Abstract
本发明提供一种新颖的耐久的双剂型染发剂,包
括至少一种溶在水中呈HCO3-形式的化合物,一种
基本上不产生刺激性气味的碱和染毛发染料作为基
本成份,并具有pH8.2至9.0的范围的第一剂型,以
及包括过氧化氢和缓冲溶液作为基本成份并具有
pH2.0至4.0的范围的第二剂型,被混合的第一剂型
和第二剂型的重量比以使二者的混合物pH在6.5
至7.9的范围。这些双剂型染发剂仅需短的染发时
间,对毛发产生小的损伤,并且没有刺激气味和具有
高的染色效果。
Description
本发明涉及双剂型染发剂,以及更具体地涉及不散发刺激性气味、对头发引起低的损伤而染色需要相对短的时间的双剂型耐久性染发剂。
染发剂分为二大类:一类是通过香波(Shampooing)不褪色的耐久性染发剂,另一类是通过香波褪色的暂时性染发剂,目前被染发者广泛使用着。
传统的耐久性染发剂包括作为基本组分的碱和诸如:氧化染料或直接染料的毛发染料的第一剂型和包括过氧化氢的第二组份(试剂)。
在使用前将第一和第二组分(试剂)彼此混合,然后施用于毛发。染料分子渗透进毛发中,而由过氧化氢发生的初生态氧使毛发褪色(漂白)。当用氧化染料的场合,初生态氧同时氧化和聚合该氧化染料以使发色。含在第一组份中的碱使毛发膨胀,从而有利于染料分子渗入毛发,同时,促进从过氧化氢产生新生态氧,由此提高染色效果。
氨,单、双和三烷醇胺以及诸如此类,通常用作为碱。
然而,当这些碱用以提高染色效果时,要指出用它们时,带来如下问题:
(1)通过混合第一和第二组份由第一组份调节得到的双剂型染毛发剂的pH将在9至11的范围。然而,在此pH范围,游离的碱大量存在,它刺激皮肤并引起毛发的损伤。
(2)氨是挥发物,当用作碱时,它的刺激性气味是令人讨厌的。而当用单、双或三烷醇胺时,它仅少量挥发,于是并不太令人不愉快,但使用后此碱存留在毛发内部,侵蚀在毛发中的角蛋白,由此引起毛发的损伤。
日本专利申请公开号85745/1973揭示了一种双剂型染毛发剂它使用一种铵盐作为碱以代替氨水,据说它成功地遏制了上述毛发损伤和刺激或讨厌的气味。
在上述申请中,根据该发明说明的双剂型染毛发剂,作为例子,它包含包括毛发染料和诸如氢氧化钠的一种碱的第一组份以及包括作为氧化剂的过氧化氢脲和诸如氯化铵的一种铵盐的第二组份。
该染毛发剂,当混合后使用时,由于铵盐和碱逐渐地以所需最小的数量产生氨,所以散发无刺激性的气味,由此,它与通常情况下直接用于第一组份的液体氨有所区别。
然而,这种双剂型染毛发剂包含的氨盐和一种碱在漂白(脱色)和染色中必须产生氨,(虽然它不同于传统的双剂型染发剂中用氨来漂白和染色),但用这种染毛发剂不能全部消除不愉快的气味,它仅仅减少至某种程度而已。
进一步地,如在上述申请中所说明的,该染毛发剂产生另一问题是:氨只能逐步发生需要长达约40分钟时间。
作为深入透彻的研究结果,本发明者发现可以通过用一种包括可以促进新生态氧产生的特殊化合物和一种毛发染料作为第一组份,以及包括过氧化氢的第二组份,并进一步在第一组份中结合一种基本上不产生刺激性气味的碱和在第二组份中结合一种稳定过氧化氢的缓冲溶液,被制备的组份两者以该二组份混合后使pH为接近于中性区域的量,可以解决上述的问题。本发明是在上述发现的基础上完成的。
于是,本发明的一种目的是提供一种双剂型染发剂,它仅需短的染色时间、染色后对毛发产生小的损害并且染色后无刺激性或讨厌的气味,而提供的染色操作是合意的、并具有高的染色效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供双剂型染发剂,包括至少一种溶解在水中呈HCO- 3形式的化合物,一种基本上不产生刺激性气味的碱和毛发染料并且具有pH值为8.2至9.0作为基本成份的第一组份,以及包括过氧化氢和一种缓冲溶液并具有pH2.0至4.0者作为基本成份的第二组份所组成,被混合的第一组份和第二组份的重量比是这样的,使二者的混合物的pH在6.5至7.9的范围。

在本发明的染发剂中,包括至少一种溶解在水中成HCO- 3形式的化合物,一种基本上不产生刺激气味的碱和毛发染料作为基本成份的并具有pH为8.2至9.0的第一组份。
该溶解在水中成HCO- 3形式的化合物(以下简称为形成“离子化合物”)的例子为Na2CO3、NaHCO3、K2CO3、KHCO3、(NH4)2CO3、NH4HCO3、Cao3
和Ca(HCO3)2。这些化合物可以单独使用或者如果需要,可以合并使用。
任何一种基本上不产生刺激气味的碱都可使用,作为例子:碱金属氢氧化物诸如氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾;碱土金属氢氧化物诸如氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁;碱性氨基酸类诸如:L-藻氨酸、赖氨酸、氧化赖氨酸和组氨酸,以及氨基烷基丙二醇。
已知的毛发染料可用作本发明的毛发染料,它们包括氧化染料中间体、偶合染料、直接染料以及其它传统的毛发染料。
上述毛发染料的例子为5-氨基-邻-甲(苯)酚、2-氨基-4-硝基苯酚、2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚、1-氨基-4-甲基-氨基蒽醌、3,3’-亚氨基二苯酚、2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐、甲苯-2,5-二胺盐酸盐、硝基-对-苯二胺盐酸盐、对苯二胺盐酸盐、N-苯基-对-苯二胺盐酸盐、间-苯二胺盐酸盐、邻-氨基苯酚、儿茶酚、间苯二酚、N-苯基-对苯二胺乙酸盐、1,4-二氨基蒽醌、2,6-二氨基吡啶、1,5-二羟基萘、二苯胺、甲苯-2,5-二胺、甲苯-3,4-二胺、2-萘酚、硝基-对苯二胺、对-氨基苯基氨磺酸、对-氨基苯酚、对-硝基-邻-苯二胺、对苯二胺、对-甲基氨基苯酚、苦氨酸(4,6-二硝基-2-氨基苯酚)、苦氨酸钠、苦味酸、N,N’-双(4-氨基苯基)-2,5-二氨基-1,4-醌二亚胺、2-羟基-5-硝基-2’,4’-二氨基偶氮苯-5-磺酸钠氢醌、焦倍酚、N-苯基-对-苯二胺、间(均)苯三酚、羟高铁血红素、倍酸、间-氨基苯酚、间-苯二胺、5-氨基-邻甲苯酚硫酸盐、2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚硫酸盐、邻氨基苯酚硫酸盐、邻-氯-对-苯二胺硫酸盐、4,4’-二氨基-二苯基胺硫酸盐、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、硝基-对苯二胺硫酸盐、对氨基苯酚硫酸盐、对硝基-邻苯二胺硫酸盐、对-硝基-间-苯二胺硫酸盐、对苯二胺硫酸盐、对-甲基氨基苯酚硫酸盐、间-氨基苯酚硫酸盐、间苯二胺硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧基乙醇盐酸盐以及5-(2-羟乙基氨基)-2-甲基苯酚。
这些染料可以单独使用或者根据需要,可以合并使用。
结合在第一组份中的形成离子化合物以基于第一组份总重量的0.1至30%(重量)(以下简称为%),从配合效果的观点出了,较佳地,为1至20%。
被结合的毛发染料,根据其类型,与传统的毛发染料类似的数量,通常地以基于第一组份总重量的0.001至10%的数量。
被结合的碱为以使第一组份的pH为8.2至9.0的数量。
该碱的作用为pH的调节剂,事实上,上述形成离子化合物在pH不大于8.2范围内是不稳定的。
本发明的第二组份包括作为基本组成的过氧化氢和缓冲溶液。过氧化氢的目的为加强染色效果,通常地为以第二组份总重量的0.1至6%,较佳地为1至6%。
被结合的缓冲溶液用以稳定过氧化氢。由于过氧化氢于pH自2.0至4.0范围内为稳定的,需要用具有在此pH范围内的缓冲溶液。
缓冲溶液的例子为磷酸二氢钠/磷酸、磷酸氢钠/磷酸、氯化钾/盐酸、邻苯二甲酸氢钾/盐酸、柠檬酸钠/盐酸、柠檬酸二氢钾/盐酸、柠檬酸二氢钾/柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠/柠檬酸、酒石酸钠/酒石酸、乳酸钠/乳酸、乙酸钠/乙酸、磷酸氢二钠/柠檬酸以及氯化钠/甘油/盐酸的水溶液,以及其它的缓冲溶液也可使用。
在本发明的染发剂中,选自产生的混合物的pH为6.5至7.9的第一组份和第二组份的混合比例,因为在此pH范围中显示最佳的染色效果。
另外,本发明的双剂型的染发剂通过混合物得到的溶液的pH低于与结合氨水的传统的染发剂的pH9.0至11.0,于是,该被处理的毛发仅少量膨胀并不遭受损害,同时对皮肤也不刺激。
虽然不能否认通过具有如此低pH值的碱对毛发的膨胀是小的,将不能使染料颗粒完全渗透到整个毛发中,实际上因为产生的染料渗透仍可保证良好的染色效果,这是不成为问题的。
在本发明中,在第一组份中的形成离子化合物和在第二组份中的过氧化氢摩尔比例,较佳地为在1/20至20/1,更佳地在1/5至5/1的。如果该比例不在此范围中,其脱色效果是小的,于是仅仅类似于范围单单使用过氧化氢的传统的染发剂的染色效果。
本发明的染发剂可以按前面所述的常用的方式制备各种形式诸如:香波(Shampoo)、“处理”液体和“预处理”液体。例如:第一组份可以制成粉未形式而第二组份为水溶液;第一组份为非含水凝胶而第二组份为水溶液;和其它组合物。也可以通过添加各种成份制成诸如:乳状洗液、膏和浆。
除了基本组成外,可用的成份并不受限制,例如:双剂型染发剂的第一组份和第二组份的一种或两者可结合一种毛发调理剂,以改善香波洗发后的染发的可梳性。
现在可买到的毛发调理剂的例子为SM-702c(氨基改性的硅酮(Toray Silicone Co.生产),CAT10L HC-100(阴离子化纤维素,(Toho Chemical Gndnstry Co.生产),PEPTIDE PA-10(水解聚缩氨酸,固体含量:100%,Mn:约1,000;Nippi Jnc.生产),PROMOISW-32R(水解聚缩氨酸;固体含量:30%, Mn:约400;Seiwa Kasei Co.,L+d生产),PROMDIS W-52QP(水解聚缩氨酸;固体含量:90%, Mn:约2000;Seiwa Kasei Co.,Led生产),PROMDIS WK-HQ(水解聚缩氨酸;固体含量:25%, Mn:约1000;Seiwa Kasei Co.,Led生产)以及CROTEINQ(水解聚缩氨酸;固体含量:90%; Mn:约12500;Croda Japan K.K生产)。
其它的各种增溶剂、乳化剂、溶剂、润滑剂、螯合剂、发泡剂、泡沫辅助剂、油类、蜡类、烃类、脂肪酸、醇类、多元醇类、酯油、香料以及诸如此类也可以单独或以合适的组合物形式结合在其中。
本发明的双剂型染发剂可以如传统的双剂型染发剂相同的方法使用。例如:将该双组份按照配方的比例混合,并即刻将该混合物均匀地施用于毛发。然后该毛发用温水香波洗涤并干燥。
本发明的其它的优点将在以下的具体实施例中进一步加以说明,但给出的说明并不是为了限制本发明的构思范围。
实施例:
(Ⅰ)染发试验
染发剂按表1所示的A至G的本配方制备具有不同的pH值,采用这些刚制备的染发剂,以下述方法研究其染发性能和pH之间关系。在表1中“%”为“重量%”。
每一染发剂以0.2克的数量施用于2克的一束未处理过头发,以及然后将头发于25℃静置20分钟,以完成头发染色。染色后,该头发用40℃水流漂洗并且用空气-干燥。染色的头发与相应的染发剂的pH之间关系的色差(△E)测定,通过高速分光热量计(CMS-1,2000,Murakami Color Research Laboratory生产)测量。此外较大的色差表示测试的染发剂的较高的染色性能。
图1表示纵座标代表色差(△E)而横座标代表pH的曲线图。在图中,相应于pH值4、5、6、7、8、9和10的△E值分别为39.8,58.3,72.6,78.0,74.6,67.2和57.1。从图中表明根据本发明具有pH为6.5至7.9的染发剂具有优异的染发性能。

*“至pH=8”意即被加入的试剂的量为调整产生的混合物的pH至8。
用在表2所示的具有H和I组份的染发剂染过的头发,以下述方法损伤程度测试。表1中的“%”为“重量%”。
该染发剂是通过混合0.1克每一种相应的第一组份和第二组份制备的每一种头发(日本人的未经化学处理的头发)用每一种0.2克由此制备的染发剂用上述(Ⅰ)的相同方法染色。然后,将每一种30根这样染色过的头发在水中浸渍。用张力测试仪(TENTION/UTM-Ⅱ-20,TOYO Baldwin Co.生产)测试头发试样的湿强度。取测试的试样伸长20%所需的负荷(N)(牛顿)取作为抗张强度的量度并命名为“20%指数”。
图2的方块图表示上述测试的结果,纵座标表示“20%指数/头发截面积”值[(商为N/2),通过于20%伸长的负荷(N)被除以测试的试样头发丝的横载面积(m2)]得到的Ⅱ,而横座标表示测试的头发类型。该图同时包括未染色的头发作为对照的。
从该图明显地看出,用本发明的染发剂H染的头发具有(20%指数/横截面积)的值为103.2±21.1(X106N/m2),它与染色前的头发的117.4±21.2(X106N/m2)并无明显差别。这意味着,染色的头发在抗张强度上并不显示明显的降低。
在另一方面,用传统的染发剂I染的发显示90.4±23.6(X10N/m2),在抗张强度上引人注意的降低,说明该头发已受损伤。

(Ⅲ)嗅味测试
称重上述(Ⅱ)中的染发剂H和I每一种10克,通过35人嗅觉随机地测试所存在的任何刺激性气味。其结果示于表3中,其中:
○表示“无刺激性气味”,
△表示“微弱的刺激性气味”,
×表示“一般的整激气味”以及
××表示“强的刺激气味”。

注:表中的数字为人数。
从该表说明民所有参与者对本发明的染发剂H未感到任何刺激气,而对I的传统的被测试的染发剂,他们中没有一个不感到刺激气味的,而多至17个参与者感到强的刺激气味,它在实际应用中将产生问题。
虽然,从上述说明中,可以看到本发明的巨大改进和变化。由此可理解本发明不仅包括在上述具体的说明中,还在本发明的权利要求书中体现。
Claims (4)
1、一种双剂型染发剂,其特征在于包括至少一种溶在水中呈HCO3-形式的化合物,一种基本上不产生刺激性气味的碱和染发染料作为基本成份,并具有pH8.2至9.0的范围的第一剂型以及包括过氧化氢和缓冲溶液作为基本成份,并具有pH2.0至4.0的第二剂型,被混合的第一剂型和第二剂型的重量比以使二者的混合物的pH在6.5至7.9的范围。
2、如权利要求1所述的染发剂,其特征在于所述的化合物选自包括NaHCO3、NH4HCO3、KHCO3、Ca(HCO3)2、Na2CO3、(NH4)2CO3、K2CO3和CaCO3的组。
3、如权利要求1所述的染发剂,其特征在于所述的缓冲溶液选自磷酸二氢钠/磷酸、磷酸氢二钠/磷酸、氯化钾/盐酸、邻苯二甲酸氢钾/盐酸、柠檬酸钠/盐酸、柠檬酸二氢钾/盐酸、柠檬酸二氢钾/柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠/柠檬酸、酒石酸钠/酒石酸、乳酸钠/乳酸、乙酸钠/乙酸、磷酸氢二钠/柠檬酸和氯化钠/甘油/盐酸的水溶液的组
4、如权利要求1所述的双剂型染发剂,其特征在于所述的第一剂型和所述的第二剂型至少一种含有毛发调理剂。
