本发明涉及一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,属于海绵制品技术领域。一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物50-80份、聚合物多元醇10-50份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯23-48份、硅油0.4-2份、扩链剂0.3-4份、交联剂0.3-4份、催化剂0.8-5份、发泡剂1.5-3.5份。本发明的一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,多种多元醇的混合,提升了海绵体的性能,加入的扩链剂和交联剂可以改善海绵体的性能,从而不但使其具有极佳及记忆海绵所具备的各种性能,而且具备了极好的支撑性能,使其拉伸和撕裂强度高,压缩变形小,机械性能和低温柔顺性大幅度提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,属于海绵制品技术领域。
背景技术
记忆海绵,最初是为美国航空航天局为太空计划设计开发的一种高科技材料。它是为宇航员设计的,帮助缓解宇航员在起降和飞行过程中所承受的压力。记忆绵慢回弹性能产生的原因,主要是由于其有特别的微粒结构——蜂巢式构造:在显微镜下,记忆海棉最微小的单位,由细小的细胞小室组成,细胞的细胞壁致密可以包含空气,却只有微孔与外界和其它细胞连通,每个细胞构造非常均匀微孔的大小也非常的一直。与普通海绵内小单元间的气体通畅或隔绝有巨大的不同,在大气压力作用下,气体进出细胞的情况决定了记忆海绵的主要力学性能。空气被压出细胞、细胞被压扁后,虽然外力已经祛除,细胞壁也有还原的弹力,但是由于通气孔细小,空气并不能很快地回到细胞内,细胞也不能很快地恢复形状,回弹的力量被抑制,材料变形复原的时间就被延长了。由于现在工业上对于记忆海绵的需求量越来越大,对其性能也就不仅仅局限于其回弹性能,而对其承载性能也有了较高的要求,从而满足工业方面的需求,但是现在的大多数记忆海绵其主要目的是用于非工业目的,因此其支撑力性能不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种适用于工业上高承载方面的具有高支撑力的记忆海绵。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物50-80份、聚合物多元醇10-50份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯23-48份、硅油0.4-2份、扩链剂0.3-4份、交联剂0.3-4份、催化剂0.8-5份、发泡剂1.5-3.5份;
所述的聚醚多元醇混合物为羟值为35~45mgKOH/g的多元醇和羟值为110~150mgKOH/g的多元醇的复合物;
所述的扩链剂为1,6一己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三甘醇复合物;
所述的交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷;
所述的催化剂为三乙烯二胺和双(二甲氨基乙基)醚的复合物;
所述的发泡剂为水;
所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,由以下按重量份最佳配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物65份、聚合物多元醇35份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯32份、硅油1份、扩链剂1.2份、交联剂1.2份、催化剂2份、发泡剂2份;
本发明的一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,多种多元醇的混合,提升了海绵体的性能,加入的扩链剂和交联剂可以改善海绵体的性能,从而不但使其具有极佳及记忆海绵所具备的各种性能,而且具备了极好的支撑性能,使其拉伸和撕裂强度高,压缩变形小,机械性能和低温柔顺性大幅度提升。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物50份、聚合物多元醇10份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯23份、硅油0.4份、扩链剂0.3份、交联剂0.3份、催化剂0.8份、发泡剂1.5份。
所述的聚醚多元醇混合物为羟值为35~45mgKOH/g的多元醇和羟值为110~150mgKOH/g的多元醇的复合物;
所述的扩链剂为1,6一己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三甘醇复合物;
所述的交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷;
所述的催化剂为三乙烯二胺和双(二甲氨基乙基)醚的复合物;
所述的发泡剂为水;
实施例2
本实施例的一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物80份、聚合物多元醇50份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯48份、硅油2份、扩链剂4份、交联剂4份、催化剂5份、发泡剂3.5份。
实施例3
本实施例的所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,由以下按重量份最佳配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物65份、聚合物多元醇35份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯32份、硅油1份、扩链剂1.2份、交联剂1.2份、催化剂2份、发泡剂2份。
以上实施例的一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,多种多元醇的混合,提升了海绵体的性能,加入的扩链剂和交联剂可以改善海绵体的性能,从而不但使其具有极佳及记忆海绵所具备的各种性能,而且具备了极好的支撑性能,使其拉伸和撕裂强度高,压缩变形小,机械性能和低温柔顺性大幅度提升。

1.一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物50-80份、聚合物多元醇10-50份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯23-48份、硅油0.4-2份、扩链剂0.3-4份、交联剂0.3-4份、催化剂0.8-5份、发泡剂1.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇混合物为羟值为35~45mgKOH/g的多元醇和羟值为110~150mgKOH/g的多元醇的复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于所述的所述的扩链剂为1,6一己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三甘醇复合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于所述的所述的交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于所述的所述的催化剂为三乙烯二胺和双(二甲氨基乙基)醚的复合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于所述的所述的发泡剂为水。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种具有高支撑力的记忆海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份最佳配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇混合物65份、聚合物多元醇35份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯32份、硅油1份、扩链剂1.2份、交联剂1.2份、催化剂2份、发泡剂2份。
