本发明涉及具备:具有输入来自原动机的动力的输入侧旋转部件与向驱动轮输出动力的输出侧旋转部件的流体传动装置、连结于上述输入侧旋转部件的电动机、连结于上述流体传动装置的上述输出侧旋转部件的变速器的车辆用驱动装置的构造。
背景技术
已知有具备:具有输入来自原动机的动力的输入侧旋转部件与向驱动轮输出动力的输出侧旋转部件的流体传动装置、连结于上述输入侧旋转部件的电动机、连结于上述流体传动装置的上述输出侧旋转部件的变速器的车辆用驱动装置。专利文献1的混合动力车用驱动装置为这样的一个例子。在专利文献1的混合动力车用驱动装置中,从发动机到变速器侧按照发动机、电动机、变矩器、变速器的顺序在轴向配置。

然而,在专利文献1的混合动力车用驱动装置中,电动机在轴向上配置于发动机与变矩器之间,变矩器与电动机收纳在相同的空间内。由此,成为不易对电动机油冷的构造,电动机的冷却性能存在不足的可能性。另外,在专利文献2中,从发动机到变速器侧,按照发动机、变矩器、电动机、变速器的顺序在轴向上进行配置,电动机收纳在与变矩器相同的空间内。因此,在专利文献2中也难以对电动机油冷,存在电动机的冷却性能不足的可能性。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而形成的,其目的在于提供一种具备:具有被输入来自原动机的动力的输入侧旋转部件与向驱动轮输出动力的输出侧旋转部件的流体传动装置、连结于上述输入侧旋转部件的电动机、连结于上述流体传动装置的上述输出侧旋转部件的变速器的车辆用驱动装置,且是能够提高该电动机的冷却性能的车辆用驱动装置的构造。
用于实现上述目的、第1发明的要旨为:一种车辆用驱动装置,(a)具有:流体传动装置,其具有被输入来自原动机的动力的输入侧旋转部件和向驱动轮输出动力的输出侧旋转部件;电动机,该电动机连结于上述输入侧旋转部件;变速器,该变速器连结于上述流体传动装置的上述输出侧旋转部件;以及壳体部件,该壳体部件收纳上述流体传动装置、上述电动机和上述变速器,并且具有空气室与油室,上述车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,(b)上述原动机以及上述电动机被配置于在轴向上隔着上述流体传动装置的位置,(c)上述流体传动装置收纳于上述空气室,上述电动机收纳于上述油室,(d)上述车辆用驱动装置还具备第2电动机,该第2电动机连结于上述变矩器的输出侧旋转部件,(e)该第2电动机在上述油室内被设置于轴向上的上述电动机与上述变速器之间。
如此一来,在原动机以及电动机连结于流体传动装置的输入侧旋转部件侧的结构中,原动机以及电动机被配置于在轴向上隔着流体传动装置的位置,因此能够将上述电动机收纳于上述油室。而且,电动机收纳于该油室内,由此能够对电动机油冷,因此能够提高电动机的冷却性能。此外,第2电动机与上述电动机相同也收纳于收纳变速器的油室内,因此对于第2电动机也能够实现油冷,对于第2电动机也能够提高冷却性能。
另外,优选地,第2发明的要旨为:在第1发明的车辆用驱动装置中,在上述油室内、且在轴向上的上述电动机与上述第2电动机之间配置有液压产生装置,该液压产生装置的驱动齿轮经由在上述电动机的内周侧与轴心平行地配置的第1轴连结于上述流体传动装置的输入侧旋转部件。如此一来,如果流体传动装置的输入侧旋转部件旋转,则驱动齿轮旋转,液压产生装置工作。另外,液压产生装置配置于电动机与第2电动机之间,因此在电动机以及笫2电动机之间彼此的导热被抑制,热性能提高。
另外,优选地,第3发明的要旨为:在第2发明的车辆用驱动装置中,在上述第1轴的内周侧配置有与轴心平行的第2轴,上述流体传动装置为变矩器,该变矩器的导轮经由单向离合器以及上述第2轴连结于作为上述液压产生装置的非旋转部件的罩部件,上述第2轴与上述罩部件连结。如此一来,能够将用于向流体传动装置供给工作油的油路形成于第1轴的内周面以及第2轴的外周面之间。另外,上述油路由与电动机的旋转轴不同的其他部件构成,因此油路与电动机之间的导热也被抑制。
另外,优选地,笫4发明的要旨为:在第2发明或者第3发明的车辆用驱动装置中,在上述液压产生装置的外周侧配置有上述电动机以及上述第2电动机的端子板。如此一来,在液压产生装置的外周侧形成空间,因此通过在该空间将电动机以及第2电动机的端子板错开相位配置,有效地活用该空间。
另外,优选地,第5发明的要旨为:在第1发明的车辆用驱动装置中,在上述流体传动装置与上述电动机之间形成有隔壁,在该隔壁的内周部配置有密封部件,利用该密封部件密封上述油室。如此一来,防止异物向油室内侵入。另外,能够用该密封部件兼作流体传动装置与变速器之间的密封,能够抑制部件件数的增加。另外,由隔壁分隔空气室与油室,因此流体传动装置与电动机之间的导热被抑制。
另外,优选地,在第3发明中,上述第2轴与上述罩部件通过压入而连接。如此一来,第2轴与罩部件的压入部也作为密封构造发挥功能,从而无需设置密封部件。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。此外,在以下的实施例中,附图被适当地简化或变形,各部分的尺寸比以及形状等不一定被正确地描绘。
实施例
图1是对本发明的一实施例的车辆用驱动装置10的结构进行说明的框架图。在图1中,车辆用驱动装置10适合在FF(前置发动机·前驱)方式的车辆中采用,具有:作为原动机发挥功能的发动机12、连结于该发动机12的曲柄轴14的变矩器16、设置于该变矩器16与驱动轮26之间且连结于变矩器16(与本发明的流体传动装置)的输出侧的自动变速器18、配置于变矩器16与自动变速器18之间且连结于作为变矩器16的输入侧旋转部件的泵叶轮16p的第1电动机MG1、配置于第1电动机MG1与自动变速器18之间且连结于作为变矩器16的输出侧旋转部件的涡轮叶轮16t以及自动变速器18的输入轴20的第2电动机MG2。另外,设置有配置于第1电动机MG1与第2电动机MG2之间且连结于变矩器16的泵叶轮16p、发动机12以及第1电动机MG1的作为液压产生装置的油泵21。如图1所示,在本实施例的车辆用驱动装置10中,从发动机12侧到自动变速器18侧,按照发动机12、变矩器16、第1电动机MG1、油泵21、第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18的顺序在轴向进行配置。即,发动机12以及第1电动机MG1被配置于在轴向上隔着变矩器16的位置。此外,第1电动机MG1与本发明的电动机对应,第2电动机MG2与本发明的第2电动机对应,自动变速器18与本发明的变速器对应,油泵21与本发明的液压产生装置对应。
变矩器16为具有:被输入来自发动机12的动力的作为输入侧旋转部件的泵叶轮16p、向驱动轮26输出动力的作为输出侧旋转部件的涡轮叶轮16t、导轮16s、单向离合器F1的流体传动装置。该泵叶轮16p即泵轮被连结于发动机12的曲柄轴14与第1电动机MG1,利用该发动机12而被驱动旋转,由此利用变矩器16内的工作油的流动而产生流体流。涡轮叶轮16t即涡轮连结于自动变速器18的输入轴20,受到来自上述泵叶轮16p的流体流而进行旋转。导轮16s配设于从上述泵叶轮16p到涡轮叶轮16t的流体流中,由单向离合器F1支承为能够沿曲柄轴14的正转方向(发动机12工作时的曲柄轴14的旋转方向)旋转并且无法沿负旋转方向旋转。上述自动变速器18的输入轴20作为变矩器16的输出轴即涡轮轴发挥功能。
另外,变矩器16具有将上述泵叶轮16p与涡轮叶轮16t之间选择地连结的锁止离合器LC。该锁止离合器LC因来自液压控制回路90(参照图3)的工作油而工作,被控制为接合状态、滑移状态以及分离状态的任一状态。当锁止离合器LC形成为分离状态的情况下,如上所述曲柄轴14与输入轴20之间的扭矩传递经由变矩器16内的工作油进行。此外,当锁止离合器LC形成为接合状态的情况下,锁止离合器LC将泵叶轮16p与涡轮叶轮16t机械式地直接连结,因此发动机12的曲柄轴14与自动变速器18的输入轴20相互连结为一体,曲柄轴14与输入轴20之间的扭矩传递不经由变矩器16内的工作油而直接进行。
第1电动机MG1经由例如吸收脉动的减振器等被串联连结于发动机12的曲柄轴14,并经由后述的第1轴52连结于变矩器16的泵叶轮16p。重点是笫1电动机MG1连结于发动机12与变矩器16之间的动力传递路径。另外,第2电动机MG2连结于变矩器16与驱动轮26之间的动力传递路径,详细而言连结于变矩器16的泵叶轮16p以及自动变速器18的输入轴20。第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2为选择性获得作为产生驱动扭矩的电动马达的功能与作为产生再生扭矩的发电机的功能的旋转机,例如由交流同步型的电动发电机构成。
自动变速器18被夹装于变矩器16与驱动轮26之间,是构成笫2电动机MG2与驱动轮26之间的动力传递路径的一部分的机械式变速器。具体而言,自动变速器18为在作为非旋转部件的变速器壳体38(以下,称为壳体38)内具有第1行星齿轮装置30、第2行星齿轮装置32、第3行星齿轮装置34以及多个液压式摩擦接合装置C1、C2、B1、B2、B3的公知的行星齿轮式多级变速器。自动变速器18将输入至作为输入旋转部件的输入轴20的发动机12的动力从作为输出旋转部件的输出齿轮22向驱动轮26输出。此外,在该自动变速器18中,公知的各液压式摩擦接合装置(离合器C1、C2,制动器B1、B2、B3)按照图2所示的规定的工作表通过来自液压控制回路90(参照图3)的工作油而分别接合或者分离,由此择一地使自动变速器18的变速比γat(=变速器输入旋转速度Natin/输出齿轮22的旋转速度Nout)互不相同的多个变速档(排档)成立。在图2中,“○”表示接合状态,空栏表示分离状态。
图3是用于对图1的车辆用驱动装置10的构造的一部分进行说明的剖视图,具体地说,与变矩器16、第1电动机MG1、油泵21以及笫2电动机MG2周边的剖视图对应。另外,图4是放大图3中的变矩器16侧(发动机12侧,图3中左侧)的放大剖视图,图5是放大图3中的第2电动机MG2侧(自动变速器18侧,图3中右侧)的放大剖视图。如图3所示,车辆用驱动装置10在作为非旋转部件的壳体38内,从变矩器16侧到第2电动机MG2侧沿轴向依次配置变矩器16、第1电动机MG1、油泵21以及第2电动机MG2。此外,图3中在变矩器16的更靠左侧配置发动机12,在第2电动机MG2的更靠右侧配置自动变速器18。因此,发动机12以及第1电动机MG1配置于在轴向上隔着变矩器16的位置。
与本发明的壳体部件对应的壳体38由多个部件(38a、38b)构成,具有收纳变矩器16、第1电动机MG1和自动变速器18且由后述的空间87构成的空气室、以及由后述的空间89(89a~89d)构成的油室。另外,壳体38还具有被***介于变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间的第1隔壁40、被***介于第1电动机MG1与油泵21之间的第2隔壁42以及被***介于油泵21与第2电动机MG2之间的第3隔壁44。
变矩器16收纳于作为空气室发挥功能的空间87内,主要具有泵叶轮16p、涡轮叶轮16t以及导轮16s。泵叶轮16p具有连结于作为发动机12的输出轴的曲柄轴14且与曲柄轴14一体旋转的前壳体(图3中未图示)和后壳体46、以及沿周方向多片配置的叶轮48,如果发动机12旋转,则叶轮48与后壳体46一起一体旋转。此外,利用泵叶轮16p的叶轮48的旋转使填充于泵叶轮16p内的工作油被该叶轮48逼向外周方向。该工作油同以与泵叶轮16p相面对的方式配设的涡轮叶轮16t的叶轮50碰撞,在因该冲击力使涡轮叶轮16t的叶轮50旋转后,沿涡轮叶轮16t的叶轮50的曲线流动并经由导轮16s返回泵叶轮16p,由此在变矩器16内循环。
上述后壳体46的内周端部通过焊接而连结于以平行于轴心C且能围绕轴心C旋转的方式配置的第1轴52。第1轴52形成为圆筒筒状,被壳体38的第1隔壁40以及第2隔壁42支承为能够围绕轴心C旋转。在第1轴52的轴向上形成有变矩器16侧的端部朝径向突出的凸缘部52a(参照图4),上述后壳体46的内周端部通过焊接而连接于该凸缘部52a的外周端部。另外,第1轴52沿轴向贯通第1电动机MG1的内周侧,在轴向上第2电动机MG2侧的端部连结于作为油泵21的驱动齿轮的后述的驱动齿轮70。
另外,当泵叶轮16p开始旋转的状态等、该泵叶轮16p与涡轮叶轮16t之间的相对旋转速度差比较大的情况下,从涡轮叶轮16t流出的工作油的流动沿妨碍泵叶轮16p的旋转的方向流动,而通过在泵叶轮16p与涡轮叶轮16t之间经由花键嵌合于作为非旋转部件的圆筒筒状的第2轴54的单向离合器F1设置导轮16s,从而利用导轮16s将工作油的流动变换成有助于泵叶轮16p的流动的方向。另一方面,如果涡轮叶轮16t的转速上升,泵叶轮16p与涡轮叶轮16t之间的相对旋转速度差减少,则反而导轮16s会作用为妨碍流动,而通过由单向离合器F1使导轮16s旋转,能够防止对于这样的流动的妨碍。上述第2轴54在轴向上的变矩器16侧的外周端部被花键嵌合于单向离合器F1的内圈。该第2轴54与轴心C平行配置且沿轴向贯通第1轴52的内周,并延伸设置直至油泵21侧。此外,在第2轴54的轴向上第2电动机MG2侧的外周端部被压入至构成油泵21的非旋转部件亦即后述的泵罩74的内周部。因此,导轮16s经由单向离合器F1以及第2轴54连结于油泵21的泵罩74,连结于泵罩74的第2轴54以及连结于该第2轴54的单向离合器F1的内圈以无法旋转的方式被保持。此外,由于笫2轴54被压入至泵罩74,因此经由该泵罩74被壳体38(第2隔壁42)支承为无法旋转。
涡轮叶轮16t具有与叶轮一体旋转的涡轮壳56,其内周端连结于能够围绕轴心C旋转的涡轮凸台58。该涡轮凸台58的内周部为花键嵌合于能够围绕轴心C旋转地配置于第2轴54的内周侧的第3轴60的外周部。笫3轴60形成为圆柱状且以沿轴向贯通第2轴54的方式配置。在第3轴60的轴向上,变矩器16侧的外周端部与涡轮凸台58的内周部花键嵌合。另外,在第3轴60的轴向上,第2电动机MG2侧的端部与该第2电动机MG2的后述的转子轴82花键嵌合。在此,在第3轴60上,形成用于使轴向的变矩器16侧的外径形成为比第2电动机MG2侧小的锥形状的小径部60a(参照图4),在第2轴54的内径也以与第3轴60之间的间隙基本无变化的方式与第3轴60的外径相应地形成形成为小径(锥形状)的小径部54a(参照图4)。
第1电动机MG1收纳于作为油室发挥功能的空间89a,在轴向上配置于变矩器16与油泵21之间且以能围绕轴心C旋转的方式被支承。第1电动机MG1主要具有:以无法旋转的方式固定于壳体38的定子62、配置于定子62的轴向两端的线圈端63,以能够旋转的方式配置于定子62的内周侧的转子芯64以及连接于转子芯64的内周部的转子轴66。另外,在线圈端63的内周侧设置有用于检测第1电动机MG1的旋转速度的解析器67。
定子62通过未图示的螺栓等被无法旋转地固定于壳体38。转子芯64构成为其内周部连接于转子轴66,且与转子轴66一体地围绕轴心C旋转。转子轴66经由外周两端轴承68、69以可旋转的方式支承于壳体38。该转子轴66的内周部与形成于第1轴52的外周部的外齿(花键齿)花键嵌合,转子轴66经由笫1轴52与变矩器16的泵叶轮16p以及发动机12连结并一体旋转。该转子轴66与第1轴52的花键嵌合部71在转子芯64的轴向上形成于第2电动机MG2侧。具体地说,相对于点划线X所示的第1电动机MG1(转子芯64)的轴向的中心线,在第2电动机MG2侧(自动变速器18侧,图中右侧)形成花键嵌合部71。因此,第1轴52的变矩器16侧的轴端部与花键嵌合部71之间的轴向的距离变长。
作为液压产生装置的油泵21,在作为油室发挥功能的空间89b内,在轴向上配置于第1电动机MG1与第2电动机MG2之间,是主要具有驱动齿轮70、与驱动齿轮70啮合的从动齿轮72、收纳这些驱动齿轮70以及从动齿轮72的泵罩74(罩部件)的公知的齿轮泵。驱动齿轮70经由配置于第1电动机MG1的内周侧的第1轴52连结于变矩器16的泵叶轮16p。泵罩74利用未图示的螺栓等固定于第2隔壁42,由此被无法旋转地固定。于是,如果变矩器16的泵叶轮16p旋转,则经由第1轴52驱动齿轮70驱动,由此使油泵21工作。在此,构成油泵21的泵罩74的内周部通过压入连接于第2轴54,因此防止油从其间漏出。即,泵罩74与第2轴54的压入部77发挥防止油从油泵21漏出的作为密封构造的功能。
另外,在上述第1轴52的内周面与第2轴54的外周面之间形成有用于向变矩器16供给工作油的油路75。第1轴52配置于第1电动机MG1的转子轴66的内周侧,将变矩器16的泵叶轮16p(后壳体46)与油泵21的驱动齿轮70之间连结。第2轴54配置于第1轴52的内周侧将变矩器16的单向离合器F1的内圈与泵罩74连结。此外,利用在第1轴52的内周面与第2轴54的外周面间之间形成的间隙形成用于向变矩器16供给工作油的油路75。由油泵21抽吸的工作油在被液压控制回路90调压后向该油路75供给。
第2电动机MG2在作为油室发挥功能的空间89c内,在轴向上配置于第1电动机MG1以及油泵21与自动变速器18之间,并被支承为能够围绕轴心C旋转。第2电动机MG2主要具有:以无法旋转的方式固定于壳体38的定子76、配置于定子76的轴向两端的线圈端78、以无法旋转的方式配置于定子76的内周侧的转子芯80、以及连接于转子芯80的内周部的转子轴82。另外,在第2电动机MG2的线圈端78的内周侧设置有用于检测旋转速度的解析器83。
定子76通过未图示的螺栓等被无法旋转地固定于壳体38。转子芯80构成为其内周部连接于转子轴82,且与转子轴82一体地围绕轴心C旋转。转子轴82的外周两端经由轴承84等以能够旋转的方式支承于壳体38。该转子轴82的内周部与第3轴60花键嵌合,转子轴82与第3轴60以及自动变速器18的输入轴20一体旋转。另外,第3轴60经由轴套、第2轴54以及泵罩74以能够旋转的方式支承于壳体38(第2隔壁42)。
此外,自动变速器18收纳于作为油室发挥功能的空间89d内,对此图3~图5未进行图示(参照图1)。
在轴向上在变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间以分隔收纳变矩器16与第1电动机MG1的空间的方式形成第1隔壁40。在该第1隔壁40的内周端部与第1轴52之间设置有第1油封86,将收纳变矩器16的空间87与收纳笫1电动机MG1的空间89a在空间上分离。收纳该变矩器16的空间87为利用来自外部的空气进行空冷的空气室。即收纳于作为空气室的空间87的变矩器16利用来自外部的空气被空冷。
在此,第1油封86作为密封收纳变矩器16的空间87与收纳第1电动机MG1的空间89a之间的部件发挥功能,但该第1油封86不只是将空间87与空间89a分离,还作为将收纳变矩器16的空间87与收纳油泵21的空间89b、收纳第2电动机MG2的空间89c以及收纳自动变速器18的空间89d在空间上分离(密封)的部件发挥功能。即,在车辆用驱动装置10中,收纳变矩器16的空间87、收纳第1电动机MG1、油泵21、第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18的空间89a~89d被隔壁40以及笫1油封86分离并密封。另外,在这些空间89a~89d设置有用于对各装置冷却的润滑回路等。另外,该空间89a~89d均为作为油室发挥功能的空间,因此也可以将这些空间89a~89d统一形成为作为收纳第1电动机MG1、油泵21、第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18的油室发挥功能的空间89。由此,第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2被收纳于收纳自动变速器18的空间89内。此外,第1隔壁40与本发明的隔壁对应,第1油封86与本发明的密封部件对应,空间87与本发明的空气室对应,空间89与本发明的油室对应。
另外,在轴向上在第1电动机MG1与油泵21之间以分隔收纳第1电动机MG1与油泵21的空间的方式形成第2隔壁42。在该第2隔壁42的内周端部与第1轴52之间设置有第2油封88。通过设置该第2油封88,阻止油在收纳第1电动机MG1的空间89a与油泵21之间流通。具体地说,第2油封88阻止从第2隔壁42的内周端部与第1轴52滑动接触的部位漏出的油的移动。即,第2油封88具有阻止油从油泵21漏出的密封功能。进而在第2隔壁42内形成有用于向第1电动机MG1供给冷却油的沿铅垂上方延伸的第1径向油路92,第2油封88还具有阻止在该第1径向油路92内流动的油的漏出的功能。即,利用共用的笫2油封88阻止来自油泵21以及第1径向油路92油的漏出。
在此,朝笫1径向油路92供给由液压控制回路90调压后的油,且在该第1径向油路92连接有形成于第1电动机MG1的铅垂上方的轴向油路94。在轴向油路94形成有多个用于向第1电动机MG1的线圈端63供给油的油放出孔。进而,轴向油路94连接于在笫1隔壁40内沿径向形成的第2径向油路96。第2径向油路96形成为在笫1隔壁40内连通轴向油路94与该第1隔壁40的内周端部。
这样在壳体38形成用于冷却笫1电动机MG1的润滑油路。具体地说,如果从液压控制回路90向第1径向油路92供给油,则该油经过第1径向油路92被沿铅垂上方抽吸,并流入至轴向油路94内。然后,经过轴向油路94的油的一部分经过放出孔被主要向第1电动机MG1的线圈端63供给。进而在轴向油路94流动的油的剩余部分经过第2径向油路96存积于设置于壳体38的下部的油底盘97,并从设置于油底盘97的油抽吸部91(粗滤器)再次抽吸而在作为油室发挥功能的空间89内循环。另外,液压控制回路90以及油抽吸部91在轴向上配置于相比第1电动机MG1靠第2电动机MG2侧(图中右侧)的位置。此外,液压控制回路90通过对从油泵21喷出的液压适当地调压,而将最佳的液压向变矩器16、自动变速器18、润滑油路等(92、94、96)供给。
在油泵21的外周侧形成有空间。在本实施例子中,利用该空间设置用于将第1电动机MG1从壳体外部进行电连接的端子板100a以及用于将第2电动机MG2从壳体外部进行电连接的端子板100b(与图3以及图5的点划线所围起的部位对应)。图6简略示出端子板100a以及端子板100b的周方向的位置。此外,图6的虚线表示第1电动机MG1的外径线。如图6所示那样通过将端子板100a以及端子板100b配置于在油泵21的外周侧沿周方向错开的位置(相位),能够配置于在径向上相同的位置。
对如上所述构成的车辆用驱动装置10的作用效果进行如下说明。如上所述,第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2收纳于作为收纳自动变速器18等的油室发挥功能的空间89内。由此,能够将作为空气室的收纳变矩器16的空间87和收纳第1电动机MG1、第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18的空间89在空间上分离并密闭,来自外部的异物(灰尘、水)不会侵入空间89内,能够容易地构成第1电动机MG1的由油进行冷却的冷却机构。此外,以往,第1电动机MG1配置于发动机与变矩器之间,第1电动机MG1收纳于与变矩器相同的空间内(空气室内),不易对第1电动机MG1进行油冷,因此第1电动机MG1的冷却性能不足。
在此,在动力传递装置10中,从发动机12侧到自动变速器18侧按照变矩器16、第1电动机MG1、第2电动机MG2的顺序进行配置。通过这样配置,能够将变矩器16与第1电动机MG1、第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18在空间上分离。
另外,设置于变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间的第1油封86不只针对第1电动机MG1,还作为密封本来需要的变矩器16与第2电动机MG2以及自动变速器18之间的密封机构发挥功能,因此能够抑制部件的增加从而使车辆用驱动装置10小型化。
另外,作为变矩器16与第1电动机MG1的连结部的花键嵌合部71配置于收纳自动变速器18等的空间89内,进而,相对于由图3的点划线X所示的第1电动机MG1(转子芯64)的轴向的中心线配置于第2电动机MG2侧。由此,花键嵌合部71配置于空间89内,因此抑制了异物向该花键嵌合部71侵入,并且能够利用油进行润滑,从而能够提高花键嵌合部71的耐磨损性。进而,通过将花键嵌合部71相对于由图3的点划线X所示的第1电动机MG1(转子芯64)的轴向的中心线配置于第2电动机MG2侧,使得第1轴52的变矩器16侧的轴端部与花键嵌合部71之间的轴向的距离变长,因此发动机12与第1电动机MG1之间的连结刚性降低,发动机12的振动的影响减少。即,通过增长连结变矩器16与花键嵌合部71之间的第2轴54的轴向的长度,使得第2轴54的刚性降低且共振频率变化,由此发动机12的扭矩变动的影响减少。
另外,通过在***介于变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间的第1隔壁40形成第2径向油路96,使得第1隔壁40冷却,变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间的隔热效果提高。
另外,变矩器16的泵叶轮16p与油泵21的驱动齿轮70通过第1轴52连结,变矩器16的单向离合器F1的内圈与油泵21的泵罩74通过配置于第1轴52的内周侧的第2轴54连接,进而,笫2轴54与泵罩74通过压入连接。由此,向变矩器16供给工作油的油路75形成于第1轴52的内周面以及第2轴54的外周面之间,当形成该油路75时还抑制了密封部件等部件件数的增加。另外,油路75由与构成第1电动机MG1的转子轴66不同的其他部件形成,因此抑制从油路75向第1电动机MG1的导热。进而第2轴54与泵罩74通过压入而连接在一起,因此也无需用于阻止油从该压入部77漏出的密封部件。
另外,变矩器16等对液压进行控制的液压控制回路90以及由油泵21抽吸存积于在壳体38下部形成的油底盘97的油的油抽吸部91在轴向上相比第1电动机MG1配置于第2电动机MG2侧。由此,液压控制回路90以及油抽吸部91与油泵21之间的油路的长度变短,能够实现管路阻力的减少、流动所产生的噪声的减少。进而能够在径向上增大第1电动机MG1,因此能够在轴向上缩短第1电动机MG1。
另外,在第1电动机MG1与油泵21之间设置有第2油封88。该第2油封作为油泵21的密封部件发挥功能,并且还作为阻止来自第1径向油路92的漏出的密封部件发挥功能,因此密封部件被共用,抑制了部件件数的增加。
另外,第1电动机MG1与油泵21配置于相同的壳体38a,第1电动机MG1由壳体38a支承。进而油泵21固定于作为壳体38a的一部分的第2隔壁42。如此一来,第1电动机MG1以及油泵21实现组件总成化,能够提高车辆用驱动装置10的组装性。
另外,变矩器16的涡轮叶轮16t与第2电动机MG2经由第3轴60连接,相互的连接部分别通过花键嵌合而连结。如此一来,第2电动机MG2经由轴承84等被支承,与变矩器16经由花键连结,由此通过花键吸收了变矩器16的轴偏移,并且振动的传递也同样因花键嵌合而降低。
另外,形成第2轴54的内径在轴向上比第2电动机MG2侧小的小径部54a,并且在第3轴60上同样形成外径在轴向上比第2电动机MG2侧小的小径部60a,第3轴60由壳体38a支承。如此一来,在进行组装时利用小径部54a、60a使得第3轴60不会向变矩器16侧落下。
另外,如图6所示,通过将第1电动机MG1的端子板100a以及第2电动机MG2的端子板100b配置于油泵21的外周侧、且在周方向上错开的位置,能够有效地利用油泵21的空间。另外,能够汇集端子板100a以及端子板100b,能够提高组装时的作业性。
如上所述,根据本实施例,虽然是在变矩器16的泵叶轮16p连结发动机12以及第1电动机MG1的结构,但由于发动机12以及第1电动机MG1被配置于在轴向上隔着变矩器16的位置,因此能够将第1电动机MG1收纳于作为油室的空间89。而且,第1电动机MG1收纳于空间89内,由此能够对第1电动机MG1油冷,因此能够提高第1电动机MG1的冷却性能。
另外,根据本实施例,还具有连结于变矩器16的涡轮叶轮16t的第2电动机MG2,该第2电动机MG2在上述空间89内在轴向上设置于第1电动机MG1与自动变速器18之间。如此一来,第2电动机MG2与第1电动机MG1同样也收纳于收纳自动变速器18的空间89(油室内),因此第2电动机MG2也能够实现油冷,能够提高冷却性能。
另外,根据本实施例,在上述空间89内、且在轴向上的第1电动机MG1与笫2电动机MG2之间配置油泵21,该油泵21的驱动齿轮70经由与轴心平行地配置于第1电动机MG1的内周侧的第1轴52连结于变矩器16的泵叶轮16p。如此一来,如果变矩器16的泵叶轮16p旋转,则驱动齿轮70旋转,油泵21工作。另外,由于油泵21配置于第1电动机MG1与第2电动机MG2之间,因此抑制了在第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2之间的相互导热,热性能提高。
另外,根据本实施例,在第1轴52的内周侧配置与轴心平行的第2轴54,变矩器16的导轮16s经由单向离合器F1以及第2轴54连结于作为油泵21的非旋转部件的泵罩74,将第2轴54与泵罩74连接。如此一来,能够将用于向变矩器16供给工作油的油路75形成于第1轴52的内周面以及第2轴54的外周面之间。另外,油路75由与第1电动机MG1的构成部件不同的其他部件构成,因此油路75与第1电动机MG1之间的导热也被抑制。
另外,根据本实施例,在油泵21的外周侧配置第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2的端子板100a、100b。如此一来,在油泵21的外周侧形成空间,因此通过将第1电动机MG1以及第2电动机MG2的端子板100a、100b错开相位地配置于该空间,可有效地活用该空间。
另外,根据本实施例,在变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间形成笫1隔壁40,在该第1隔壁40的内周部配置第1油封86,利用该第1油封86密闭作为油室发挥功能的空间89。如此一来,防止异物侵入作为油室发挥功能的空间89内。另外,能够以该第1油封86兼用变矩器16与自动变速器18之间的密封,能够抑制部件件数的增加。另外,由于利用第1隔壁40将空间87(空气室)与空间89(油室)分隔,因此抑制了变矩器16与第1电动机MG1之间的导热。
另外,根据本实施例,上述第2轴与上述罩部件通过压入而连接。如此一来,第2轴与罩部件的压入部作为密封构造发挥功能,无需设置密封部件。
以上,基于附图对本发明的实施例进行了详细说明,但本发明也可以应用于其他的方式。
例如,在前述的实施例子中,自动变速器18为有级式的变速器,但本发明并不局限于此,可以在不矛盾的范围适宜变更变速器的形式,例如为带式无级变速器等。
另外,在前述的实施例子中,油泵21使用齿轮式的齿轮泵,但本发明并不局限于此,可以在不矛盾的范围适宜变更,例如为叶片式的油泵等。
另外,在前述的实施例中,在第2轴54以及第3轴60分别形成小径部54a、60a,但这样的设置并非必须,可以使用夹具等来防止第3轴60的落下。
另外,在前述的实施例子中,设置有变矩器16,但本发明只要是经由流体传递动力的流体传动装置即可,例如可以代替变矩器16转而使用流体接头。
另外,在前述的实施例子中,设置有发动机12,但本发明只要是产生动力的原动机即可,可以代替发动机12转而设置电动机等。
此外,上述的方式不过为一个实施方式,本发明可以基于本领域技术人员的知识进行各种变更、改进进而实施。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆用驱动装置(10),
所述车辆用驱动装置(10)具备:
变矩器(16),该变矩器(16)具有被输入来自原动机(12)的动力的输入侧旋转部件(16p)和向驱动轮(26)输出动力的输出侧旋转部件(16t);
电动机(MG1),该电动机(MG1)连结于所述输入侧旋转部件;
变速器(18),该变速器(18)连结于所述变矩器的所述输出侧旋转部件;以及
壳体部件(38),该壳体部件(38)收纳所述变矩器、所述电动机和所述变速器,并且具有空气室(87)与油室(89),
所述车辆用驱动装置(10)的特征在于,
所述原动机以及所述电动机被配置于在轴向上隔着所述变矩器的位置,
所述变矩器收纳于所述空气室,所述电动机收纳于所述油室,
所述车辆用驱动装置(10)还具备第2电动机(MG2),该第2电动机(MG2)连结于所述变矩器的输出侧旋转部件,
该第2电动机在所述油室内被设置于轴向上的所述电动机与所述变速器之间,
在所述油室内、且在轴向上的所述电动机与所述第2电动机之间配置有液压产生装置(21),该液压产生装置的驱动齿轮(70)经由在所述电动机的内周侧与轴心平行地配置的第1轴(52)连结于所述变矩器的输入侧旋转部件,
在所述第1轴的内周侧配置有与轴心平行的第2轴(54),所述变矩器的导轮(16s)经由单向离合器(F1)以及所述第2轴连结于作为所述液压产生装置的非旋转部件的罩部件(74),所述第2轴与所述罩部件连结,
利用在所述第1轴的内周面与所述第2轴的外周面之间形成的间隙形成用于向所述变矩器供给工作油的油路(75)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述液压产生装置的外周侧配置有所述电动机的端子板(100a)以及所述笫2电动机的端子板(100b)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述变矩器与所述电动机之间形成有隔壁(40),在该隔壁的内周部配置有密封部件(86),
利用该密封部件密封所述油室。
