本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法的技术领域,尤其涉及一种养颜花草紫薯月饼。
背景技术
中秋吃月饼,是我国民间的传统习俗,月饼是吉祥、团圆的象征。传统的广式月饼过于甜腻,不能满足人们对口感和健康的追求。相反,酥皮月饼由于皮酥且薄,馅料充足,日益受到人们的喜爱。但是目前市场上的酥皮月饼种类相对单一,尚未出现将月饼与保健功能相结合的产品。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种养颜花草紫薯月饼,本发明步骤简单,操作方便,制作的产品感观好,气味芳香,味美可口。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种养颜花草紫薯月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:低筋面粉200-300、中筋面粉200-300、紫薯100-200、黄油50-200、牛奶50-100、白糖30-60、猪油50-100、红糖20-30、玫瑰花瓣100-200、芦荟50-60、枸杞20-30、水适量。
其制备方法为:
(1)制作饼皮
A将紫薯洗净去皮,中火隔水蒸熟后,用石锤捣成泥状备用;
B将中筋面粉、白糖、黄油加入适量牛奶、水,充分搅拌后,加入紫薯泥,混合均匀,按照常规方法制成水油皮,静置20分钟备用;
C将低筋面粉、黄油、猪油用筷子搅拌和匀,制成油酥,静置20分钟备用;
(2)制作馅料
A将玫瑰花瓣、芦荟、枸杞用清水洗净,晾干;
B将晾干后的玫瑰花瓣、芦荟、枸杞切丝,混合均匀,备用;
C取一个干净消毒的果酱瓶,将混合均匀的花草放入瓶中,平铺一层再撒上一层红糖,一层一层的用勺子压紧实;
D用石锤反复捶打,直至玫瑰花等被碾出汁来,即制成花草馅料;
(3)将水油皮按扁后,包入油酥,收口捏紧后,收口朝下,擀开成牛舌形,翻面,由上而下卷起,制成生饼皮,覆盖静置15分钟;
(4)将生饼皮按扁后,包入馅料,收口捏紧,整理成圆形,制成生饼;
(5)将烤箱预热后,生饼放入中层,上下火加热10-20分钟,转下层,上火加热7-10分钟,即制成养颜花草紫薯月饼。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1. 本发明中,在传统酥皮月饼的水油皮中,加入了紫薯。紫薯除了具有普通红薯的营养成分外,还富含硒元素和花青素。紫薯具有特殊的保健功能,它含有20%左右的蛋白质,包括18种氨基酸,易被人体消化和吸收。紫薯中的锌、铁、铜、锰、钙、均为天然,是人体抗疲劳、抗衰老、补血的必要元素。
2. 本发明中,将玫瑰花、芦荟、枸杞制成馅料,具有良好的美容养颜的功效。其中玫瑰花性温,入肝、脾二经,有行气解郁、活血化瘀的功效。芦荟具有清肝热,通便,调节人体免疫力的功效。枸杞含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C 和钙、磷、铁等成分,性平味甘,入肝、肾经,具有养阴补血、滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效。这三种花草长期食用,具有美容养颜的保健功能。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种养颜花草紫薯月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:低筋面粉300克、中筋面粉300克、紫薯150克、黄油100克、牛奶克100、白糖30克、猪油100克、红糖30克、玫瑰花瓣200克、芦荟50克、枸杞30克、水适量。
其制备方法为:
(1)制作饼皮
A将150克紫薯洗净去皮,中火隔水蒸熟后,用石锤捣成泥状备用;
B将中筋面粉300克、白糖30克、黄油50克加入牛奶100克,适量水,充分搅拌后,加入紫薯泥,混合均匀,按照常规方法制成水油皮,静置20分钟备用;
C将低筋面粉300克、黄油50克、猪油100克用筷子搅拌和匀,制成油酥,分成20等份,静置20分钟备用;
(2)制作馅料
A将玫瑰花瓣200克、芦荟50克、枸杞30克用清水洗净,晾干;
B将晾干后的玫瑰花瓣、芦荟、枸杞切丝,混合均匀,备用;
C取一个干净消毒的果酱瓶,将混合均匀的花草放入瓶中,平铺一层再撒上一层红糖,一层一层的用勺子压紧实;
D用石锤反复捶打,直至玫瑰花等被碾出汁来,即制成花草馅料。
(3)将水油皮分成20等份,按扁后,包入油酥,收口捏紧后,收口朝下,擀开成牛舌形,翻面,由上而下卷起,制成生饼皮20个,覆盖静置15分钟;
(4)将生饼皮按扁后,包入馅料,收口捏紧,整理成圆形,制成生饼;
(5)将烤箱190度预热后,生饼放入中层,上下火200度加热,优选温度为10分钟,转下层,上火170度加热,优选温度为8分钟,即制成养颜花草紫薯月饼。

1.一种养颜花草紫薯月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:低筋面粉200-300、中筋面粉200-300、紫薯100-200、黄油50-200、牛奶50-100、白糖30-60、猪油50-100、红糖20-30、玫瑰花瓣100-200、芦荟50-60、枸杞20-30、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养颜花草紫薯月饼的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制作饼皮
A将紫薯洗净去皮,中火隔水蒸熟后,用石锤捣成泥状备用;
B将中筋面粉、白糖、黄油加入适量牛奶、水,充分搅拌后,加入紫薯泥,混合均匀,按照常规方法制成水油皮,静置20分钟备用;
