实用新型内容
本申请的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种模组化的射灯。
本申请为实现上述功能,所采用的技术方案是提供一种射灯,包括灯体、光源、面环、旋转连接件,其特征在于:所述射灯包括可分离的主体部和调节安装部,所述主体部包括所述灯体、所述光源和第一磁性连接部,所述调节安装部包括所述面环、所述旋转连接件和第二磁性连接部,所述主体部和调节安装部通过所述第一磁性连接部、第二磁性连接部相互吸合实现连接。

图3是本申请一优选实施例中下端盖和灯体的配合关系结构图;
图4是本申请一优选实施例中调节安装部的结构分解图;
图5是本申请一优选实施例中反射器、面环、旋转连接件组装完成后的剖面结构图。
具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本申请提出的射灯作进一步详细的说明。
本申请提供的优选实施例的射灯,如图1所示包括主体部2和调节安装部1。
其中主体部2包括具有容置空间2078的灯体207,在本实施例中光源 204、光源支架205、透镜203设置在灯体207的容置空间2078中,光源204设置于光源支架205,而光源支架205通过螺钉206固定在灯体207的底部。灯体207的一端设置有下端盖202,透镜203一端和灯体207底部抵接,另一端和下端盖202抵接。安装时将光源支架205、光源204、透镜203依次装入灯体207后,并以下端盖202覆盖端口,主体部2的组装完成。在本实施例中灯体207同时充当射灯的外壳和散热器,因此在灯体207的外表面还设置有散热鳍片,在其他实施例中灯体外部也可以是平滑表面,或设置另外的散热器。本实施中光源204为COB光源,其安装在光源支架205上,在其他实施例中也可以是设置有LED的光源板,光源板可通过螺钉直接固定在灯体207的底部,本申请对此不作限定。
我们通过图2和图3来详细说明一下本实施例中下端盖202和灯体207之间的连接方式。如图3所示,灯体207形成具有开口2071的容置空间2078,下端盖202覆盖开口2071。灯体207的开口2071处的内侧壁上设置有凸块2072,如图下端盖202呈圆环形,其外侧壁设置有凸出于外侧壁并沿周向延伸的扣持部2022。扣持部2022一端前方为凸块入口2021,扣持部2022靠近凸块入口2021一侧具有导向斜面,另一端设置有同样凸出于外侧壁并沿轴向延伸的限位部2023。当下端盖202和灯体207连接时,下端盖202伸入灯体207的开口2071,凸块2072在凸块入口2021处径向运动,此时凸块2072和扣持部2022径向不重叠。而后,旋转下端盖202,凸块2072沿周向在扣持部2022上方移动,直至被限位部2023限位无法继续向前,此次凸块2072和扣持部2022径向重叠,下端盖202无法脱离灯体207,两者连接完成。为了使得连接可靠,一般我们需要设置两个以上的凸块2072和扣持部2022,两者成对设置,且所述凸块和所述扣持部成对设置,沿圆周均匀排布。
在上述结构中虽然限位部2023限制了凸块2072继续向前,但是无法限制其回退,因此本实施例的下端盖202上还设有弹性臂2024,弹性臂2024沿圆周方向延伸,形成和下端盖202同轴的圆弧段,其一端和下端盖202连接,另一端为自由端,自由端和下端盖202之间留有间隙。自由端上设置有沿径向向外凸出的凸点2025。灯体207设置有可收容凸点2025的开槽2074。当下端盖202和灯体207连接固定后,凸点2025位于开槽2074内。灯体207上还设置有定位标记2073,当凸点2025对准定位标记2073时,凸块2072位于扣持部2022的凸块入口2021位置,而当凸点2025旋转到开槽2074位置时,凸块2072位于扣持部2022上方和扣持部2022径向重叠。安装时只需将弹性臂2024上的凸点2025对准灯体207上的定位标记2073,右旋下端盖202将凸点2025卡在灯体207的开槽2074位置,此时下端盖无法继续旋转。拆卸时候,只需将弹性臂2024上的凸点2025往里按,左旋下端盖202即完成下端盖202的拆卸。此结构方便快捷,可以实现对透镜的快速更换。
如图4所示,调节安装部1包括反射器101、面环102、旋转连接件105、上端盖106。面环102主要的作用是对灯具进行安装固定,在本实施例中,面环102上设置有弹片103,面环102通过弹片103安装在安装面的开孔中,在其他实施例中,面环上也可以配置弹簧、支架等其他安装结构。射灯的出光一般是有方向性,由于需照射位置的不同,需要对灯具本身或配光器件进行调节,面环102安装在天花板之后无法动作,因此通常会在面环102和灯具之间设置连接件,使得光源或配光器件可以相对于面环102进行旋转、移动等动作。在本实施例中设置有旋转安装件105,其与面环102卡扣连接,可相对于面环102同轴旋转。在其他实施例中,旋转连接件105和面环102也可以通过螺钉连接两者侧壁,以螺钉为转轴,转轴方向平行于安装面。在 本实施例中反射器101作为射灯的二级配光器件是一个偏光反射器,其和旋转连接件105卡扣连接,跟随旋转连接件105一起转动时,可改变射灯的照射方向。
本实施例中反射器101、面环102、旋转连接件105具体的连接方式如图4、图5所示。旋转连接件105上设置有卡爪1051,面环102的内侧壁上设置有第一卡持部1021,卡爪1051和卡持部1021卡接后可以沿圆周方向转动。旋转连接件105上还设置有卡钩1052,反射器101上设置有与之配合的第二卡持部1011,安装时卡钩1052和第二卡持部1011卡接。
通过上述介绍,我们可以发现本实施例的射灯被分成了包括光源的主体部2和作为安装和调节出光方向的调节安装部1这个主要部分,这两者之间是分离的,而作为一个灯具整体需要将他们连接起来。为了使主体部2可以灵活组配不同类型的安装面环或二级配光器件,在本实施例中主体部2和调节安装部1之间采用磁性连接,因此可以方便的分离和组合这两个部分。具体地,主体部2包括第一磁性连接部201,调节安装部1包括第二磁性连接部107,主体部2和调节安装部1通过第一磁性连接部201、第二磁性连接部107相互吸合实现连接。在主体部2第一磁性连接部201设置在下端盖202上,在调节安装部1需要一个相对应的部件,因此调节安装部1还包括上端盖106,第二磁性连接部107设置其上。连接时上端盖106下端盖202对准吸合即可。在本实施例中上端盖106通过螺钉104安装在旋转连接件105上,在需要调节照射角度时,主体部2随着旋转连接件105一起转动。在其他较佳实施例中,上端盖106也可以设置在面环102上,这样当调节照射角度时仅旋转连接件105和反射器101转动,而光源部分不动。
第一磁性连接部201包括多个第一磁体、第二磁性连接部107包括多个 第二磁体,第一磁体和第二磁体成对设置,在本实施例中第一磁体、第二磁体为永磁体,且两者相对侧的磁性相反。在其他较佳实施例中第一磁体、第二磁体还可以一者为永磁体,另一者为可被永磁体吸附的磁性材料,如铁等金属材料。第一磁体和第二磁体的数量优选的为两个以上,在本实施例中为三个。三对磁体分别设置在不同位置,以加强稳定性。本实施例中上端盖106、下端盖201均为圆环,因此三对磁体沿圆周均匀排布。上端盖106设置有磁体容置槽1061,下端盖202设置有磁体容置槽2028,第一磁体、第二磁体通过点胶分别设置于在设置有磁体容置槽2028、1061中。在其他较佳实施例中第一磁体、第二磁体还可以通过干涉塞入磁体容置槽2028、1061实现固定。上文对本申请优选实施例的描述是为了说明和描述,并非想要把本申请穷尽或局限于所公开的具体形式,显然,可能做出许多修改和变化,这些修改和变化可能对于本领域技术人员来说是显然的,应当包括在由所附权利要求书定义的本申请的范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种射灯,包括灯体、光源、面环、旋转连接件,其特征在于:所述射灯包括可分离的主体部和调节安装部,所述主体部包括所述灯体、所述光源和第一磁性连接部,所述调节安装部包括所述面环、所述旋转连接件和第二磁性连接部,所述主体部和调节安装部通过所述第一磁性连接部、第二磁性连接部相互吸合实现连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的射灯,其中:
    所述主体部还包括下端盖,所述灯体形成具有开口的容置空间,所述光源设置于所述容置空间之内,所述下端盖设置在所述容置空间的开口处,所述第一磁性连接部设置于所述下端盖;
    所述调节安装部还包括上端盖,所述上端盖和所述面环或所述旋转连接件固定连接,所述第二磁性连接部设置于所述上端盖。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的射灯,其中:所述灯体开口处的内侧壁上设置有凸块,所述下端盖呈圆环形,其外侧壁设置有凸出于所述外侧壁并沿周向延伸的扣持部,所述扣持部一端前方具有凸块入口,另一端设置有同样凸出于所述外侧壁并沿轴向延伸的限位部,所述灯体和所述下端盖连接时,所述凸块和所述扣持部径向重叠。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的射灯,其中:所述凸块和所述扣持部数量均为两个以上,且所述凸块和所述扣持部成对设置,沿圆周均匀排布。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的射灯,其中:所述下端盖设有弹性臂,所述弹性臂为和所述下端盖同轴的圆弧段,其一端为自由端,另一端连接所述下端盖,所述自由端和所述下端盖之间留有间隙,所述自由端设置有沿径向向外 的凸点,所述灯体设置有开槽,所述下端盖和所述灯体连接固定后,所述凸点收容于所述开槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的射灯,其中:所述灯体还设置有定位标记,当所述凸点对准所述定位标记时,所述凸块和所述扣持部径向不重叠,当所述凸点位于所述开槽内,所述凸块和所述扣持部径向重叠。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的射灯,其中:所述射灯还包括透镜,所述透镜一端和所述灯体内侧底部抵接,另一端和所述下端盖抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的射灯,其中:所述面环和所述旋转连接件卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的射灯,其中:所述射灯还包括反射器,所述反射器和所述旋转连接件卡扣连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9所述的射灯,其中:所述第一磁性连接部包括至少两个第一磁体、第二磁体连接部包括至少两个和所述第一磁体对应设置的第二磁体,所述第一磁体、第二磁体为永磁体,其中所述第二磁体和所述第一磁体相对侧的磁性相反,或者所述第一磁体、第二磁体中一者为永磁体,另一者为可被永磁体吸附的磁性材料。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的射灯,其中:所述上端盖、所述下端盖均为圆环,所述至少两个第一磁体、第二磁体沿圆周均匀排布。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的射灯,其中:所述上端盖和/或所述下端盖设置有容置槽,所述第一磁体、第二磁体固定于所述容置槽内。
