(一)技术领域
本发明涉及路面养护薄层罩面技术领域,特别涉及一种路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法。
(二)背景技术
路面超薄表处技术需求:目前国内公路新建项目放缓,大部分公路转入养护阶段和水泥路面需要进行白改黑。
目前常用的超薄表处技术有:含砂雾封层、稀浆封层、微表处、碎石封层、Novachip超薄磨耗层、环氧覆层等。这些技术虽能满足基本的功能需求,但不同程度地存在缺陷:含砂雾封层功能性弱,仅具备封水和美化路面的功能;稀浆封层和微表处噪音大、一出现片状脱落;碎石封层噪音大、易产生飞石、影响行车安全;Novachip超薄磨耗层和环氧覆层成本高,封闭施工时间长,影响交通等问题。
开发一种新型超薄表处技术具有广泛的市场需求。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种施工快捷、性价比高的路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法,以公路为施工对象,包括如下步骤:
(1)对施工路段进行封闭交通,局部病害处置、路面清扫;
(2)采用施工车辆对公路路面进行层间界面剂、改性乳化沥青、抗滑降噪材料、改性乳化沥青、表面保护剂的依次同步或异步洒/撒布,使公路路面形成2-9mm的超薄罩面结构层;
(3)待超薄罩面结构层干后,使用胶轮压路机碾压2-8遍,养生后开放交通。
本发明的更优技术方案为:
步骤(2)中,各材料的重量配比为,层间界面剂1-3份、改性乳化沥青6-20份、抗滑降噪材料20-50份、表面保护剂1-5份;采用施工车辆实现层间界面剂、改性乳化沥青、抗滑降噪材料、改性乳化沥青、表面保护剂多种材料的依次同步或异步洒/撒布,具有优异的路用性能。
所述改性乳化沥青由重量比为1-3:50-70:5-10:30-40的表面活性剂、沥青、改性剂和水混合乳化而成,其蒸发残留物性能指标优于常用的改性乳化沥青。
所述层间界面剂是依据截面化学原理所开发,含有表面活性剂、高分子粘结剂和沥青再生剂/水泥补强剂等材料,能够增强乳化沥青对原路面的渗透、再生老化沥青/补强水泥、提高层间粘结力,防止片状脱落。依据材料不同,分为沥青混凝土路面用和水泥混凝土路面用两种类型。
所述降噪抗滑材料是由玄武岩或辉绿岩石料(粒径1-8mm)配以高弹橡胶颗粒、水硬性胶凝材料制成的玄胶砼,满足抗滑性能且保证行车噪音低,提高了行车安全性和舒适性。
所述表面保护剂包括特种树脂、高分子粘结剂、防粘剂、表面活性剂、溶剂和水,具有固结表面石料、防粘、耐磨抗剪、耐高低温的功效,有效避免抗滑降噪材料磨损脱落和防止粘轮现象。
本发明耐用性、封水性和抗滑性好于含砂雾封层和微表处,行车噪音低于微表处和碎石封层,避免了碎石封层易出现飞石影响行车安全,克服了现有技术易出现片状脱落等问题,是一种施工快捷、性价比高的超薄表处技术。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
采用改性乳化沥青20份作为粘结材料,配以2份层间界面剂、50份抗滑降噪材料及3份表面保护剂,施工方法:
(1)封闭交通:据确定的交通封闭方案进行交通管控;
(2)原有路面局部病害处置:进行灌缝、坑槽修补等;
(3)路面清扫:清理路面灰尘、泥块等杂物;
(4)低噪抗滑超表处施工:专用施工车辆进行“层间界面剂→改性乳化沥青→降噪抗滑材料→改性乳化沥青→表面保护剂”依上述顺序同步或异步多层施工;
(5)待表干后使用胶轮压路机碾压2-8遍;
(6)养生后开放交通。
实施例2:
采用改性乳化沥青10份作为粘结材料,配以2份层间界面剂、20份抗滑降噪材料及4份表面保护剂,施工方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
采用改性乳化沥青12份作为粘结材料,配以2份层间界面剂、30份抗滑降噪材料及3份表面保护剂,施工方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
采用改性乳化沥青15份作为粘结材料,配以2份层间界面剂、40份抗滑降噪材料及2份表面保护剂,施工方法同实施例1。

1.一种路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法,以公路为施工对象,其特征为,包括如下步骤:(1)对施工路段进行封闭交通,局部病害处置、路面清扫;(2)采用施工车辆对公路路面进行层间界面剂、改性乳化沥青、抗滑降噪材料、改性乳化沥青、表面保护剂的依次同步或异步洒/撒布,在公路路面上形成2-9mm的超薄罩面结构层;(3)待超薄罩面结构层干后,使用胶轮压路机碾压2-8遍,养生后开放交通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,各材料的重量配比为,层间界面剂1-3份、改性乳化沥青6-20份、抗滑降噪材料20-50份、表面保护剂1-5份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法,其特征在于:所述降噪抗滑材料是由玄武岩或辉绿岩石料配以高弹橡胶颗粒、水硬性胶凝材料制成的玄胶砼。
6.根据权利要求1所述的路面低噪抗滑的表面处理方法,其特征在于:所述表面保护剂包括特种树脂、高分子粘结剂、防粘剂、表面活性剂、溶剂和水。
