Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的嵌入式灯,该嵌入式灯具有用于保持光源的基体,并且还具有借助于连接装置可拆卸地紧固至所述基体的拱形反射器。更具体地说,本发明是一种所谓的“筒灯(downlight)”。
以上描述的类型的嵌入式灯通常用在垂吊式天花板***中。它们以装埋方式布置在垂吊式天花板的圆形孔口中。例如借助于首先固定至天花板的安装环进行安装。然后可以将由光源载体和反射器构成的模块单元紧固至安装环。由光源发射出的光于是通过反射器被基本竖直向下地射出。
筒灯的光发射以一定方式受到反射器的选择和构造的影响。经常希望将光学元件布置在反射器内或者布置在反射器的光退出孔口处,以便以一定方式影响光发射。所说的光学元件可以是具有光散射或光折射特性的透明体。还可能想到的是装配遮光栅。
申请人的DE 100 13 087 A1描述了一种筒灯,该筒灯允许紧固这种附加的光学部件。为此,设置了保持环,该保持环紧固至反射器上的前凸缘的外周。该环使得可以将光学元件(例如透明盘)***。
本发明的根本目的是提出用于在筒灯的情况下紧固附加部件的解决方案,该解决方案是以上描述的实施方式的已知形式的另一选择。
该目的通过具有权利要求1中的特征的嵌入式灯实现。本发明的有利的进一步改进形成从属权利要求的主题。
首先,根据本发明的嵌入式灯也具有用于保持光源的基体,并且还具有拱形反射器,该拱形反射器能够借助于连接装置可拆卸地紧固至所述基体。然而,根据本发明,所述连接装置现在以如下方式构成,即:在所述基体和所述反射器被装配在一起时,用于影响光发射的光学元件被容纳并固定就位在这两个元件之间。
换言之,在本发明的情况下,与现有技术相反,所述光学元件不紧固至所述反射器的光退出孔口,而是被支撑在所述基体和所述反射器之间。当这两个元件被组装在一起时,所述光学元件被固定就位(例如夹紧在该位置处),从而保证可靠的保持。除此之外,根据本发明的解决方案还将提供在反射器的光退出孔口处额外地布置附加元件的可能性。另一方面,为此还可以使用从现有技术公知的解决方案。
所述基体和所述反射器之间的所述连接装置优选由螺钉连接或卡口连接构成。这使得可以容易地将这两个元件组装在一起。还可以没有任何困难地松开连接,以便例如更换所述光学元件。
作为所述光源,在当前情况下,优选使用基于LED的光源。例如,其可以是一板,在该板上以矩阵形方式布置若干个LED。在这种情况下,必须谨记,当LED发挥功能时产生程度不可忽视的热。为了能够有效地将热消散,优选将所述基体本身设置成构成冷却本体,所述光源布置在该冷却本体上。在这种情况下,所述光源可以具体地布置在所述冷却本体中的凹部中,于是可以在该凹部中布置附加的反射器,特别是罐状顶部反射器。
优选再次借助于安装环将所述嵌入式灯安装在天花板上,所述安装环旨在用来紧固在天花板孔口中。包括所述基体和反射器的模块化单元然后被紧固至该安装环,为此优选再次设置螺钉连接或卡口连接。在这些情形下,所述安装环可以具有用于闩锁或夹紧至所述天花板的锁闩机构,所述锁闩机构在支撑区域中设置有用于增加摩擦的元件或设置有涂层。这防止筒灯相对于天花板旋转。

首先,图1和图2示出了处于完全装配在一起的状态下的根据本发明的嵌入式灯的视图,该嵌入式灯总体上设置有附图标记1。所说的灯是待安装在垂吊式天花板的圆形孔口中的所谓的“筒灯”。
在这种情况下,借助于首先被固定至天花板的安装孔口(未示出)的安装环50进行安装。然后将实际的灯单元紧固至该安装环。该安装筒灯的方法是已知的,因此下面不再进一步讨论。仅需要简单地指出,安装环50到天花板的紧固借助于锁闩装置进行,所述锁闩装置具体地包括锁闩臂55,该锁闩臂55分布在环50的圆周上,并且以可竖直调整的方式布置在腹板56上。为了将安装环50***天花板孔口中,将臂55以如下方式定位,即使得臂55允许安装环50***。然后以如下方式在侧面向外枢转臂55,即:使得支承元件57倚靠在垂吊式天花板的上侧。支承元件57与倚靠在天花板的下侧的圆周凸缘51相联合而使得安装环50夹紧至天花板。
这里,在当前情况下,特殊特征在于,支承元件57设置有增加摩擦的元件58或设置有涂层。所说的元件例如可以是借以显著增大与天花板表面的摩擦的橡胶环或由橡胶或塑性制成的适当的滑入(slipped-on)元件。这防止安装环50相对于天花板意外旋转,并且最终防止灯总体上相对于天花板旋转。
在将安装环50固定在天花板孔口中之后,如已经描述的那样安装实际的灯单元。在当前情况下,该单元一方面由基体构成,另一方面由拱形反射器构成。如稍后将再次详细地说明的那样,这提供了根据本发明的灯的模块式构造,从而使得可以使用不同类型的反射器,而且还容易地利用用于影响光发射的光学元件。
所述灯的这两个模块单元的各个部件还可以具体地从图4的分解图中得出。
这里,基体由柱状冷却本体10构成,该冷却本体10具体地用于保持和冷却光源。在当前示例中,所述光源具体地由LED模块15构成,该LED模块具有布置在板上的若干个LED。该板15布置在冷却本体10的凹部中,并且优选直接紧固至该冷却本体10,以便可令人满意地传递热。为此,冷却本体10具有从实心中央区域12朝向侧面延伸的大量冷却翼片11,该冷却本体10在一侧上构造有略微呈锥形的凹部,在该凹部的底部形成有用于LED板的支承表面。在该凹部中还布置有另一个拱形塑性元件17和拱形顶部反射器18。
在图7a和图7b中的其他视图中示出的顶部反射器18这里用于将LED发射出的光朝向下侧有效地引入大空间区域中。该顶部反射器18优选由被深冲压成合适形状的相对柔性的塑性材料构成。该塑性部件17位于后侧并且形状基本上对应于顶部反射器18的形状,该塑性部件17在这里形成了用于反射器18的支撑件。
这两个元件,即塑性部件17和顶部反射器18借助于保持环20固定至冷却本体10。保持环20自身借助于螺钉21旋拧至冷却本体10。图8a和图8b示出了所述保持环20的另一视图,该保持环20优选由塑性材料形成,并且在其旋拧在冷却本体10上的情况下,该保持环20以夹紧方式将塑性部件17固定至顶部反射器18。
保持环20的另一个基本功能在于为灯1的实际拱形反射器25提供可拆卸连接。为此具体在保持环20和反射器25之间设置了卡口连接。在图9a和图9b中以更详细的细节示出的反射器为此具有位于该反射器壁的外侧上的三个钩26,这些钩26与所述保持环20上的对应引导凸起22联合形成卡口连接。这使得可以容易且快速地将反射器25紧固至冷却本体10,不过作为卡口连接的替换形式,也可以设想螺钉连接。
在这些背景下,保持环20和反射器25之间的连接(在当前示例中即为卡口连接)以如下方式构成,即:可以在紧固反射器25时将用于影响光发射的光学元件装配并固定就位。在所示的示例性实施方式中,目的具体是实现光发射的均匀化,或者期望使得LED板上的各个LED应该不再被各个分辨出。为此,包括塑性盘30以及布置在该塑性盘30前面的光散射膜的光学单元将安装在反射器25的上部区域中。如以下将示出的,现在可以在将反射器25固定至保持环20之前将这两个元件放置在保持环20中。如果接下来通过卡口连接将反射器25固定就位,这也会同时致使光学元件30、31固定。
现在,当将根据本发明的灯的各种部件装配在一起或者安装这些部件时,从根据本发明的灯的各种部件的上述相互作用可浮现如下过程模式。
首先,将塑性部件17和顶部反射器18安置在冷却本体10上,该冷却本体10上紧固有LED模块。然后借助于通过螺钉21拧在冷却本体10上的保持环20将这两个元件固定就位,从而得到图5中所示的布置。在随后的步骤中,接着将光学元件即散射膜31和塑性盘30安置在保持环20中。然后将反射器25安置在保持环20中,并且旋转该反射器25,以便借助于卡口连接实现锁定。
然后,将在这种情况下形成的如图6所示的模块单元(该模块单元包括冷却本体10和反射器25)紧固至安装环50,如开始已经描述的那样。这里,也是借助于卡口类型的互锁***再次实现连接,为此,反射器25在其表面上还具有突耳27,该突耳27与安装环上的对应的导向轨道52相互作用。因此,反射器25构成了安装环50和冷却本体10之间的连接构件。
然后,最终得到图1和图2中以立体图示出以及在图3a至图3c中以剖视图示出的装置。这里,可以清楚地看出,包括塑性盘30和散射膜31的光学元件被夹紧在反射器25和借助于保持环20固定就位的顶部反射器18之间。由此,在LED模块15和散射膜31之间的区域中形成所谓的“光腔室”60,在该光腔室中进行光线的混合或偏转,从而实现尽可能均匀明亮地照射的光发射。可以设想到使用若干个各种颜色的LED来以特定混合颜色或期望色温发光。
根据本发明的上述构思,即将用于影响光发射的光学元件夹紧在顶部反射器和拱型反射器之间的上述构思并不限于所示的盘状光学元件。例如,也可设想到以适当方式安装遮光栅或相当元件。而且,在盘状元件的情况下,还可以使用具有棱镜结构等的光影响元件。
另外,根据本发明的灯的结构的模块化模式提供了以简单模式进行发射器的改变的可能性。在图10a至图12b中,在示例性基础上示出了根据本发明的嵌入式灯的另一个示例性实施方式,其中在每种情况下都使用不同的反射器。这些附图表明,通过改变反射器来影响灯的外观及其光发射也是可行的。因而,在图10a至10c的变型中,反射器具有更高结构,这导致更集中的成束光射向下侧。图11a至图12b中的变型对应于第一和第二示例性实施方式。然而,在这些情况下,反射器25不具有位于下侧的圆周框架。在该所为的“无框架”变型中,安装环具有稍微不同的设计,这是因为现在安装环或者在安装之后粘贴到天花板或者从下侧紧固至天花板。
然而,在所有实施例中都以相同方式进行灯的组合和安装,从而最后可以形成具有不同结构的嵌入式灯。在所有这些变型中,都保留有上述优点,即都保留有能够容易安装用于影响光发射的光学元件的可能性。
Claims (10)
1.一种嵌入式灯(1),该嵌入式灯具有:
用于保持光源(15)的基体(10);以及
拱形反射器(25),该拱形反射器能够借助于连接装置以可拆卸的方式紧固至所述基体(10),
其特征在于,所述连接装置以如下方式构成,即:使得用于影响光发射的光学元件(30,31)在所述基体(10)和所述反射器(25)被装配在一起时被容纳并固定就位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述连接装置由螺钉连接或卡口连接构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述基体(10)是冷却本体,所述光源(15)布置在该冷却本体上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述光源(15)布置在所述冷却本体中的凹部中,一罐状顶部反射器(18)也布置在该凹部中。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述灯还具有用于紧固在天花板孔口中的安装环(50)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述安装环(50)具有用于闩锁至或夹紧至所述天花板的锁闩机构(57),所述锁闩机构(57)在支撑区域中设置有用于增加摩擦的元件(58)或设置有涂层。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述反射器(25)能够优选地借助于螺钉或卡口连接而以可拆卸的方式连接至所述安装环(50)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌入式灯,其特征在于,所述光源(15)是一个或多个LED。
