Abstract
本发明提供一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,包括:一定子及一可相对定子旋转的转子,所述转子包括一驱动轴及一碗形金属外壳,所述驱动轴安装至所述碗形金属外壳,所述碗形金属外壳具有一裙形侧壁及一与该裙形侧壁相连的底壁,所述裙形侧壁围绕所述定子延伸设置,所述底壁设有一管形安装轴套,所述驱动轴贯穿该管形安装轴套且固定于该管形安装轴套内;所述碗形金属外壳的管形安装轴套的内径大于所述驱动轴的外径;所述电机还包括一中间嵌入件,该中间嵌入件包括一固定于管形安装轴套内且用于固定驱动轴于其内的管状部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电机领域,尤其涉及一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机。
背景技术
请参阅图1,为现有技术中电机M的局部示意图。该电机M包括:一用虚线表示的定子S及一围绕该定子S设置的转子R。该转子R包括:一圆柱形驱动轴1及一碗形金属外壳3,该驱动轴1通过常见的轴承设备2可旋转地安装至定子S内,该碗形金属外壳3具有一裙形侧壁3a及一与该裙形侧壁3a相连的底壁3b,该裙形侧壁3a围绕定子S延伸设置且其内侧上设有永磁性磁铁4,该底壁3b的中心设有朝向定子S的管形安装轴套5,该管形安装轴套5可以通过过盈配合方式来固定驱动轴1,也可以通过其他方式来固定驱动轴1。
然而,根据上述现有技术,该电机的使用会出现转子金属外壳中心区域,尤其是用于固定驱动轴的管形安装轴套周围的金属外壳区域负载集中的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其解决了现有技术中的电机转子金属外壳中心区域负载集中的问题,从而克服了现有技术中电机的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,包括:一定子及一可相对定子旋转的转子,所述转子包括一驱动轴及一碗形金属外壳,所述驱动轴安装至所述碗形金属外壳,所述碗形金属外壳具有一裙形侧壁及一与该裙形侧壁相连的底壁,所述裙形侧壁围绕所述定子延伸设置,所述底壁设有一管形安装轴套,所述驱动轴贯穿该管形安装轴套且固定于该管形安装轴套内;所述碗形金属外壳的管形安装轴套的内径大于所述驱动轴的外径;所述电机还包括一中间嵌入件,该中间嵌入件包括一固定于管形安装轴套内且用于固定驱动轴于其内的管状部。
该中间嵌入件还包括一与碗形金属外壳的底壁的外表面相邻设置的横向连接部,该横向连接部可与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接。
所述中间嵌入件由金属制成。
所述中间嵌入件的横向连接部设有数个连接端,每一连接端用于与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接。
所述中间嵌入件的横向连接部设有3个连接端。
所述中间嵌入件的横向连接部设置为碟片形状。
所述连接端设有凸台,该凸台内设有轴向贯穿的开口。
所述碗形金属外壳的管形安装轴套的内径为所述驱动轴的外径的1.5-2倍。
所述碗形金属外壳的管形安装轴套的内径为所述驱动轴的外径1.75倍。
本发明的有益效果:本发明用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,通过在管形定位轴套与驱动轴之间设置中间嵌入件,尤其是该中间嵌入件的管状部,从而增强了驱动轴与管形定位轴套连接处的强度,进而克服了转子金属外壳中心区域负载集中的问题;另外,管形定位轴套与驱动轴之间接管口径精度提高,平衡损失降低。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2,同时参阅图1,图2为本发明的电机的局部示意图,图中使用的与图1相同的数字及字母符号表示该数字及字母符号所标记的部件及组成与背景技术的图1中描述过的部件及组成相同或大体相等的。
本发明提供一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,包括:一定子S及一转子R,所述转子R包括一驱动轴1及一碗形金属外壳3,所述驱动轴1可通过轴承可旋转地装设于定子S内,所述驱动轴1的输出端安装于该碗形金属外壳3上,所述碗形金属外壳3包括一裙形侧壁3a及一与该裙形侧壁3a相连的底壁3b,该裙形侧壁3a围绕所述定子S延伸设置,该底壁3b设有管形安装轴套5,所述驱动轴1贯穿该管形安装轴套5且固定于该管形安装轴套5内,所述碗形金属外壳3的管形安装轴套5的内径大于所述驱动轴1的外径。
进一步地,所述碗形金属外壳3的管形安装轴套5的内径是所述驱动轴1的外径的1.5-2倍。
在本实施例中,所述碗形金属外壳3的管形安装轴套5的内径优选为所述驱动轴1的外径的1.75倍,例如所述驱动轴1的直径为8mm,相应地,转子金属外壳3的管形安装轴套5的内径为14mm。
本发明还包括设于管形安装轴套5与驱动轴1之间的中间嵌入件10。
所述中间嵌入件10可以由金属或其他材料制成,在本实施例中,优选地,所述中间嵌入件10由金属制成,从而使其具有较高的强度,有利于克服转子金属外壳中心区域负载集中的问题。
所述中间嵌入件10包括一设于管形安装轴套5内且用于固定驱动轴1的管状部11及一与碗形金属外壳3底壁3a外表面相间隔设置的横向连接部12。该管状部11的径向尺寸刚好可以固定驱动轴1,同时该管状部11固定于金属外壳3的管形定位轴套5内,从而实现了驱动轴1与管形定位轴套5的间接固定连接,增强了两者连接处的强度,克服了转子金属外壳中心区域负载集中的问题。该横向连接部12可以与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接,从而使中间嵌入件10与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接,进而驱动叶轮转动。
所述中间嵌入件10的横向连接部12与风扇叶轮的连接可以通过螺钉的方式实现或者通过嵌件成型(over-molding)的方式(即风扇叶轮直接注塑成型于中间嵌入件10上)实现,或者通过冲压一体成型工艺制成具有风扇叶轮的横向连接部12的方式实现。此外,该连接还可以通过其他常见的方式实现。
所述中间嵌入件10的横向连接部12与金属外壳3底壁3a相邻/靠近,包括若干分支,每一分支的自由端为连接端13,连接端13设有沿轴向延伸的凸台,每一凸台内部设有一轴向贯穿的开口14,该开口14用于固定穿过其内的螺钉(未图示)或其他常见的定位元件。在本实施例中,优选地,所述中间嵌入件10的横向连接部12设有3个连接端13。
本发明中,由于中间嵌入件10,尤其是该中间嵌入件10的管状部11的存在,驱动轴1与碗形金属外壳3的管形安装轴套5之间的接口管径有效增大,从而在本质上增加了连接处的强度,同时减小了公差,降低了平衡损失。发明人通过实验和测试证实了上述改善的技术效果。
本发明还具有另一优选实施例,在该优选实施例中,所述中间嵌入件10的横向连接部12设置为碟片形状。
综上所述,本发明提供一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其通过在驱动轴和转子金属外壳的管形安装轴套之间增设一中间嵌入件,尤其是该中间嵌入件的管状部,从而克服了该金属外壳中心区域,尤其是管形安装轴套周围区域的金属外壳区域负载集中的问题;另外,管形定位轴套与驱动轴之间接管口径精度提高,平衡损失降低。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,包括:一定子(S)及一可相对定子旋转的转子(R),所述转子(R)包括一驱动轴(1)及一碗形金属外壳(3),所述驱动轴(1)安装至所述碗形金属外壳(3),所述碗形金属外壳(3)具有一裙形侧壁(3a)及一与该裙形侧壁(3a)相连的底壁(3b),所述裙形侧壁(3a)围绕所述定子(S)延伸设置,所述底壁(3b)设有一管形安装轴套(5),所述驱动轴(1)贯穿该管形安装轴套(5)且固定于该管形安装轴套(5)内;其特征在于,所述碗形金属外壳(3)的管形安装轴套(5)的内径大于所述驱动轴(1)的外径;所述电机还包括一中间嵌入件(10),该中间嵌入件包括一固定于管形安装轴套(5)内且用于固定驱动轴(1)于其内的管状部(11),以实现所述驱动轴(1)与所述管形安装轴套(5)的间接固定连接,所述管状部(11)沿轴向上的长度大于所述管形安装轴套(5)沿轴向上的长度,该中间嵌入件(10)还包括一与碗形金属外壳(3)的底壁(3b)的外表面相邻设置的横向连接部(12),该横向连接部(12)用于与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述中间嵌入件(10)由金属制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述中间嵌入件(10)的横向连接部(12)设有数个连接端(13),每一连接端(13)用于与汽车热交换器风扇叶轮连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述中间嵌入件(10)的横向连接部(12)设有3个连接端(13)。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述中间嵌入件(10)的横向连接部(12)设置为碟片形状。
6.如权利要求3所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述连接端(13)设有凸台,该凸台内设有轴向贯穿的开口(14)。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述碗形金属外壳(3)的管形安装轴套(5)的内径为所述驱动轴(1)的外径的1.5-2倍。
8.如权利要求7所述的用于驱动汽车热交换器风扇叶轮的电机,其特征在于,所述碗形金属外壳(3)的管形安装轴套(5)的内径为所述驱动轴(1)的外径1.75倍。
