本发明公开了一种广告布的生产工艺,旨在解决布料容易变形的问题,其技术方案要点是:布料编织:将均匀排布的横向涤纶丝和均匀排布的竖向涤纶丝交错重叠编织,横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝中分别穿插编织有复位涤纶丝,所述编织节点之间存在间隙构成网眼;浸浆处理:将编织好的布料通入到浸浆池中,进行浸浆处理;清洗:将经过浸浆处理好的布料放入到含有柔软剂的水中清洗;拉幅,定型:将清洗后的布料进行拉幅定型;烘干:将拉幅定型后的布料进行恒温烘干。本发明的一种广告布的生产工艺生产的布料不易变形。

一种广告布的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织广告材料领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种广告布的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,各种商品极大的丰富,条幅横幅、商业橱窗、窗帘等行业用布的需求不仅增大,而且还需要产品具有喷绘效果佳、透气性优等性能。另外,随着户外媒体的发展,广告材料由单一看板宣传企业的效果,逐渐向美观、新颖、吸引消费者眼球的方向发展,并结合媒体和承载物的特点,向功能性等多样相结合发展。由于这些殊性能的需求,网眼布正被广泛的采用。网眼布具有下述优点:1、良好的透风、采光效果,对建筑物有良好的保护作用,不会因为外墙披上广告媒体,而增加建筑物的外部承受力;室内也不因为广告而严重影响采光的效果。2、降低成本,易施工,便操作,因其为网眼结构,在达到广告效果的同时,非常轻便,对安装广告媒体来说,不需要背板等太多的配套设施,大大的降低成本投入,而安装又非常容易。3、优良的喷绘网眼布可以做到单面喷绘,双面显示图案的优良效果,这一方面降低了喷绘时的工序,另外也大大节约了墨水等耗材的使用,降低了广告成本。4、展览搭建时采用网眼布,网眼布在使用时,具有良好的亲和性,在完成反映宣传内容的同时,不会阻碍参观者与参展商之间的距离,有一个非常大的空间利用性。由于上述的优点,网眼布无疑是超宽户外媒体的很好载体,所以近年来,网眼布正以惊人的增长速度发展。在商厦的外墙,建设中的高楼的墙面、大型展示会的展台搭建中,都可能用到这材料。然而传统的数码喷绘网眼布在生产过程中,由于组织的复杂性,浸浆定型工艺中极易产生受力不均而造成网眼布纬斜、变形等问题,影响产品的美观度和使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种不易变形的广告布。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种广告布的生产工艺:
一、布料编织:将均匀排布的横向涤纶丝和均匀排布的竖向涤纶丝交错重叠编织,横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝中分别穿插编织有复位涤纶丝,所述编织节点之间存在间隙构成网眼;
二、预热处理:将编织好的布料进行通过水蒸气进行预热;
三、浸浆处理:将预热后的布料浸泡到浸浆池中,进行浸浆处理;
四、清洗:将经过浸浆处理好的布料放入到含有柔软剂的水中清洗;
五、拉幅,定型:将清洗后的布料进行拉幅定型;
六、牵伸:15辊牵伸机将布料均匀拉薄;
七、烘干:将拉幅定型后的布料进行恒温烘干,温度调至90℃~135℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,整个广告布的生产工艺从布料编织开始,将均匀排布的横向涤纶丝和均匀排布的竖向涤纶丝交错重叠编织,在编织的时候,在编织的交点之间留有空隙,从而形成网洞,通过网洞的形成,在布料被拉扯时,布料的横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝在受力移动后,再次进行横向和竖向的拉扯可以使布料恢复到自然状态,不易变形;编织完成后,将编织好的布料进行预加热,利用水蒸气的热量蒸煮布料,将布料的温度提高,来适应浸浆池的温度,提高浸浆效果;然后将布料放在浸浆池中浸泡,进行浸浆处理,使浆池中加入的材料充分融合到布料中,使布料的性能得到提升;然后将浸浆处理后的布料放入清洗池中清洗,在清洗池中还加入了柔软剂,在清洗的过程中加入了柔软剂,使布料具有一定的柔软性,增强布料在受力的时候不容易发生断裂;然后对布料进行拉幅定型,将布料通过拉幅和定型;然后将布料通过15辊的牵伸机进行布料的均匀拉薄,对布料进一步的定型,最终完成了布料的基本生产,最后将布料进行恒温烘干即可。
本发明进一步设置为:所述浆料的组成为:荧光增白剂8~12%、环氧树脂固化剂2~5%、平滑剂5~8%、淀粉分解剂5~8%、剩余成分为水。
通过采用上述技术方案,在浆料池中加入了荧光增白剂,含量为8~12%,荧光增白剂增加布料的白色程度,池中加入了环氧树脂固化剂,含量为2~5%,使得布料具有一定的坚固性,池中加入了平滑剂,含量为5~8%,增加布料的润滑度,池中加入了淀粉分解剂,含量为5~8%,增加布料的断裂强度,剩余成分为水。
本发明进一步设置为:所述浸浆过程中布速为3m/min,通过张紧控制器控制布料张紧力为150N。
通过采用上述技术方案,将布料进行浸浆的过程中,保持3m/min的速度前进,尽量使布料充分浸浆,使布料的性能得到有效提升,控制布料移动的张紧控制器控制布料的张紧力为150N,将布料充分撑开,使布料充分吸收浆池中添加剂。
本发明进一步设置为:所述浸浆池中转动连接有两个压紧的滚轮,所述滚轮和布料抵触连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,当布料在浆池中移动时,布料还抵触连接了两个压紧的滚轮,通过滚轮压紧布料,提高浆池中的添加剂和布料的融合程度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述滚轮表面连接有电阻丝,温度恒定为160℃
通过采用上述技术方案,在滚轮的表面还连接有电阻丝,通过给电阻丝通电,使滚轮的表面温度提高,加速添加剂和布料的融合,设置温度为160℃,达到最佳效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述柔软剂的比例为20%,水的比例为80%。
通过采用上述技术方案,在清洗布料的时候,为了进一步增加布料的柔软程度,提高布料的抗变形的能力,在清洗池中加入了含有20%的柔软剂,其余的则为水分。
本发明进一步设置为:所述经线和纬线中还穿插有包芯尼龙线。
通过采用上述技术方案,在经线和纬线中还穿插有包芯尼龙线,增强了布料的抗拉性和布料自身的结构强度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述布料在烘干过程中喷有增白剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,最后为了进一步增强布料的白色度,在烘干的过程中喷有增白剂。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明生产的布料不易变形,而且柔软度高,抗拉扯。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
整个广告布的生产工艺从布料编织开始,将均匀排布的横向涤纶丝和均匀排布的竖向涤纶丝交错重叠编织,在编织的时候,在编织的交点之间留有空隙,从而形成网洞,通过网洞的形成,在布料被拉扯时,布料的横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝在受力移动后,再次进行横向和竖向的拉扯可以使布料恢复到自然状态,不易变形,在经线和纬线中还穿插有包芯尼龙线,增强了布料的抗拉性和布料自身的结构强度;编织完成后,将布料放在浸浆池中浸泡,进行浸浆处理,使浆池中加入的材料充分融合到布料中,使布料的性能得到提升,在浆料池中加入了荧光增白剂,含量为8~12%,可以采用河北三川化工有限公司声场的荧光增白剂,荧光增白剂能激发入射光线产生荧光,使所染物质获得类似萤石的闪闪发光的效应,使肉眼看到的物质很白,增加布料的白色程度,池中加入了环氧树脂固化剂,含量为2~5%,可以采用深圳市汇特化工有限公司生产的环氧树脂固化剂,增加布料的坚固性,提高布料的抗拉强度,池中加入了平滑剂,含量为5~8%,可以采用上海飞发化工生产的平滑剂,平滑剂是一种具有优良的柔软、平滑、光亮、手感的水性环保有机硅乳液,是新一代高档纺织品的柔软整理剂,能赋予布料卓越的柔软、平滑效果,池中加入了淀粉分解剂,含量为5~8%,可以采用郑州银鹤糊精有限公司生产的淀粉分解剂,增加布料的断裂强度,剩余成分为水,在浸浆过程中,将布料通过两个压紧的滚轮,通过滚轮压紧布料,使得池中的添加剂充分融合到布料中,为了进一步增强融合性,在滚轮的表面通有电阻丝,增加和布料的接触温度,恒定在160℃,即不会破坏布料本身的结构又能加速布料融合添加剂,将布料进行浸浆的过程中,保持3m/min的速度前进,尽量使布料充分浸浆,使布料的性能得到有效提升,控制布料移动的张紧控制器控制布料的张紧力为150N,将布料充分撑开,能使布料充分吸收浆池中添加剂,然后将浸浆处理后的布料放入清洗池中清洗,在清洗的过程中加入了柔软剂,柔软剂和水的比例为1:4,加入过多会导致清洗不干净,可以采用杭州绿典化工有限公司生产的柔软剂,柔软剂能使布料具有一定的柔软性,使用柔软剂可使纤维本身具有与加工条件相适应的柔软平滑性以避免损伤,使布料在受力的时候不容易发生断裂;然后对布料进行拉幅定型,将布料通过拉幅和定型,完成了布料的基本生产,最后将布料进行恒温烘干即可,在烘干的过程中再次加入增白剂,进一步增强布料的白色亮度。
通过以上这些方案,达到不易变形、柔软度较高、抗拉的布料。

Claims (3)

1.一种广告布的生产工艺,其特征在于:
一、布料编织:将均匀排布的横向涤纶丝和均匀排布的竖向涤纶丝交错重叠编织,横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝中分别穿插编织有复位涤纶丝,编织节点之间存在间隙构成网眼;
二、预热处理:将编织好的布料通过水蒸气进行预热;
三、浸浆处理:将预热后的布料浸泡到浸浆池中,进行浸浆处理;
四、清洗:将经过浸浆处理好的布料放入到含有柔软剂的水中清洗;
五、拉幅,定型:将清洗后的布料进行拉幅定型;
六、牵伸:15辊牵伸机将布料均匀拉薄;
七、烘干:将牵伸后的布料进行恒温烘干,温度调至90℃~135℃;所述浸浆池内的浆料的组成为:荧光增白剂8~12%、环氧树脂固化剂2~5%、平滑剂5~8%、淀粉分解剂5~8%、剩余成分为水;所述浸浆过程中布速为3m/min,通过张紧控制器控制布料张紧力为150N;所述浸浆池中转动连接有两个压紧的滚轮,所述滚轮和布料抵触连接;所述滚轮表面连接有电阻丝,温度恒定为160℃;所述横向涤纶丝和竖向涤纶丝中还穿插有包芯尼龙线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种广告布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述柔软剂的比例为20%,水的比例为80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种广告布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述布料在烘干过程中喷有增白剂。
