Abstract

本发明涉及一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,包括:驾驶员识别模块,用于确定受控汽车的驾驶员的身份信息,并上送至后台计算单元;后台计算单元,设置于受控汽车的远端,用于基于驾驶员的身份信息生成第一控制信息;辅助控制模块,基于从后台计算单元获取的、与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息而生成第二控制信息;以及控制信息应用模块,设置于受控汽车内,用于将第一、第二控制信息应用到受控汽车的动力总成。其在提供优秀用户体验的同时、实现了对动力总成的优化控制。该控制***实施简单、升级维护方便。

Description

电动汽车动力总成控制***
技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电动汽车动力总成控制***。
背景技术
一方面,随着车联网技术发展,目前出现了较多的车载通讯模块产品,实现了车辆和平台之间,甚至车辆和车辆之间的通讯交互。
另一方面,新能源技术作为能源和环境问题的解决方案之一,近期得到了较大的发展,尤其是交流电机和大功率电池的应用,为电动汽车、混合动力汽车的应用克服了关键技术障碍。
与传统汽车相比,电动汽车在起步时有较大的短期扭矩优势,但是由于电池和电机的散热问题,瞬态最大功率可持续时间较短,此外,电动汽车在长距离驾驶的场合可能存在电量不足、进而续航能力差的劣势,因而需要对其进行合理的能量管理。
目前,现有技术中,部分电动汽车支持远程采集模块,对电动汽车的运行数据进行上传和分析,但没有通过数据分析优化动力总成控制,也没有在驾驶时提供任何有用的辅助信息。
因此,本领域技术人员期望获得一种能够克服上述缺陷的电动汽车动力总成控制***。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,其能够提供对动力总成的优化控制,也能够提供与驾驶有关的辅助信息。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种技术方案如下:
一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,包括:驾驶员识别模块,用于确定受控汽车的驾驶员的身份信息,并上送至后台计算单元;后台计算单元,设置于受控汽车的远端,用于基于驾驶员的身份信息生成第一控制信息;辅助控制模块,基于从后台计算单元获取的、与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息而生成第二控制信息;以及控制信息应用模块,设置于受控汽车内,用于将第一、第二控制信息应用到受控汽车的动力总成。
优选地,其还包括驾驶数据确定模块,驾驶数据确定模块设置于受控汽车内,用于收集驾驶员的驾驶数据并将驾驶数据上送至后台计算单元。
优选地,后台计算单元根据驾驶数据而确定驾驶员的驾驶类型。
优选地,驾驶数据包括:受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急加速次数;受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急减速次数;以及受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的平均车速。
优选地,后台计算单元根据驾驶员的身份信息来匹配驾驶员的驾驶类型,并根据驾驶员的驾驶类型来生成第一控制信息。
优选地,第一控制信息包括:加速踏板灵敏度;电机扭矩响应;以及,从驱动到制动能量回馈之间的滤波时间。
优选地,第二控制信息为针对第一控制信息的修正信息。
优选地,控制***还包括用户预约模块,其基于用户的预约指令指示受控汽车的整车控制单元在预定时间启动和/或预热受控汽车的相应子部件和/或子单元。
优选地,后台计算单元架设于云计算平台。
本发明各实施例提供的电动汽车动力总成控制***,一方面充分考虑驾驶员的驾驶偏好,另一方面根据与当前驾驶相关的各种辅助信息来优化受控汽车的功率分配和/或热管理方案,从而在提供优秀用户体验的同时、实现了对动力总成的优化控制。该控制***实施简单、升级维护方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,其包括驾驶员识别模块10、后台计算单元20、辅助控制模块30以及控制信息应用模块40。
其中,一般地,驾驶员识别模块10、辅助控制模块30以及控制信息应用模块40设置于受控汽车内。后台计算单元20设置于受控汽车远端。
具体地,驾驶员识别模块10可以确定受控汽车的驾驶员的身份信息,并将该身份信息上送至后台计算单元20。后台计算单元20基于驾驶员的身份信息生成第一控制信息。辅助控制模块30从后台计算单元20获取与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息,并基于这些有关信息来生成第二控制信息。控制信息应用模块40将第一、第二控制信息应用到受控汽车的动力总成,从而实现对受控电动汽车的功率输出的控制或调节。
如上所述,驾驶员识别模块10用于确定受控汽车的驾驶员的身份信息。可以理解,不同的驾驶员具有不同的驾驶方式、驾驶习惯,即使在同一路段,各驾驶员的驾驶方式也可能存在较大差异。根据本发明,通过驾驶员的身份信息能够确定驾驶员的驾驶偏好。
本发明对驾驶员进行分类,例如分类为激进型驾驶员、稳健型驾驶员、普通型驾驶员等。在此基础上,为充分考虑不同类型驾驶员的驾驶偏好而同时兼顾驾驶安全,后台计算单元20接收驾驶员识别模块10的输出,从而获知驾驶员的类型(驾驶偏好),进而生成第一控制信息,并输出至控制信息应用模块40。第一控制信息能够体现适合该驾驶员的驾驶设定,并具体体现为对加速踏板、电机扭矩等动力总成的控制,从而使得驾驶员在驾驶时能够感觉受控汽车操控性良好,进而获得良好的用户体验。
为通过驾驶员的身份信息确定驾驶员的驾驶偏好,后台计算单元20可以存储驾驶员信息数据库,其中记录驾驶员身份信息与驾驶偏好之间的对应关系。驾驶员信息数据库可以来源于历史数据,也可以来源于其他外部输入。
作为一种示例,第一控制信息可以包括,但不限于,加速踏板灵敏度;电机扭矩响应;以及,从驱动到制动能量回馈之间的滤波时间。其中,电机扭矩响应指的是电机对加速踏板扭矩的响应,从驱动到制动能量回馈之间的滤波时间指的是从驱动转换为制动中间的切换过度时间。
作为一种具体实现,驾驶员识别模块10可以为智能手机,驾驶员通过使用其携带的智能手机向后台计算单元20发送驾驶请求,驾驶请求可以包括:驾驶员的身份信息;以及,目的地信息。后台计算单元20可以通过手机号或智能手机的标识码来唯一地确定驾驶员身份。后台计算单元20也可以通过目的地信息确定行驶里程、优化路径等信息。
作为备选方案,驾驶员识别模块10可以为人脸识别单元,通过拍摄驾驶员的面部图像来确定驾驶员身份。
如上所示,辅助控制模块30根据与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息生成第二控制信息。
作为一种示例,与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息包括:车辆位置;道路路况;目的地里程;以及,优化路径。
本领域技术人员可以理解,作为后台***,后台计算单元20可以从外部***(例如,GPS***、城市交通监控***)获取车辆位置、前方道路是否拥挤、其他可用路径等各种辅助信息,并将这些信息传递给辅助控制模块30。
作为优选实施方式,与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息还包括:下一路段的坡度信息;下一路段的限速信息;路面信息;以及,当前天气信息。其中,路面信息表示对路面的分类,如柏油路、水泥路、沙石路等。天气信息包括雨雪天气、晴天等。获知限速信息可以防止驾驶员超速行驶。
后台计算单元20的管理机构可以对某一城市的各路段按照坡度、限速信息进行划分,以便使本发明中的“与受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息”能够准确反映出前方路面情况。
通过上述各种信息,辅助控制模块30可以得到当前交通和/或路面情况预测,并按照当前交通和/或路面情况,调用对应的交通和/或道路模型,以生成相应的第二控制信息,进而通过控制信息应用模块40实现对电动汽车的电机和/或电池的功率输出进行分配和控制,以在提供足够的输出功率的同时,利用电动汽车的现有能量实现尽量高的续航能力。例如,使得第一功率分配方案适用于第一类型路段,第二功率分配方案适用于第二类型路段,等等。
可以理解,通过路段坡度以及平均车速等信息,辅助控制模块30能够预测未来一段时间的功率需求,对电机和电池的长短期能力进行分配。当预测未来一段时间功率需求较低时,按照短期能力进行分配,而当预测未来一段时间功率需求较高时,按照长期能力进行分配。从而能够避免因为电池、电机长短期能力矛盾引起的驾驶感觉前后不一致,同时可以避免电机、电池的过热。
此外,由于电动汽车热管理***自身的特点,其响应通常较为迟缓。利用上述各种信息,可实现对热管理方案的“预判断”,当预测未来功率需求较大时,通过预先增加流量、提高风扇、压缩机转速的方式,增加散热量,来提前适应未来功率增加;当预测未来功率需求较小时,通过减少流量、降低风扇、压缩机转速的方式,节约能源,从而达到优化热管理的作用。
根据上述第一实施例,第二控制信息可以作为针对第一控制信息的修正信息。这时,辅助控制模块30可以向控制信息应用模块40输出第二控制信息,控制信息应用模块40将第一、第二控制信息结合后,生成具体的控制指令,并应用到受控汽车的动力总成。备选地,第二控制信息也可直接输出至电动汽车的整车控制单元VCU,而由整车控制单元VCU具体实现对动力总成的控制。
作为示例,控制信息应用模块40可以作为整车控制单元VCU的一部分或一个部件来实现,也可以独立于整车控制单元VCU。为便于操作,控制信息应用模块40可以通过总线与整车控制单元VCU连接并通信,控制信息应用模块40生成控制指令传送到整车控制单元VCU,整车控制单元VCU对控制指令进行解析,随后具体实现对动力总成的控制。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例提供一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,其包括驾驶员识别模块10、后台计算单元20、辅助控制模块30、控制信息应用模块40以及驾驶数据确定模块50。
其中,驾驶员识别模块10、后台计算单元20、辅助控制模块30以及控制信息应用模块40之间的逻辑关系以及各自的功能与上述第一实施例中类似。驾驶数据确定模块50设置于受控汽车内,用于收集驾驶员的驾驶数据并将驾驶数据上送至后台计算单元20。
驾驶数据确定模块50所收集的驾驶数据可以包括:受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急加速次数;受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急减速次数;以及受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的平均车速。后台计算单元20根据这些驾驶数据来确定驾驶员的驾驶类型(驾驶偏好)。后台计算单元20在确定驾驶员的驾驶类型时,也可以考虑其他因素,例如,驾驶员是否有不良驾驶记录、驾驶员年龄、性别以及身体状况。
作为一种具体实现,驾驶数据确定模块50实时采集上传驾驶员的驾驶数据,例如加速踏板位置、制动踏板位置、车速等信号,再由驾驶数据确定模块50直接或经由受控汽车的通信模块将驾驶数据上送至后台计算单元20。后台计算单元20对收集的每个用户数据进行分析,得出不同用户的驾驶特点,并计算出最适合该驾驶员的专属标定文件(第一控制信息)。当该驾驶员再次使用车辆时,通过TCU将其专属标定文件(第一控制信息)加载到控制信息应用模块20中、或直接加载至VCU中,从而可以按照驾驶员的驾驶偏好,为其提供更加合适和个性化的驾驶体验。
后台计算单元20可以通过读取手机ID信息对驾驶员进行识别和分辨,通过读取手机ID码,辨识用户(驾驶员)。辨识用户后,对用户的驾驶特性进行统计,例如,包括:某一路段和/或某一时间内的急加速比例、急减速比例、平均车速、SOC使用范围、以及是否存在空档滑行。通过急加速比例、急减速比例以及相对平均车速,可将用户的驾驶特性分为激进型、稳健型、普通型、迟滞型等;通过是否存在空档滑行、过充电/放电次数,可将用户的驾驶特性分为规则型和非规则型等。
优选情况下,后台计算单元20可以作为分布式***实现,可以架设于云计算平台,从而可以方便用户接入以及获取外部数据,为***升级维护带来便利;后台计算单元20还可以与多辆受控汽车在通信上耦合,从而实现一对多的控制方式。
如图3所示,本发明第三实施例作为对上述第二实施例的改进方式,还包括用户预约模块60,其基于用户(驾驶员)的预约指令指示控制信息应用模块40在预定时间启动和/或预热受控汽车的相应子部件和/或子单元。
引入用户预约模块60后,用户出发前,可以直接对控制信息应用模块40发出预约请求(这一方式在图3中示出),也可通过后台计算单元20就出发时间进行预约、而由后台计算单元20再通知控制信息应用模块40(这一方式未在图3示出),控制信息应用模块40在收到预约请求后,唤醒VCU,VCU在收到唤醒信号后唤醒动力总成控制器,闭合高压继电器,支持动力总成***预热以及高压空调等功能。
作为进一步的改进,在车辆行驶过程中,控制信息应用模块40可以从动力总成收集数据,向后台计算单元20实时上报当前运行参数,如车速、扭矩输出、功率输出等,同时汇报所有故障信息,例如电池单体故障、电池温感故障、电池温度、电机温感故障、电机温度等。后台计算单元20通过对所有上述信息进行汇总、分析,得出车辆整体的健康度,并实时提醒用户进行维修保养。
此外,在车辆处于停止状态时,控制信息应用模块40可以向后台计算单元20传输动力总成的状态信息,例如电池SOC、电池健康状态、电机健康状态、电池温度等。这些信息可以支持后台计算单元20对车辆进行诊断,并为用户提供实时诊断信息和维修保养建议。
本发明上述各实施例所提供的电动汽车动力总成控制***,一方面充分考虑驾驶员的驾驶偏好,另一方面根据与当前驾驶相关的各种辅助信息来优化受控汽车的功率分配和/或热管理方案,从而在提供优秀用户体验的同时、实现了对动力总成的优化控制。
此外,上述各种电动汽车动力总成控制***实施简单、升级维护方便,为现代化大城市的交通管理提供了可以借鉴、推广的先进方案。
上述说明仅针对于本发明的优选实施例,并不在于限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可作出各种变形设计,而不脱离本发明的思想及附随的权利要求。

Claims (13)

1.一种电动汽车动力总成控制***,包括:
驾驶员识别模块,用于确定受控汽车的驾驶员的身份信息,并上送至后台计算单元;
所述后台计算单元,设置于所述受控汽车的远端,用于基于所述驾驶员的身份信息生成第一控制信息;
辅助控制模块,基于从所述后台计算单元获取的、与所述受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息而生成第二控制信息;以及
控制信息应用模块,设置于所述受控汽车内,用于将所述第一、第二控制信息应用到所述受控汽车的动力总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,其还包括驾驶数据确定模块,所述驾驶数据确定模块设置于所述受控汽车内,用于收集驾驶员的驾驶数据并将所述驾驶数据上送至所述后台计算单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述后台计算单元根据所述驾驶数据而确定所述驾驶员的驾驶类型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述驾驶数据包括:
所述受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急加速次数;
所述受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的急减速次数;以及
所述受控汽车在某一路段和/或某一时间内的平均车速。
5.根据权利要求3所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述后台计算单元根据所述驾驶员的身份信息来匹配所述驾驶员的驾驶类型,并根据所述驾驶员的驾驶类型来生成所述第一控制信息。
6.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述第一控制信息包括:
加速踏板灵敏度;电机扭矩响应;以及,从驱动到制动能量回馈之间的滤波时间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述与所述受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息包括:
车辆位置;道路路况;目的地里程;以及,优化路径。
8.根据权利要求7所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述与所述受控汽车的当前行驶有关的信息还包括:
下一路段的坡度信息;下一路段的限速信息;路面信息;以及,当前天气信息。
9.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述第二控制信息为针对所述第一控制信息的修正信息。
10.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述驾驶员识别模块为智能手机,驾驶员通过使用所述智能手机向所述后台计算单元发送驾驶请求,所述驾驶请求包括:
所述驾驶员的身份信息;和/或,目的地信息。
11.根据权利要求1所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述控制***还包括用户预约模块,其基于用户的预约指令指示所述控制信息应用模块在预定时间启动和/或预热所述受控汽车的相应子部件和/或子单元。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述后台计算单元架设于云计算平台。
13.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的控制***,其特征在于,所述后台计算单元与多辆所述受控汽车在通信上耦合。
