本发明公开了一种改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于由以下质量份的原料制成:铅粉30‑40份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80‑100份、混合多元醇80‑100份、混合催化剂50‑80份、二乙醇胺2‑4份、硅脂8‑10份、所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:1‑2混合;所述混合催化剂由2,4‑二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.3‑0.5混合。本发明的改性聚氨酯材料更为环保,无异味,适合作为家居用品制造材料,且在硬度和舒适度以及使用寿命上达到良好的协调。

本发明涉及一种合成材料,尤其涉及一种改性聚氨酯合成材料。
背景技术
聚氨酯高分子材料由于其特有结构和性能,可设计性强,相对密度耐磨、耐水、软硬度可调,弹性及减震性等,通过选择原材料和合理最佳的配方可广泛应用于各个领域,具有重要的研究价值和广阔的应用前景。现在人们生活品质提高,夹具舒适度越来越好,对自身的安全也越来越重视,因此聚氨酯制品的应用也受到家居生活方面的关注,市场上的聚氨酯材料要么过硬影响舒适度,要么过软影响使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种在硬度和舒适度上得到跟好协调的改性聚氨酯合成材料。
技术方案:本发明的改性聚氨酯合成材料,由以下质量份的原料制成:
铅粉30-40份、
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80-100份、
混合多元醇80-100份、
混合催化剂50-80份、
二乙醇胺2-4份、
硅脂8-10份、
所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:1-2混合;
所述混合催化剂由2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.3-0.5混合。
其中,所述铅粉的粒径为0.8-1.0μm,该铅粉的吸水性为18-20%,吸酸值为0.18-0.20g/g。
进一步,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为400-450mgKOH/g,相对分子量2000-3000;所述聚合物多元醇的羟值为20-28mgKOH/g,相对分子量800-1200。
所述有机金属类催化剂为铋辛酸。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:本发明的改性聚氨酯材料更为环保,无异味,适合作为家居用品制造材料,且在硬度和舒适度以及使用寿命上达到良好的协调。

一种改性聚氨酯合成材料,由以下质量份的原料制成:
铅粉30份、
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80份、
混合多元醇80份、
混合催化剂50份、
二乙醇胺2份、
硅脂8份、
所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:1混合;
所述混合催化剂由2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.3混合。
其中,所述铅粉的粒径为0.8μm,该铅粉的吸水性为18%,吸酸值为0.18g/g。
进一步,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为400mgKOH/g,相对分子量2000;所述聚合物多元醇的羟值为20mgKOH/g,相对分子量800。
所述有机金属类催化剂为铋辛酸。

一种改性聚氨酯合成材料,由以下质量份的原料制成:
铅粉40份、
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯100份、
混合多元醇100份、
混合催化剂80份、
二乙醇胺4份、
硅脂10份、
所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:2混合;
所述混合催化剂由2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.5混合。
其中,所述铅粉的粒径为1.0μm,该铅粉的吸水性为20%,吸酸值为0.20g/g。
进一步,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为450mgKOH/g,相对分子量3000;所述聚合物多元醇的羟值为28mgKOH/g,相对分子量1200。
所述有机金属类催化剂为铋辛酸。

一种改性聚氨酯合成材料,由以下质量份的原料制成:
铅粉35份、
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯90份、
混合多元醇90份、
混合催化剂65份、
二乙醇胺3份、
硅脂9份、
所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:1.5混合;
所述混合催化剂由2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.4混合。
其中,所述铅粉的粒径为0.9μm,该铅粉的吸水性为19%,吸酸值为0.19g/g。
进一步,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为430mgKOH/g,相对分子量2500;所述聚合物多元醇的羟值为24mgKOH/g,相对分子量1000。
所述有机金属类催化剂为铋辛酸。

1.一种改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于由以下质量份的原料制成:
铅粉30-40份、
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80-100份、
混合多元醇80-100份、
混合催化剂50-80份、
二乙醇胺2-4份、
硅脂8-10份、
所述混合多元醇由聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇按1:1-2混合;
所述混合催化剂由2,4-二氨基苯酚盐酸盐和有机金属类催化剂按1:0.3-0.5混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于:所述铅粉的粒径为0.8-1.0μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于:所述铅粉的吸水性为18-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于:所述铅粉的吸酸值为0.18-0.20g/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚氨酯合成材料,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为400-450mgKOH/g,相对分子量2000-3000;所述聚合物多元醇的羟值为20-28mgKOH/g,相对分子量800-1200。
