本发明公开了一种山药果干活血香粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:黑米70-77、糯米8-9、营养添加剂8-10、番红花3-4、红葡萄干6-7、白凤豆3-4、苹果醋7-8、鸡肉粉3-5、槭叶草3-4、西番莲8-9、万寿菊粉3-5、红豆沙3-5、红枣3-6、蒲桃叶3-4.5、白果2-3.8、沙蒿籽3.1-4.2、松节2-3.2、黑老虎3.3-3.5、山药8-9;本发明的粥馅加入了红豆沙、番红花、红葡萄干等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如松节、黑老虎的加入,赋予了本发明很好的行气活血、祛风除湿的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健粥,尤其涉及一种山药果干活血香粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统早餐,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。但现有粥存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加粥所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种山药果干活血香粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种山药果干活血香粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
黑米70-77、糯米8-9、营养添加剂8-10、番红花3-4、红葡萄干6-7、白凤豆3-4、苹果醋7-8、鸡肉粉3-5、槭叶草3-4、西番莲8-9、万寿菊粉3-5、红豆沙3-5、红枣3-6、蒲桃叶3-4.5、白果2-3.8、沙蒿籽3.1-4.2、松节2-3.2、黑老虎3.3-3.5、山药8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤5-7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种山药果干活血香粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒲桃叶、白果、沙蒿籽等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液;
(2)山药去皮,切片后均匀撒上鸡肉粉,上锅蒸熟,取出后与红豆沙合并,得香泥,红葡萄干剁碎,拌入万寿菊粉,均匀搅拌,取少量碎红葡萄干当馅,用适量香泥包裹成丸,将丸子共同上烤炉烘烤2-3分钟,取出切碎,待用;
(3)白凤豆、糯米混合浸泡5-6小时,取出与番红花混合入锅,兑苹果醋以及少量水混合将米煮熟,取出,待用;
(4)取药液与黑米混合倒入锅中,加适量的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粥馅加入了红豆沙、番红花、红葡萄干等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如松节、黑老虎的加入,赋予了本发明很好的行气活血、祛风除湿的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种山药果干活血香粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
黑米77、糯米9、营养添加剂10、番红花4、红葡萄干7、白凤豆4、苹果醋8、鸡肉粉5、槭叶草4、西番莲9、万寿菊粉3、红豆沙5、红枣6、蒲桃叶3、白果3.8、沙蒿籽3.1、松节3.2、黑老虎3.5、山药9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3.3、藕节2.4、菠萝叶3、莲房2、枣花蜜5、芝麻酱8、海苔片4、兔肉20,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加5倍的水小火熬煮35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;

1.一种山药果干活血香粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
黑米70-77、糯米8-9、营养添加剂8-10、番红花3-4、红葡萄干6-7、白凤豆3-4、苹果醋7-8、鸡肉粉3-5、槭叶草3-4、西番莲8-9、万寿菊粉3-5、红豆沙3-5、红枣3-6、蒲桃叶3-4.5、白果2-3.8、沙蒿籽3.1-4.2、松节2-3.2、黑老虎3.3-3.5、山药8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
