Abstract
本发明公开一种健脾补肾组合物及其制备方法,其中,所述健脾补肾组合物由如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份和玉米须150~180份。本发明提供的健脾补肾组合物由多味中药混合而成,含糖量低,有益于糖尿病患者使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种健脾补肾组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,糖尿病、高血压和高脂血症等疾病迅速攀升,该类疾病被认为与饮食方式密切相关,现有技术证明可通过改善饮食生活来预防这类疾病方面。糖尿病(Diabetesmellitus,DM)由胰腺β细胞分泌的胰岛素减少所引起的以高血糖为共同特征的内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病,在中医中称为“消渴病”。糖尿病常伴有严重的并发症,严重影响糖尿病患者的生活。
由于糖尿病患者体内的血糖含量不稳定,需要严格控制饮食,一般糖分较高的食品均不建议食用。而现有市面上缺少具有一定疗效作用且适宜糖尿病患者食用的食品。
因此有必要提供一种适应糖尿病患者食用的食品。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种健脾补肾组合物,以适宜糖尿病患者食用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的健脾补肾组合物由如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份和玉米须150~180份。
优选地,所述黄精为经过炮制的蒸黄精。
优选地,所述牡蛎为经过炮制的煅牡蛎。
优选地,所述酸枣仁为经过炮制的炒酸枣仁。
优选地,所述健脾补肾组合物为粉末颗粒状,所述健脾补肾组合物中还包括糊精、麦芽糊精和甜菊糖苷。
本发明还提供一种健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将以下质量份的枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份、玉米须150~180份和水加入提取罐中进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤二:在所述步骤一得到的提取液中加入甜菊糖苷,减压浓缩得稠膏;
步骤三:对所述步骤二中制得的稠膏进行干燥,制得干膏,加入麦芽糊精和糊精,混合均匀后粉碎,加入制软材制粒,并沸腾干燥,制得粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物。
优选地,所述步骤一的具体操作为:
将以下质量份的枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份和玉米须150~180份混合制成混合物,将混合物和第一质量份水加入提取罐中进行第一次提取并获得初次提取物;
对初次提取物进行过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入第二质量份水,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物;
对二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣,将初次滤液与二次滤液合并获得所述提取液。
优选地,所述步骤一中第一质量份水为混合物的总质量的8~10倍量;所述步骤二中第二质量份水为混合物的总质量的5~6倍量。
优选地,所述步骤二中减压浓缩的温度为60℃~70℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa;所述步骤三中对稠膏进行真空干燥,真空干燥的温度为60℃~70℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa。
优选地,所述步骤三中的制软材为浓度为90%~95%的乙醇水溶液。
本发明中的健脾补肾组合物含糖量低、口感佳,适宜糖尿病患者食用。通过利用葛根生津止渴,以解上焦之消;玉竹、百合养阴增液,合用以解中焦之消;山药、大枣补脾肺肾气;黄精、枸杞子、桑椹、酸枣仁滋补肝肾益精补血;覆盆子暖肾温阳,牡蛎固肾缩泉,以上合用以解下焦之忧。玉米须利水消肿,降血压;山楂消众健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂,以防方中药味滋腻之性。诸药合用,消补兼施,上中下三焦并重,气血阴阳兼顾,共奏清肺止渴,清胃疗饥,补肾固涩之效。

本发明提出一种健脾补肾组合物,该健脾补肾组合物由如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份、玉米须150~180份。
优选地,该健脾补肾组合物由如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子99份、桑椹118.8份、黄精99份、制乌梅99份、玉竹99份、山楂99份、牡蛎79.2份、酸枣仁79.2份、覆盆子99份、百合99份、大枣99份、葛根99份、山药118.8份和玉米须165份。
中医学认为,脾主运化水谷,化生气血,为“后天之本”;肾藏精,主生产、发育与生殖,为“先天之本”。糖尿病在中医学中称为消渴,以多饮、多食、多尿、乏力、消瘦为主要表现,脾肾亏虚与糖尿病密切相关。本发明中的健脾补肾组合物中通过利用葛根生津止渴,以解上焦之消;玉竹、百合养阴增液,合用以解中焦之消;山药、大枣补脾肺肾气;黄精、枸杞子、桑椹、酸枣仁滋补肝肾益精补血;覆盆子暖肾温阳,牡蛎固肾缩泉,以上合用以解下焦之忧。玉米须利水消肿,降血压;山楂消众健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂,以防方中药味滋腻之性。诸药合用,消补兼施,上中下三焦并重,气血阴阳兼顾,共奏清肺止渴,清胃疗饥,补肾固涩之效。
需要说明的是,在本发明中采用玉米须有助于预防降低糖尿病病人的血糖。玉米须中含多种对人体有益的化学成分,如皂甙、黄酮、生物碱、有机酸、挥发油、微量元素及多种维生素。玉米须中的皂甙是降低糖尿病病人血糖的主要成分。玉米须中含有铬,铬是糖耐量因子的组成部分,可以加强胰岛素功能。玉米须中黄酮类物质的含量是玉米粒的15倍,其可以减少自由基的产生并清除自由基,具有很好的抗氧化能力,且玉米须水提取物清除自由基的能力高于大豆异黄酮,可以预防糖尿病并发症。
其中,所述黄精为经过炮制的蒸黄精,所述牡蛎为经过炮制的煅牡蛎,所述酸枣仁为经过炮制的炒酸枣仁。
黄精为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatumkingianum Coll.et Hemsl.)、黄精(Polygonatumsibiricum Red.)或多花黄精(Polygonatumcyrtonema Hua)的干燥根茎。黄精中多糖含量较高,将黄精制成蒸黄精再加工为健脾补肾组合物,相较于生黄精,蒸黄精中的多糖可水解为低聚糖和单糖,一方面有利于药效的发挥,另一方面有利于糖尿病患者吸收代谢。
牡蛎(ostreagigasthunberg),其味咸,性微寒,入肾肝经。功能重镇安神,潜阳补阴,软坚散结,收敛固涩,制酸止痛。牡蛎主治惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疬痰核,癥瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸等病症。牡蛎经过炮制后得到煅牡蛎,相较于牡蛎,煅牡蛎加强了收敛固涩的效用。糖尿病患者通常伴有胃肠症状,顽固性腹泻是部分糖尿病患者的突出症状,约有20%的糖尿病人会出现腹泻。通过在本发明中的健脾补肾组合物中加入煅牡蛎,一方面可缓解糖尿病患者的腹泻症状,另一方面玉竹、百合、葛根具有补阴作用的同时,还具有一定的滑脱作用,煅牡蛎收敛固涩的效用可减小玉竹、百合、葛根引起的滑脱作用。
在中医理论中,生酸枣仁甘酸而润,偏用于肝胆虚热之证,生用清虚热生津的作用强。炒酸枣仁酸温而香,兼有醒脾作用,偏用于肝,胆,心,脾血虚少眠之证。相较于生酸枣仁,炒酸枣酸收敛止虚汗的作用增强;另外,经过炮制得到的炒酸枣仁比较芳香,香能醒脾,一方面能够促进胃肠对药物的吸收,另一方面有益于增加健脾补肾组合物的口感。
进一步地,所述健脾补肾组合物为粉末颗粒状,所述健脾补肾组合物中还包括糊精、麦芽糊精和甜菊糖苷。甜菊糖苷的热值仅为蔗糖的1/300,摄入人体后不被吸收,不产生热量,从而改善所述健脾补肾组合物的口感,糖尿病人食用后无负担。通过将所述健脾补肾组合物制成粉末颗粒状,兑水冲泡后即可食用,携带方便。
以下通过具体实施例对本发明提出的健脾补肾组合物及其制备方法进行具体说明:
实施例一
一种健脾补肾组合物,如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子100份、桑椹120份、黄精100份、制乌梅100份、玉竹100份、山楂100份、牡蛎80份、酸枣仁80份、覆盆子100份、百合100份、大枣100份、葛根100份、山药120份和玉米须165份。
该健脾补肾组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11,将以下质量份的枸杞子100份、桑椹120份、黄精100份、制乌梅100份、玉竹100份、山楂100份、牡蛎80份、酸枣仁80份、覆盆子100份、百合100份、大枣100份、葛根100份、山药120份、玉米须165份和水加入提取罐中进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤S111,将以下质量份的枸杞子100份、桑椹120份、黄精100份、制乌梅100份、玉竹100份、山楂100份、牡蛎80份、酸枣仁80份、覆盆子100份、百合100份、大枣100份、葛根100份、山药120份和玉米须165份混合制成混合物,将混合物和第一质量份水加入提取罐中进行第一次提取并获得初次提取物;
具体地,分别以质量份称取上述各成分:枸杞子100份、桑椹120份、黄精100份、制乌梅100份、玉竹100份、山楂100份、牡蛎80份、酸枣仁80份、覆盆子100份、百合100份、大枣100份、葛根100份、山药120份和玉米须165份,将上述混合物置于提取罐中,加入上述混合物总质量9倍量的纯水,设置提取温度为100℃,动态提取120分钟,获得初次提取物。
步骤S112,对初次提取物进行过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入第二质量份水,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物;
具体地,将步骤S111中获得的初次提取物200目纱布过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入上述混合物总质量5.5倍量的水,设置提取温度为100℃,动态提取60分钟,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物
步骤S113,对步骤S112获得的二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣,将初次滤液与二次滤液合并获得所述提取液。
具体地,对步骤S112获得的二次提取物200目纱布过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣。
步骤S12,在所述步骤S11得到的提取液中加入甜菊糖苷,减压浓缩得稠膏;
具体地,在所述步骤S113中获得的所述提取液中加入甜菊糖苷7份,在压力值为-0.07MPa、温度为65℃条件下减压浓缩,得相对密度为1.25-1.3的稠膏;
步骤S13,对所述步骤S12中制得的稠膏进行干燥,制得干膏,加入麦芽糊精和糊精,混合均匀后粉碎,加入制软材制粒,并沸腾干燥的粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物。
具体地,在压力值为-0.07MPa、温度为65℃条件下对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏,加入麦芽糊精60份和糊精600份,混合均匀后粉碎,加入浓度为93%的乙醇水溶液制粒,并沸腾干燥至含水量小于5%,12目筛整粒,得粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物颗粒1000份。
可以理解的是,对稠膏也可以采用喷雾干燥,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况进行选择。
加入浓度为93%的乙醇水溶液为制软材,使步骤S2中制的稠膏具有一定粘度和湿度,以适宜制成粉末颗粒状。
实施例二
一种健脾补肾组合物,如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子90份、桑椹110份、黄精90份、制乌梅90份、玉竹90份、山楂90份、牡蛎70份、酸枣仁70份、覆盆子90份、百合90份、大枣90份、葛根90份、山药170份和玉米须150份。
该健脾补肾组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S21,将以下质量份的枸杞子90份、桑椹110份、黄精90份、制乌梅90份、玉竹90份、山楂90份、牡蛎70份、酸枣仁70份、覆盆子90份、百合90份、大枣90份、葛根90份、山药170份、玉米须150份和水加入提取罐中进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤S211,将以下质量份的枸杞子90份、桑椹110份、黄精90份、制乌梅90份、玉竹90份、山楂90份、牡蛎70份、酸枣仁70份、覆盆子90份、百合90份、大枣90份、葛根90份、山药170份和玉米须150份混合制成混合物,将混合物和第一质量份水加入提取罐中进行第一次提取并获得初次提取物;

步骤S213,对步骤S212获得的二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次滤液和药渣,将初次滤液与二次滤液合并获得所述提取液。
具体地,对步骤S212获得的二次提取物200目纱布过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣。
步骤S22,在所述步骤S21得到的提取液中加入甜菊糖苷,减压浓缩得稠膏;
具体地,在所述步骤S213中获得的所述提取液中加入甜菊糖苷6份,在压力值为-0.06MPa、温度为60℃条件下减压浓缩,得相对密度为1.20-1.25的稠膏;
步骤S23,对所述步骤S22中制得的稠膏进行干燥,制得干膏,加入麦芽糊精和糊精,混合均匀后粉碎,加入制软材制粒,并沸腾干燥的粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物。
具体地,在压力值为-0.06MPa、温度为60℃条件下对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏,加入麦芽糊精55份和糊精580份,混合均匀后粉碎,加入浓度为90%乙醇水溶液制粒,并沸腾干燥至含水量小于5%,12目筛整粒,得粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物颗粒1000份。
实施例三
一种健脾补肾组合物,如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子110份、桑椹130份、黄精110份、制乌梅110份、玉竹110份、山楂110份、牡蛎90份、酸枣仁90份、覆盆子110份、百合110份、大枣110份、葛根110份、山药130份和玉米须180份。
该健脾补肾组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S31,将以下质量份的枸杞子110份、桑椹130份、黄精110份、制乌梅110份、玉竹110份、山楂110份、牡蛎90份、酸枣仁90份、覆盆子110份、百合110份、大枣110份、葛根110份、山药130份、玉米须180份和水加入提取罐中进行提取,获得提取液;

具体地,分别以质量份称取上述各成分:枸杞子110份、桑椹130份、黄精110份、制乌梅110份、玉竹110份、山楂110份、牡蛎90份、酸枣仁90份、覆盆子110份、百合110份、大枣110份、葛根110份、山药130份、玉米须180份,将上述混合物置于提取罐中,加入上述混合物总质量10倍量的水,设置提取温度为100℃,动态提取110分钟,获得初次提取物。
步骤S312,对初次提取物进行过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入第二质量份水,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物;
具体地,将步骤S311中获得的初次提取物200目纱布进行过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入上述混合物总质量6倍量的水,设置提取温度为100℃,动态提取50分钟,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物
步骤S313,对步骤S312获得的二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣,将初次滤液与二次滤液合并获得所述提取液。
具体地,对步骤S312获得的二次提取物200目纱布过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣。
步骤S32,在所述步骤S31得到的提取液中加入甜菊糖苷,减压浓缩得稠膏;
具体地,在所述步骤S313中获得的所述提取液中加入甜菊糖苷8份,在压力值为-0.08MPa、温度为70℃条件下减压浓缩,得相对密度为1.25-1.3的稠膏;
步骤S33,对所述步骤S32中制得的稠膏进行干燥,制得干膏,加入麦芽糊精和糊精,混合均匀后粉碎,加入制软材制粒,并沸腾干燥的粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物。
具体地,在压力值为-0.08MPa、温度为70℃条件下对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏,加入麦芽糊精65份和糊精630份,混合均匀后粉碎,加入浓度为95%乙醇水溶液制粒,并沸腾干燥至含水量小于5%,12目筛整粒,得粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物颗粒1000份。
为阐明本发明健脾补肾组合物对糖尿病的具有一定的预防、干预作用,用按上述实施例1~3中的方法制得的健脾补肾组合物进行试验,以证明其具有一定预防、干预作用,但其不能对本发明的范围构成任何限制。
选择年龄为50~60岁符合Ⅱ型糖尿病的男女各80名,分为4组,各组包括20名男性,20名女性。第1组共40例,男20例,女20例,年龄为(55.18±2.37)岁,病程为(18.79±28.39)个月,食用实施例1中的方法制得的健脾补肾组合物;第2组共40例,男20例,女20例,年龄为(53.17±2.21)岁,病程为(20.19±28.11)个月,实施例2中的方法制得的健脾补肾组合物;第3组共40例,男20例,女20例,年龄为(54.56±3.56)岁,病程为(19.33±27.16)个月,食用实施例3中的方法制得的健脾补肾组合物;第4组共40例,男20例,女20例,年龄为(53.89±2.65)岁,病程为(20.35±28.21)个月食用安慰剂。在试验过程中,实验组每人每日早晚饭前1小时各服用10g本发明的健脾补肾组合物。经统计,两组在性别、年龄、病程等方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。排除标准:(1)Ⅰ型糖尿病患者;(2)伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全及急性感染患者;(3)哺乳期、妊娠期妇女。
请参阅表1,表1为食用本发明健脾补肾组合物后的效果调查表。其中,以口渴多饮、多食易饥、五心烦热、倦怠乏力为症状进行评分,症状疗效评定按四级评分法分级:0(无症状)、1(须经提醒时方能感觉症状存在)、2(有时有症状)、3(症状明显),并进行症状计分和积分。评分≤4分为有效,4<评分≤8分,为显效;评分大于8分为无效。

由表2可观察到实施例1~3中制备的健脾补肾组合物与对照组相比,食用健脾补肾组合物的患者FPG、P2hPG值降低(P<0.05)。

Claims (10)
1.一种健脾补肾组合物,其特征在于,其由如下质量份的原料制成:枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份和玉米须150~180份。
2.如权利要求1所述的健脾补肾组合物,其特征在于,所述黄精为经过炮制的蒸黄精。
3.如权利要求1所述的健脾补肾组合物,其特征在于,所述牡蛎为经过炮制的煅牡蛎。
4.如权利要求1所述的健脾补肾组合物,其特征在于,所述酸枣仁为经过炮制的炒酸枣仁。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的健脾补肾组合物,其特征在于,所述健脾补肾组合物为粉末颗粒状,所述健脾补肾组合物中还包括糊精、麦芽糊精和甜菊糖苷。
6.一种健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将以下质量份的枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份、玉米须150~180份和水加入提取罐中进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤二:在所述步骤一得到的提取液中加入甜菊糖苷,减压浓缩得稠膏;
步骤三:对所述步骤二中制得的稠膏进行干燥,制得干膏,加入麦芽糊精和糊精,混合均匀后粉碎,加入制软材制粒,并沸腾干燥,制得粉末颗粒状的健脾补肾组合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一的具体操作为:
将以下质量份的枸杞子90~110份、桑椹110~130份、黄精90~110份、制乌梅90~110份、玉竹90~110份、山楂90~110份、牡蛎70~90份、酸枣仁70~90份、覆盆子90~110份、百合90~110份、大枣90~110份、葛根90~110份、山药110~130份和玉米须150~180份混合制成混合物,将混合物和第一质量份水加入提取罐中进行第一次提取并获得初次提取物;
对初次提取物进行过滤,分别获得初次滤液和初次药渣,将初次药渣置于提取罐中并加入第二质量份水,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物;
对二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次滤液和二次药渣,将初次滤液与二次滤液合并获得所述提取液。
8.如权利要求7所述的健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中第一质量份水为混合物的总质量的8~10倍量;所述步骤二中第二质量份水为混合物的总质量的5~6倍量。
9.如权利要求6所述的健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中减压浓缩的温度为60℃~70℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa;所述步骤三中对稠膏进行真空干燥,真空干燥的温度为60℃~70℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa。
10.如权利要求6至9中任一项所述的健脾补肾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中的制软材为浓度为90%~95%的乙醇水溶液。
