背景技术
目前,现有的合成革用洗亮炭黑处理剂炭黑洗后面亮度、油蜡效果,手感都不十分理想。应用这样的洗亮炭黑处理剂的合成革,其光泽和色泽较差,黑度也不尽如人意。因此,需要一种改进的洗亮炭黑处理剂。

2)在步骤1)得到的混合物中加改性聚氨酯树脂、环氧大豆油、油酸酰胺及有机硅油,均匀搅拌。

合成革用洗亮炭黑处理剂包含14质量份改性聚氨酯树脂,6质量份丙烯酸树脂,3质量份硝化棉,3质量份二甲基甲酰胺,24质量份丁酯,10质量份丁酮,15质量份二丙酮醇,3质量份二氧化硅消光粉,18质量份炭黑粉,2质量份环氧大豆油,1质量份油酸酰胺,1质量份有机硅油。
上述合成革用洗亮炭黑处理剂的制备方法是:将配方中的6质量份丙烯酸树脂,3质量份硝化棉,3质量份二甲基甲酰胺,24质量份丁酯,10质量份丁酮,15质量份二丙酮醇,3质量份二氧化硅消光粉,18质量份炭黑粉搅拌后研磨过滤;然后在所得的混合物中加入14质量份改性聚氨酯树脂,2质量份环氧大豆油,1质量份油酸酰胺,1质量份有机硅油,均匀搅拌后即得所述的合成革用洗亮炭黑处理剂。所得到的合成革用洗亮炭黑处理剂的性能指标见表1。
