Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型卤化丁基橡胶塞,该环保型卤化丁基橡胶塞,按重量百分比计由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶45~60%、填充剂30~50%、交联剂0.2~1%、活性剂1~3%、着色剂1~3%,润滑剂0.1~0.5%,交联剂为碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物,其分子量为288。本发明的环保型卤化丁基橡胶塞能直接接触药品、降低穿刺和落屑几率,且不含游离硫,不含锌元素,不会对药物产生影响,是一种高洁净高相容性的卤化丁基橡胶塞,并且生产工艺简单。

一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞。
背景技术
卤化丁基橡胶塞是医药包装材料中重要的密封材料,由于它与药物直接接触,胶塞与药物之间会通过吸附、吸收或者浸出等方式交叉反应,从而影响或污染药物。目前市场上对于诸多高难药或活性较强的药物都是采用覆膜或涂膜胶塞,或者采用国外进口胶塞,以上胶塞生产工艺复杂或成本较高。当前市面上的卤化丁基橡胶塞的硫化体系主要包括硫磺或硫载体硫化体系、树脂硫化体系和氧化锌硫化体系,硫磺和氧化锌都会对药物产生一定的影响,这些硫化体系的洁净度已经不能满足相关药典的严格要求了,因此急需设计一种高洁净度,高药物相容性的卤化丁基橡胶塞以满足相关要求。
发明内容
目前,市面上卤化丁基橡胶塞主要以硫磺或硫载体,树脂硫化为主,针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能直接接触药品、且不含游离硫、不含锌元素的环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞。
为实现本发明的目的,发明人通过大量试验研究和不懈探索,最终获得了如下技术方案:一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶45~60%,填充剂30~50%,交联剂0.2~1%,活性剂1~3%,着色剂1~3%,润滑剂0.1~0.5%,所述交联剂为碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物,结构式见下:
优选地,如上所述的一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,交联剂分子量为288。发明人在筛选交联剂时发现,当交联剂分子量小于288 时,实验配方经过交联后,强力、伸长率等物理指标达不到理想状态,其中强力小10%左右,伸长率小25%;当交联剂分子量大于288时,胶塞中的某些化学指标没有分子量为288的好,特别是紫外吸光度超 5%左右。
优选地,如上所述药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,所述填料剂为陶土、硫酸钡、白炭黑、碳酸钙中的一种或几种的混合物,所述活性剂为金属氧化物和/或硬脂酸;所述活性剂为氧化镁和/或硬脂酸;润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡和/或硅油。
优选地,如上所述药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,其中卤化丁基橡胶的门尼粘度ML 1+8(125℃)值为30~80,其粘均分子量为1.5×104~20×104、不饱和度为0.1~3.0mol%、卤元素的重量占比为0.5%~3.0%。
发明还提供了一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将卤化丁基橡胶加入密炼机中混炼1~1.5min后,加入活性剂、着色剂混炼1min,再加入填充剂混炼2~3min,最后加入交联剂混炼1~1.5min,其中整个混炼过程中混炼温度为110℃~150℃、混炼压力为0.4~0.6MPa;混炼完后于125~135℃的温度下进行排料;
步骤(2):将密炼机中排出的胶料投入至开炼机中,并于50~60℃下薄通5~8min,静置12~24小时;
步骤(3):将薄通后的胶料进行模压硫化模压成型,再经过除边、清洗和包装后即制成成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞采用碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物作为交联剂,避免采用传统的硫磺或硫载体,树脂做硫化剂,由于不含游离硫、不含锌元素,本发明的橡胶塞对药物具有很好的相容性,尤其是针对化学性能较活泼的药物,如头孢地嗪钠、酸碱性药物或某些中药剂等具有较好的相容性和稳定性,药物复溶后具有很好的澄清度,克服了传统卤化丁基橡胶塞不能满足以上药物使用要求,同时本发明的卤化丁基橡胶塞与覆膜胶塞具有相当的质量及用途。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于实施例所述的范围,凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
卤化丁基橡胶塞按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶(1066或1240)55%,填充剂(陶土、硫酸钡1:1混合物)41%,交联剂(碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物)0.55%,活性剂(氧化镁和硬脂酸)2%,着色剂(钛白粉和碳黑)1%,润滑剂(硅油)0.5%;其制备方法如下:
(1)按配方量取各组分原料;
(2)混炼:控制密炼机中温度为110℃、压力为0.6MPa,先将卤化丁基橡胶加入密炼机中混炼1.5min后,加入活性剂、着色剂混炼 1min,再加入填充剂混炼2.5min,最后加入交联剂混炼1.5min,混炼完后于125℃的温度下进行排料;
(3)薄通:将密炼机中排出的胶料投入至开炼机中,并于60℃下薄通5min,静置12小时;
(4)模压硫化成型:将薄通后的胶料进行预模压成型,控制胶片的尺寸和重量,将胶片放置8h后进行硫化,再经过除边、清洗和包装后即制成成品。
实施例2
卤化丁基橡胶塞按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶(1066)45%,填充剂(陶土)35%,交联剂(碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物)0.2%,活性剂(氧化镁和硬脂酸)1%,着色剂(钛白粉和碳黑)1%,润滑剂(聚乙烯蜡)0.1%;其制备方法如下:该环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞的制备方法为同实施例1。
实施例3
卤化丁基橡胶塞按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶(1240)55%,填充剂(陶土)40%,交联剂(碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物)0.6%,活性剂(氧化镁和硬脂酸)2%,着色剂(钛白粉和碳黑)2%,润滑剂(聚乙烯蜡)0.3%;其制备方法如下:该环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞的制备方法为同实施例1。
对实施例3制备的药用卤化丁基橡胶塞进行了检测,具体结果见下表。

1.一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,由以下原料制成:卤化丁基橡胶45~60%,填充剂30~50%,交联剂0.2~1%,活性剂1~3%,着色剂1~3%,润滑剂0.1~0.5%,其特征在于:所述交联剂为碳氮杂环双巯基衍生物,结构式见下:
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞,其特征在于,交联剂的分子量为288。
3.一种如权利要求1~2任一项所述的环保型药用卤化丁基橡胶塞的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将卤化丁基橡胶加入密炼机中混炼1~1.5min后,加入活性剂、着色剂混炼1min,再加入填充剂混炼2~3min,最后加入交联剂混炼1~1.5min,其中整个混炼过程中混炼温度为120℃~140℃、混炼压力为0.4~0.6MPa;混炼完后于125~135℃的温度下进行排料;
步骤(2):将密炼机中排出的胶料投入至开炼机中,并于50~60℃下薄通5~8min,静置12~24小时;
步骤(3):将薄通后的胶料进行硫化模压成型,再经过除边、清洗和包装后即制成成品。
