背景技术  市场上有各种小吃,但是香味牛肝菌尚很少见到。 
发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种香味牛肝菌。 
方案如下:白牛肝菌4.5-5kg、猪里脊肉2-3kg、红辣椒1.5-2kg、青椒1.5-2kg、姜片0.5-0.6kg、大蒜0.5-0.6kg、豆瓣酱1.5-2kg、胡椒粉0.1-0.2kg、白酒1-2kg、味精0.1-0.12kg、盐0.3-0.35kg、菜籽油0.4-0.5kg。 
制备方法:猪肉洗净切片,控干水分,青、红椒分别洗净后去蒂去籽,切菱形片,牛肝菌在沸水中焯一下后捞出,控干水分,青红椒也焯一下;锅内倒油烧热,放入姜片、肉片翻炒片刻,加豆瓣酱、水、牛肝菌用中火烧热至开锅,加盐、味精、胡椒粉、白酒翻炒均匀后,加青红椒丝爆炒熟,冷却后分罐密封包装。

白牛肝菌4.5-5kg、猪里脊肉2-3kg、红辣椒1.5-2kg、青椒1.5-2kg、姜片0.5-0.6kg、大蒜0.5-0.6kg、豆瓣酱1.5-2kg、胡椒粉0.1-0.2kg、白酒1-2kg、味精0.1-0.12kg、盐0.3-0.35kg、菜籽油0.4-0.5kg。 
制备方法:同上文

白牛肝菌4.5kg、猪里脊肉2kg、红辣椒1.5kg、青椒1.5kg、姜片0.5kg、大蒜0.5kg、豆瓣酱1.5kg、胡椒粉0.1kg、白酒1kg、味精0.1kg、盐0.3kg、菜籽油0.4kg。 
制备方法:同上文。

白牛肝菌4.5-5kg、猪里脊肉2-3kg、红辣椒1.5-2kg、青椒1.5-2kg、姜片0.5-0.6kg、大蒜0.5-0.6kg、豆瓣酱1.5-2kg、胡椒粉0.1-0.2kg、白酒1-2kg、味精0.1-0.12kg、盐0.3-0.35kg、菜籽油0.4-0.5kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上述香味牛肝菌,其特征在于包含以下组份:
白牛肝菌4.5kg、猪里脊肉2kg、红辣椒1.5kg、青椒1.5kg、姜片0.5kg、大蒜0.5kg、豆瓣酱1.5kg、胡椒粉0.1kg、白酒1kg、味精0.1kg、盐0.3kg、菜籽油0.4kg。
