Abstract
一种富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其配方由A组份和B组份组成,所述A组份与B组份混合比为100∶50~70重量份;A组份的配比为:聚醚330N:33~60%,聚合物多元醇:33~60%,硅油:0.5~1.5%,催化剂A33:0.2~0.8%,催化剂A-1:0.2~0.8%,二乙醇胺:0.5~3.0%,多元醇助剂:3~10%,水:2.5~6%;B组份的配比为:甲苯二异氰酸酯:0~40%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯:60~100%。其优点在于,以含多个活性氢的原料为起始剂,以环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷在高温聚合反应下制得的多元醇作为改性剂,调节MDI基(PAPI)泡沫的发泡反应序列,使制得的以MDI基(PAPI)为主的泡沫具有良好的高回弹性能,发泡倍率高,延伸率及撕裂强度高,更重要的是利用配方制备的泡沫材料触感好。

技术领域
本发明及一种泡沫材料制作技术领域,尤其指一种富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料。
背景技术
传统的聚氨酯高回弹泡沫多以TDI基为主,其制品具有良好的机械性能,但成本较高,对环境和职业健康安全有一定的影响。MDI基(PAPI)为主的聚氨酯高回弹泡沫虽然具有成本优势,以及对环境和职业健康安全有一定的贡献,但发泡倍率低,回弹,延伸率,撕裂强度差且很难低密度化,所以其技术还有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种发泡倍率高,回弹性好,延伸率及撕裂强度高的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯弹性泡沫材料的配方由A组份的聚醚多元醇组合物和B组份的异氰酸酯组合物组成,所述A组份与B组份混合比为:100重量份∶50~70重量份;所述A组份的配比为:聚醚330N:33~60%,聚合物多元醇:33~60%,硅油:0.5~1.5%,催化剂A33:0.2~0.8%,催化剂A-1:0.2~0.8%,作为交联剂的二乙醇胺:0.5~3.0%,多元醇助剂DJ002:3~10%,作为发泡剂的水:2.5~6%;所述B组份的配比为:甲苯二异氰酸酯:0~40%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯:60~100%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
上述催化剂A33:由三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液。
作为改进,上述三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比可优选为:三亚乙基二胺为33%,一缩二丙二醇为67%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
上述催化剂A-1:由双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液。
作为改进,所述双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比可优选为:双二甲氨基乙基醚为70%,一缩二丙二醇为30%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
作为进一步改进,所述多元醇助剂DJ002是由PO与EO开环聚合制得羟值可优选为15~30mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇,所述PO为环氧丙烷,所述EO为环氧乙烷。
作为改进,所述PO与EO开环聚合的配比可选择为:PO含15~100%,EO含0~85%所述百分比为重量百分比。
作为改进,在所述PO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。
作为改进,在所述EO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。
现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,以含多个活性氢的原料为起始剂,以环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)在高温聚合反应下制得的多元醇作为改性剂,调节MDI基(PAPI)为主的泡沫的发泡反应序列,使发泡反应比较平衡,软硬段分布相对合理,解决了上述一系列问题,使制得的富含PAPI泡沫具有良好的高回弹性能,发泡倍率高,延伸率及撕裂强度高,更重要的是利用配方制备的泡沫材料触感好,舒适性明显改善。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其配方由A组份的聚醚多元醇组合物和B组份的异氰酸酯组合物组成,所述A组份与B组份混合比为:100重量份∶50~70重量份;所述A组份的配比为:聚醚330N:33~60%,聚合物多元醇:33~60%,硅油:0.5~1.5%,催化剂A33:0.2~0.8%,催化剂A-1:0.2~0.8%,作为交联剂的二乙醇胺:0.5~3.0%,多元醇助剂DJ002:3~10%,作为发泡剂的水:2.5~6%;所述B组份的配比为:甲苯二异氰酸酯:0~40%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯:60~100%,所述催化剂A33:由三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液。所述三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比为:三亚乙基二胺为33%,一缩二丙二醇为67%,所述催化剂A-1:由双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液,所述双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比为:双二甲氨基乙基醚为70%,一缩二丙二醇为30%,所述多元醇助剂DJ002是由PO与EO开环聚合制得羟值为15~30mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇,所述PO为环氧丙烷,所述EO为环氧乙烷。所述PO与EO开环聚合的配比为:PO含15~100%,EO含0~85%,所述百分比为重量百分比。在所述PO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。在所述EO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。

通过表1或表2的实施例对比产品的性能可以看出,从泡沫的低密度化,舒适性,回弹率情况来看,本发明的技术具有明显的优势。
上述改进使PAPI与TDI的掺混比例范围可以扩大,这样,人们可以根据TDI/PAPI价格变化,选取性价比更好的掺混比例,能有效地降低生产成本。其中的PAPI以及所述羟值为15~30mgKOH/g中的羟值是本技术领域的公知技术,在这里不再细述。

1.一种富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯弹性泡沫材料的配方由A组份的聚醚多元醇组合物和B组份的异氰酸酯组合物组成,所述A组份与B组份混合比为:100重量份:50~70重量份;所述A组份的配比为:聚醚330N:33~60%,聚合物多元醇:3360%,硅油:0.5~1.5%,催化剂A33:0.2~0.8%,催化剂A-1:0.2~0.8%,作为交联剂的二乙醇胺:0.5~3.0%,多元醇助剂DJ002.3~10%,作为发泡剂的水:2.5~6%;所述B组份的配比为:甲苯二异氰酸酯:0~40%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯:60~100%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述催化剂A33:由三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述三亚乙基二胺和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比为:三亚乙基二胺为33%,一缩二丙二醇为67%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述催化剂A-1:由双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇配制而成的溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述双二甲氨基乙基醚和一缩二丙二醇溶液的组份比为:双二甲氨基乙基醚为70%,一缩二丙二醇为30%,所述百分比为重量百分比。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述多元醇助剂DJ002是由PO与EO开环聚合制得羟值为15~30mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇,所述PO为环氧丙烷,所述EO为环氧乙烷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述PO与EO开环聚合的配比为:PO含15~100%,EO含0~85%所述百分比为重量百分比。
8.根据权利要求7所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:在所述PO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的富含PAPI聚氨酯高回弹泡沫材料,其特征在于:在所述EO中还可加入甘油、蔗糖、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和山梨醇化合物中的一种。
