本发明属于保健技术领域，具体涉及一种用于稳定血糖的糖尿病病人的专用食品配方。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组由于胰岛素分泌和作用缺陷所导致的碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质等代谢紊乱、而以长期高血糖为主要表现的综合症，它是由遗传和环境因素共同作用而引起的。美国糖尿病协会提出了糖尿病诊断的新标准：有糖尿病症状，并且任意血糖≥11.1mmol/L；空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L；口服葡萄糖耐量试验2小时血糖≥11.1mmol/L，符合上述标准之一时，可在另一天重复上述检查，若仍符合三条标准之一者可诊断为糖尿病。WHO将糖尿病分为1型和2型，其中2型糖尿病是多基因遗传病，多发于中老年，遗传因素在本型中较1型更为明显重要，同时环境因素对于2型糖尿病亦非常重要。
近几年来，我国糖尿病肾病患者的数量逐年增长，且目前无治疗糖尿病肾病的特效药，一般通过饮食治疗进行控制。基于糖尿病肾病患者的基本病理特点，糖尿病患者的饮食需要对糖类物质的摄入进行控制，使血糖能够稳定。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种用于稳定血糖的糖尿病病人的专用食品配方，具有减缓并发症、稳定血糖的功效。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的用于稳定血糖的糖尿病病人的专用食品由下列组分按重量份制成：葛根3，绿豆5，花粉3、生地6，山药3，黄芪3，奇雅子3-5，辣木子3-5，山萸肉1.5，天花粉1.5，杞子0.5，红枣0.5，玉竹1.5，北沙参1.5，石斛1.5，淮山1，薏仁1，莲子1，元肉0.5，红豆1.5，巴戟0.5，熟地1，芡实1.5，黑芝麻1，核桃1，乌梅0.5，苦瓜1，知母1.5-2，麦冬1-1.5，黄连1-1.5，五味子0.5-1，鸡内金0.5-1，桂枝0.1-0.5，灵芝孢子粉0.2-0.4，淀粉酶0.2-0.4，聚糖酶0.1-0.4，维生素C 1-3，柠檬酸钙0.2-0.5。
专用配方食品的一种配方如下：葛根3，绿豆5，花粉3、生地6，山药3，黄芪3，奇雅子3，辣木子3，山萸肉1.5，天花粉1.5，杞子0.5，红枣0.5，玉竹1.5，北沙参1.5，石斛1.5，淮山1，薏仁1，莲子1，元肉0.5，红豆1.5，巴戟0.5，熟地1，芡实1.5，黑芝麻1，核桃1，乌梅0.5，苦瓜1，知母1.8，麦冬1.2，黄连1.2，五味子0.9，鸡内金0.6，桂枝0.3，灵芝孢子粉0.5，淀粉酶0.3，聚糖酶0.2，维生素C1，柠檬酸钙0.3。
以上配方食品的制备方法如下：首先将绿豆、红枣、莲子、红豆、黑芝麻、核桃、黄连、乌梅先用水浸泡一段时间，待原料松软后加入一定的水一起煎煮，直到所有原料都煮熟，然后冷却后打浆，得到浆料A；将生地、山药、黄芪、奇雅子、辣木子、山萸肉、杞子、玉竹、石斛、淮山、薏仁、巴戟、熟地和芡实晒干研磨成粉末，得到粉末B；将北沙参、元肉、苦瓜、五味子、知母、桂枝、麦冬和鸡内金加水煎煮，然后过滤，得到滤液C；取葛根粉末、花粉、天花粉、灵芝孢子粉、淀粉酶、聚糖酶、维生素C和柠檬酸钙的混合粉末D；最后将浆料A、粉末B、滤液C和混合粉末D充分混合后，冷冻干燥，研磨成粉末。
糖尿病人食用时，只需将上述粉末添加到其它材料中一起食用即可，例如添加热水，冲泡饮料；或者添加到小麦粉、荞麦粉中制作面条或者馒头等食物中一起食用。
方中黄芪、山药益气滋阴，补脾固肾，作为君药。知母、天花粉滋阴清热，润燥止渴，配合黄芪、山药益气健脾，滋阴生津，使阴阳不至偏胜，故为臣药。葛根升阳生津止渴，助脾气上升，散精达肺。葛根黄酮能够治疗糖尿病及其并发症，主要影响β细胞功能，作用比较缓慢而持久；鸡内金助脾健运，化水谷为津液；五味子酸收，固肾生津，不使水液急于下趋。山茱萸滋阴益肾，能增强机体的抗应激能力，提高耐缺氧能力。桂枝温通血脉，改善微循环，量小温而不燥。对糖尿病足(阳虚阻络型)的治疗及预防具有肯定的疗效；麦冬养阴生津，润肺清心，具有增强免疫活性功效，对高血糖、正常血糖均有改善作用。黄连主要成分小蘖碱可以降低血糖，改善葡萄糖耐量，并可以降低血清胆固醇水平，抑制血小板聚集采用本发明的方法制造出的食品具有稳定血糖的功效。诸药相配，共奏滋阴益气，固肾止渴之功，具有降低血糖的作用。

表一为50例2型糖尿病患者食用上述配方食品和安慰剂的前后血糖指标比较
上表说明食用本发明保健食品后，相比于普通的食品，血糖升高的幅度较小，血糖较为稳定。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于稳定血糖的糖尿病病人的专用食品配方，其特征在于所述食品由下列组分按重量份制成：葛根3，绿豆5，花粉3、生地6，山药3，黄芪3，奇雅子3-5，辣木子3-5，山萸肉1.5，天花粉1.5，杞子0.5，红枣0.5，玉竹1.5，北沙参1.5，石斛1.5，淮山1，薏仁1，莲子1，元肉0.5，红豆1.5，巴戟0.5，熟地1，芡实1.5，黑芝麻1，核桃1，乌梅0.5，苦瓜1，知母1.5-2，麦冬1-1.5，黄连1-1.5，五味子0.5-1，鸡内金0.5-1，桂枝0.1-0.5，灵芝孢子粉0.2-0.4，淀粉酶0.2-0.4、聚糖酶0.1-0.4、维生素C 1-3、柠檬酸钙0.2-0.5；
食品的制备方法如下：首先将绿豆、红枣、莲子、红豆、黑芝麻、核桃、黄连、乌梅先用水浸泡一段时间，待原料松软后加入一定的水一起煎煮，直到所有原料都煮熟，然后冷却后打浆，得到浆料A；将生地、山药、黄芪、奇雅子、辣木子、山萸肉、杞子、玉竹、石斛、淮山、薏仁、巴戟、熟地和芡实晒干研磨成粉末，得到粉末B；将北沙参、元肉、苦瓜、五味子、知母、桂枝、麦冬和鸡内金加水煎煮，然后过滤，得到滤液C；取葛根粉末、花粉、天花粉、灵芝孢子粉、淀粉酶、聚糖酶、维生素C和柠檬酸钙的混合粉末D；最后将浆料A、粉末B、滤液C和混合粉末D充分混合后，冷冻干燥，研磨成粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于稳定血糖的糖尿病病人的专用食品配方，其特征在于所述食品由下列组分按重量份制成：葛根3，绿豆5，花粉3、生地6，山药3，黄芪3，奇雅子3，辣木子3，山萸肉1.5，天花粉1.5，杞子0.5，红枣0.5，玉竹1.5，北沙参1.5，石斛1.5，淮山1，薏仁1，莲子1，元肉0.5，红豆1.5，巴戟0.5，熟地1，芡实1.5，黑芝麻1，核桃1，乌梅0.5，苦瓜1，知母1.8，麦冬1.2，黄连1.2，五味子0.9，鸡内金0.6，桂枝0.3，灵芝孢子粉0.5，淀粉酶0.3，聚糖酶0.2，维生素C1，柠檬酸钙0.3。
