技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手。
背景技术
电磁阀是电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,电磁阀的铁芯组件组装难度系数大,现有的电磁阀铁芯组件主要是采用人工装配作业或分流水线的方式进行安装作业,其自动化程度不高,人工装配存在人为因素,容易出现不良品,而且装配周期长、效率低和成本高,有鉴于此,基于现有技术的缺陷和不足,设计出一款电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动完成堵头的换位过程,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,该电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手包括换位安装板、升降滑轨、升降滑块、升降推板、缓冲器安装板、缓冲器、换位气缸安装板、换位升降气缸、换位升降块、导向螺栓、橡胶压块、换位升降板、螺栓导向板、升降螺栓、缓冲弹簧、夹紧限位块、堵头夹紧模和换位拉簧,所述换位安装板前侧面安装有升降滑轨,升降滑轨上装有可滑动的升降滑块,升降滑块固定于升降推板上,换位安装板下端安装有与之垂直的缓冲器安装板,缓冲器安装板上安装有两个缓冲器,缓冲器均对着升降滑块,换位安装板上端安装有与之垂直的换位气缸安装板,换位气缸安装板上安装有换位升降气缸,换位升降气缸的活塞杆与换位升降块固定,换位升降块后端安装有两根互相平行的导向螺栓,升降推板上设有竖直且对之对应的导向通槽,导向螺栓分别穿过导向通槽,换位升降块通过橡胶压块与换位升降板固定,升降推板前侧面安装有与之垂直的螺栓导向板,四根升降螺栓穿过螺栓导向板后固定于换位升降板上,换位升降板和螺栓导向板之间的升降螺栓上套有缓冲弹簧,换位升降板下平面安装有夹紧限位块,夹紧限位块下平面设有“Λ”形开口,两个堵头夹紧模呈剪刀状且通过铰接销活动插装于升降推板上,两个堵头夹紧模分别与螺栓导向板通过换位拉簧连接,两个堵头夹紧模上部位于夹紧限位块的“Λ”形开口处。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动完成堵头的换位过程,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。

一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,该电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手包括换位安装板32111、升降滑轨32112、升降滑块32113、升降推板32114、缓冲器安装板32115、缓冲器32116、换位气缸安装板32117、换位升降气缸32118、换位升降块32119、导向螺栓321110、橡胶压块321111、换位升降板321112、螺栓导向板321113、升降螺栓321114、缓冲弹簧321115、夹紧限位块321116、堵头夹紧模321117和换位拉簧321118,所述换位安装板32111前侧面安装有升降滑轨32112,升降滑轨32112上装有可滑动的升降滑块32113,升降滑块32113固定于升降推板32114上,换位安装板32111下端安装有与之垂直的缓冲器安装板32115,缓冲器安装板32115上安装有两个缓冲器32116,缓冲器32116均对着升降滑块32113,换位安装板32111上端安装有与之垂直的换位气缸安装板32117,换位气缸安装板32117上安装有换位升降气缸32118,换位升降气缸32118的活塞杆与换位升降块32119固定,换位升降块32119后端安装有两根互相平行的导向螺栓321110,升降推板32114上设有竖直且对之对应的导向通槽321141,导向螺栓321110分别穿过导向通槽321141,换位升降块32119通过橡胶压块321111与换位升降板321112固定,升降推板32114前侧面安装有与之垂直的螺栓导向板321113,四根升降螺栓321114穿过螺栓导向板321113后固定于换位升降板321112上,换位升降板321112和螺栓导向板321113之间的升降螺栓321114上套有缓冲弹簧321115,换位升降板321112下平面安装有夹紧限位块321116,夹紧限位块321116下平面设有“Λ”形开口,两个堵头夹紧模321117呈剪刀状且通过铰接销活动插装于升降推板32114上,两个堵头夹紧模321117分别与螺栓导向板321113通过换位拉簧321118连接,两个堵头夹紧模321117上部位于夹紧限位块321116的“Λ”形开口处。
本发明电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手工作时,换位升降气缸32118的活塞杆伸展带动夹紧限位块321116向下移动,夹紧限位块321116的“Λ”形开口与两个堵头夹紧模321117上部紧贴,夹紧限位块321116向下移动带动两个堵头夹紧模321117下部张开,此时工件位于两个堵头夹紧模321117下部之间,换位升降气缸32118复位,在换位拉簧321118的作用下,两个堵头夹紧模321117将堵头夹紧,重复以上工作步骤。
本发明电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动完成堵头的换位过程,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。

1.一种电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手,其特征在于:该电磁阀铁芯组件装配机的换位机械手包括换位安装板、升降滑轨、升降滑块、升降推板、缓冲器安装板、缓冲器、换位气缸安装板、换位升降气缸、换位升降块、导向螺栓、橡胶压块、换位升降板、螺栓导向板、升降螺栓、缓冲弹簧、夹紧限位块、堵头夹紧模和换位拉簧,所述换位安装板前侧面安装有升降滑轨,升降滑轨上装有可滑动的升降滑块,升降滑块固定于升降推板上,换位安装板下端安装有与之垂直的缓冲器安装板,缓冲器安装板上安装有两个缓冲器,缓冲器均对着升降滑块,换位安装板上端安装有与之垂直的换位气缸安装板,换位气缸安装板上安装有换位升降气缸,换位升降气缸的活塞杆与换位升降块固定,换位升降块后端安装有两根互相平行的导向螺栓,升降推板上设有竖直且对之对应的导向通槽,导向螺栓分别穿过导向通槽,换位升降块通过橡胶压块与换位升降板固定,升降推板前侧面安装有与之垂直的螺栓导向板,四根升降螺栓穿过螺栓导向板后固定于换位升降板上,换位升降板和螺栓导向板之间的升降螺栓上套有缓冲弹簧,换位升降板下平面安装有夹紧限位块,夹紧限位块下平面设有“Λ”形开口,两个堵头夹紧模呈剪刀状且通过铰接销活动插装于升降推板上,两个堵头夹紧模分别与螺栓导向板通过换位拉簧连接,两个堵头夹紧模上部位于夹紧限位块的“Λ”形开口处。
