Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,包括使用剑杆织机将玻纤单纱平织成的网状结构,所述玻纤单纱浸涂PVC涂层;本发明首先将玻纤单纱浸涂PVC,不仅仅在表面形成PVC涂层,还能具有一定的渗透,使PVC能够将玻纤单纱整体包裹起来,在一定程度上改善玻纤单纱的抗折性能,平织成网后还能改善经纱与纬纱之间的摩擦力,便于织造,有效延长玻纤窗纱的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻纤窗纱技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱。
背景技术
玻璃纤维窗纱是使用玻璃纤维经过平织,加热和定型而成,其具有以下特点:
①使用寿命长:耐气候性能卓越,具有抗老化、抗严寒、抗炎热、抗干燥抗潮湿、阻燃、抗潮湿、防静电、透光好、不窜丝、不变形、抗紫外线、拉力强度大、使用寿命长等优点。造型美观、结构严谨。
②适用范围广,可以直接安装于窗框,木、钢、铝、塑门窗均可装配;耐腐蚀、强度高、抗老化、防火性能好,勿需油漆着色。
③无毒无味。
④纱网选用玻璃纤维丝,防火阻燃。
⑤具有防静电功能,不沾灰、透气良好。
⑦透光性能好,具有真正意义上的隐形效果。
⑧自动滤光防紫外线照射,保护全家健康。
⑨抗老化,使用寿命长,设计合理。
⑩绿色环保:不含对大气层有害的氯氟化物,符合ISO14001国际环保认证要求,产品的使用不会产生任何对人体有害的污染。
但是由于玻纤单纱容易折断,现有的玻璃纤维窗纱基本上是先使用剑杆织机平织成网状,然后整体经过涂塑、加热定型而成,但是由于玻璃纤维窗纱喷涂的是PVC树脂糊,在经纱和纬纱交接处不能有效渗透,导致窗纱在交接处易折,影响窗纱质量,缩短窗纱使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,首先将玻纤单纱浸涂PVC,不仅仅在表面形成PVC涂层,还能具有一定的渗透,使PVC能够将玻纤单纱整体包裹起来,在一定程度上改善玻纤单纱的抗折性能,平织成网后还能改善经纱与纬纱之间的摩擦力,便于织造,有效延长玻纤窗纱的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,包括使用剑杆织机将玻纤单纱平织成的网状结构,所述玻纤单纱浸涂PVC涂层。
所述玻纤单纱经过两次涂PVC和两次烘干成型。
所述玻纤单纱为有捻单纱。
所述玻纤单纱在浸涂PVC后穿过模具定型,并在穿过模具后烘干成型。
所述网状结构的目数为14×14目、16×16目或者16×18目。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明首先将玻纤单纱浸涂PVC,不仅仅在表面形成PVC涂层,还能具有一定的渗透,使PVC能够将玻纤单纱整体包裹起来,在一定程度上改善玻纤单纱的抗折性能,平织成网后还能改善经纱与纬纱之间的摩擦力,便于织造,有效延长玻纤窗纱的使用寿命。

本发明公开了一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,包括使用剑杆织机将玻纤单纱平织成的网状结构,所述玻纤单纱浸涂PVC涂层;所述玻纤单纱经过两次涂PVC和两次烘干成型;所述玻纤单纱为有捻单纱。
所述玻纤单纱在浸涂PVC后穿过模具定型,并在穿过模具后烘干成型;所述网状结构的目数为14×14目、16×16目或者16×18目。
总之,本发明用玻璃纤维单丝涂乙烯树脂,经织造热定型后而制成的平纹网状产品。该产品具有阻燃,耐腐蚀,拉力强,不变型,易清洗,耐老化,透气,透光性良好,使用寿命长等许多优良特性。
在具体操作过程中,本发明首先将玻纤单纱浸涂PVC,不仅仅在表面形成PVC涂层,还能具有一定的渗透,使PVC能够将玻纤单纱整体包裹起来,在一定程度上改善玻纤单纱的抗折性能,平织成网后还能改善经纱与纬纱之间的摩擦力,便于织造,有效延长玻纤窗纱的使用寿命。

1.一种具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,其特征在于:包括使用剑杆织机将玻纤单纱平织成的网状结构,所述玻纤单纱浸涂PVC涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,其特征在于:所述玻纤单纱经过两次涂PVC和两次烘干成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,其特征在于:所述玻纤单纱为有捻单纱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,其特征在于:所述玻纤单纱在浸涂PVC后穿过模具定型,并在穿过模具后烘干成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有PVC涂层的玻纤窗纱,其特征在于:所述网状结构的目数为14×14目、16×16目或者16×18目。
