本发明公开了一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法。该印花方法包括如下步骤:采用活性染料对所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料进行印花;所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料为锦纶56纤维与棉纤维的混纺面料。本发明锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法,具有如下优点:本发明锦纶56纤维与棉混纺织物一步法印花采用同浆印花的方式,具有节约能源、环保的优点,本发明印花方法工艺简单,由于锦纶56纤维的特殊性,同浆印花可以达到两种纤维得色一致的效果。

一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法。
背景技术
锦纶纤维是世界上出现的第一种合成纤维,锦纶一般常用的品种有锦纶-6为聚己内酰胺,锦纶-66为己二胺与己二酸聚合而成,锦纶56是一种新型的聚酰胺纤维,与锦纶66使用石油原料不同,它使用的原料是生物原料,通过生物工程方法从各类淀粉和秸秆纤维素中发酵制备戊二胺,由于批量大、低成本,故可以代替己二胺。生物基纤维具有绿色、环境友好、原料可再生以及生物降解等优良特性,有助于解决当前全球经济社会发展所面临的严重的资源和能源短缺,以及环境污染等问题。
锦纶56具有许多优异的特性,强度接近锦纶66,高于涤纶,密度低于涤纶;吸湿性高,抗静电性好;柔软度接近羊毛;玻璃化温度低于锦纶66,锦纶56结晶度相对低于锦纶-66,锦纶56玻璃化温度为46℃,远低于涤纶,可保证寒冷条件下耐低温性;柔软,耐磨性好等。
各种纤维,不论是天然纤维、还是人造纤维和合成纤维都各自的优点和缺点。一般天然纤维如棉花、羊毛吸湿性都比较好,穿着舒适,合成纤维一般耐磨性好,强力高,但吸湿性差,透气性不好。把各种纤维,如天然的纤维、人造的纤维和合成的纤维进行不同比例混纺,就可以充分运用各种纤维的特点,取长补短,增强织物的服用性能,锦纶56纤维/棉纯混纺面料的印花方法未见相关技术的公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法,本发明的印花方法采用同浆印花的方式,遵循节约能源、环保以及工艺简单的原则。
本发明所提供的一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
采用活性染料对所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料进行印花;
所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料为锦纶56纤维与棉纤维的混纺面料。
上述的印花方法中,所述印花包括如下步骤:
(1)配制印花浆,每100质量份的所述印花浆的组成如下:
增稠剂5份,尿素5份,防染盐1份,碳酸氢钠2份,和余量的水;
所述防染盐为间硝基对甲苯磺酸钠;
(2)向所述印花浆中加入所述活性染料,搅拌均匀后对所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料进行印花,然后依次经烘干和蒸化即实现印花过程。
上述的印花方法中,所述增稠剂可选择增稠剂FS-80E,可由辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司提供,为多羧基高分子聚合物,具有匀染性好、抱水性好,不背渗的特点,使印制的图案轮廓更加精细、同时具有退浆容易、手感柔软等特点。
上述的印花方法中,所述活性染料的选择至关重要,因为活性染料固色是在碱性条件下进行的,所以选择用双活性基活性染料如B型活性染料或P型活性染料,有利于活性染料在低碱条件下与棉纤维及锦纶56纤维发生键合反应,所述P型活性染料具体可为P-6B红活性染料。
上述的印花方法中,所述活性染料的加入量可为所述印花浆质量的0.1%~8%,具体可为4%。
上述的印花方法中,所述烘干的温度可为100℃~110℃,所述烘干的时间可为2分钟~4分钟,具体可在110℃的条件下烘干3分钟;
所述蒸化的温度可为102℃~105℃,所述蒸化的时间可为8~20分钟,具体可在105℃的条件下蒸化15分钟。
本发明锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法,具有如下优点:本发明锦纶56纤维与棉混纺织物一步法印花采用同浆印花的方式,具有节约能源、环保的优点,本发明印花方法工艺简单,由于锦纶56纤维的特殊性,同浆印花可以达到两种纤维得色一致的效果。
具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
下述实施例中所使用的增稠剂FS-80购自辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司。
下述实施例中所用的P-6B红活性染料购自亨斯曼公司。
实施例1、锦纶56纤维与棉纤维混纺织物活性染料同浆印花
(1)配制印花浆,质量组成如下:
增稠剂FS-80:5%,尿素:5%,防染盐S(间硝基对甲苯磺酸钠):1%,碳酸氢钠2%和水:87%。
(2)将P-6B红活性染料加入至上述配制的印花浆中,其中,P-6B红活性染料的加入量为印花浆质量的4%,然后搅拌均匀对锦纶56纤维与棉纤维混纺织物进行同浆印花,然后经烘干(110℃×3分钟)、蒸化(105℃×15分钟)和水洗后处理即可。
本实施例混纺织物的印花各项色牢度指标如表1中所示。
由表1中数据可以看出,印花后各项牢度达到要求。

表1中各指标的测定方法如下:
1、皂洗牢度按国标GB/T3921.4-1997测试。
2、干湿摩擦牢度按GB/3920执行。
3、耐(碱)汗渍色牢度按ISO105-E04:2008执行。
4、耐氯漂色牢度按ISO105E03:2010执行。
5、耐海水色牢度按AATCC106-2002执行。
6、耐水浸色牢度按JIS(37±2)℃×4h。
7、耐日晒色牢度按ISO105B02-1994执行。

Claims (7)

1.一种锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
采用活性染料对所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料进行印花;
所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料为锦纶56纤维与棉纤维的混纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述印花包括如下步骤:
(1)配制印花浆,每100质量份的所述印花浆的组成如下:
增稠剂5份,尿素5份,防染盐1份,碳酸氢钠2份,和余量的水;
所述防染盐为间硝基对甲苯磺酸钠;
(2)向所述印花浆中加入所述活性染料,搅拌均匀后对所述锦纶56纤维/棉混纺面料进行印花,然后依次经烘干和蒸化即实现印花过程。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为增稠剂FS-80E。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述活性染料为B型活性染料或P型活性染料。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述活性染料的加入量为所述印花浆质量的0.1%~8%。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述烘干的温度为100℃~110℃,所述烘干的时间为2分钟~4分钟。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的印花方法,其特征在于:所述蒸化的温度为102℃~105℃,所述蒸化的时间为8~20分钟。
