Abstract

本发明涉及一种双输入备用减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,所述减速传动机构包括两根输入轴,两根输入轴同轴相背设置,减速传动机构的中间轴上设有两只齿轮,两只齿轮分别齿轮啮合两根输入轴,所述齿轮包括齿轮内圈和齿轮外圈,齿轮外圈齿轮啮合输入轴,齿轮内圈穿接在中间轴上,齿轮内圈设置于齿轮外圈内,齿轮外圈内壁为内棘轮,齿轮内圈外壁设有棘爪,棘爪配合内棘轮。任一电机工作时,由一输入轴齿轮啮合传动齿轮外圈,齿轮外圈的内棘轮经棘爪带动齿轮内圈传动,齿轮内圈带动中间轴减速传动,另一电机不工作,中间轴带动另一齿轮齿轮内圈转动,其上棘爪在其对应的齿轮外圈内棘轮上打滑,无反向扭矩传递,减速机单电机正常减速传动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种双输入备用减速机。
背景技术
在一些高稳定、安全性能要求的传动设备上,其通常配备两台电机实现一备一用,便于切换使用、检修操作。两台电机的设置必然需要配备两台减速机,这样就提高了使用成本和增加了使用空间,不利于各设备间的紧凑布置。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,便于紧凑布置,将备用功能集合一体的双输入备用减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种双输入备用减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,所述减速传动机构包括两根输入轴,两根输入轴同轴相背设置,减速传动机构的中间轴上设有两只齿轮,两只齿轮分别齿轮啮合两根输入轴,所述齿轮包括齿轮内圈和齿轮外圈,齿轮外圈齿轮啮合输入轴,齿轮内圈穿接在中间轴上,齿轮内圈设置于齿轮外圈内,齿轮外圈内壁为内棘轮,齿轮内圈外壁设有棘爪,棘爪配合内棘轮。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:两输入轴分别连接两电机,任一电机工作时,传动该电机连接的输入轴,由该输入轴齿轮啮合传动齿轮的齿轮外圈,齿轮外圈的内棘轮经棘爪带动齿轮内圈传动,齿轮内圈带动中间轴减速传动,此时另一电机不工作,中间轴带动另一齿轮的齿轮内圈转动,该齿轮内圈上的棘爪在其对应的齿轮外圈的内棘轮上打滑,无反向扭矩传递,减速机单电机正常减速传动。需要切换电机工作时,停止任一电机,切换另一电机工作,减速机同样单电机工作,将双电机的一备一用减速工作集成于一减速机,其结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,便于紧凑布置。

图1所示:一种双输入备用减速机包括箱体1和减速传动机构2,减速传动机构包括第一、二输入轴3、4,两根输入轴同轴相背设置,减速传动机构的中间轴5上设有第一、二齿轮6、11,两只齿轮分别齿轮啮合两根输入轴,第一齿轮6包括第一齿轮内圈7和第一齿轮外圈8,第一齿轮外圈8齿轮啮合第一输入轴3,第一齿轮内圈7穿接在中间轴5上,第一齿轮内圈7设置于第一齿轮外圈8内,第一齿轮外圈8内壁为内棘轮10,第一齿轮内圈7外壁设有棘爪9,棘爪9配合内棘轮10;第二齿轮11结构与第一齿轮6相同。

1.一种双输入备用减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,其特征在于:所述减速传动机构包括两根输入轴,两根输入轴同轴相背设置,减速传动机构的中间轴上设有两只齿轮,两只齿轮分别齿轮啮合两根输入轴,所述齿轮包括齿轮内圈和齿轮外圈,齿轮外圈齿轮啮合输入轴,齿轮内圈穿接在中间轴上,齿轮内圈设置于齿轮外圈内,齿轮外圈内壁为内棘轮,齿轮内圈外壁设有棘爪,棘爪配合内棘轮。
