Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る照明装置の斜視模式図であり、図1(a)は上側斜視模式図であり、図1(b)は下側斜視模式図である。
図3は、第1実施形態に係る照明装置の発光部近傍の斜視模式図である。
発光部20は、発光素子を有する。発光部20は、例えば、LED(Light Emitting Diode)などの発光素子が複数に並設されたものである。本実施形態の照明装置は、発光素子としてLEDを用いたものには、限定されない。発光素子として、LEDの他にも、例えば、EL(Electro-Luminescence)や有機発光ダイオード(Organic light-emitting diode:OLED)などの発光素子を用いた照明装置も、本実施形態の範囲に包含される。なお、基板10と、発光部20と、を併せてLEDモジュールと称する場合がある。
図4には、反射体70と外枠体60と発光部20とを基板10に対して垂直な方向からみた場合の平面が表されている。
図5は、参考例に係る照明装置の発光部付近を拡大させた照明装置の断面模式図である。図5には、照明装置の発光部付近を拡大させた様子が表されている。
図6は、第2実施形態に係る照明装置の発光部付近を表す斜視模式図である。

Claims (7)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に実装され、発光素子を有する発光部と、
底面に貫通孔が設けられ、前記貫通孔内に前記発光部が位置するように前記基板上に設けられ、絶縁部材で構成された外枠体と、
前記外枠体内に収容された円筒状の反射体であって、第1開口端と前記第1開口端よりも面積の大きい第2開口端とを有し、前記第1開口端が前記底面の側にむけて前記底面上に設けられた反射体と、
を備え、
前記貫通孔の内壁面と前記反射体の内壁面とのあいだには、段差がなく、
前記貫通孔の前記基板側の第3開口端の面積は、前記貫通孔の前記反射体側の第4開口端の面積よりも小さい照明装置。 - 前記基板と前記外枠体とは、隙間なく接触している請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記底面と前記反射体とは、隙間なく接触している請求項1または2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記基板側から前記反射体側に向かう方向における前記貫通孔の前記第3開口端から前記貫通孔の前記第4開口端までの距離は、1mm以上2mm以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光部は、光を放出する光放出部と、前記光放出部を取り囲む透光性を有する樹脂部と、を具備する請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記光放出部は、前記発光素子と、前記発光素子を被覆する蛍光体含有樹脂と、を含み、
前記発光素子と前記樹脂部とのあいだの距離と、前記発光素子と前記蛍光体含有樹脂の上面との距離とは略等しい請求項5記載の照明装置。 - 前記蛍光体含有樹脂の屈折率は、前記樹脂部の屈折率よりも高い請求項6記載の照明装置。
