线做成的针织面料手感柔滑、弹性足、可塑性好、织物回复性特别好此款纱线的开发丰富了毛纱多种功能性要求,提高了纱线的档次和附加值,是高档男女羊毛纱、针织内衣的首选用料,具有了良好的市场效应。

1.一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线,其特征在于,由以下原料配比制得:巴素兰羊毛70%,Solute纤维10%,羊绒10%,绢丝10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线,其特征在于,所述巴素兰羊毛的细度为18.5μm,长度为64mm,Solute纤维的细度为30D,羊绒的细度为15.5μm,长度为40.3mm,绢丝的细度为2D,长度为63mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种solotex羊毛混纺针织绒线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)染色工序
