Abstract

一种刀把,用于固定安装铣刀及砂轮,刀把包括刀杆及刀座,刀杆的一端设置有凸缘,刀座用于安装铣刀,刀把还包括设置于刀杆的凸缘与刀座之间的安装轴段及套设于安装轴段的固定环,刀杆及刀座均与安装轴段相对固定,砂轮设置于安装轴段上,固定环用于将砂轮固定于安装轴段上。上述刀把的刀座可安装铣刀,同时,刀把的安装轴段可安装砂轮并采用固定环将砂轮固定。因此,铣削工件后,无需切换其它刀把,而采用安装于所述刀把的砂轮打磨铣削处,使加工过程中减少切换刀把的次数,从而提高工作效率及加工精度。

本发明涉及一种刀把。
背景技术
机械加工过程中,经常涉及工件的铣削,并用砂轮打磨铣削后的表面,以改善铣削后工件表面的粗糙度。因此,经常需要切换刀把,以适用于铣刀或砂轮。然而,切换刀把不仅耽误工时使工作效率降低,还影响加工精度。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种提高工作效率及加工精度的刀把。
一种刀把,用于固定安装铣刀及砂轮,刀把包括刀杆及刀座,刀杆的一端设置有凸缘,刀座用于安装铣刀,刀把还包括设置于刀杆的凸缘与刀座之间的安装轴段及套设于安装轴段的固定环,刀杆及刀座均与安装轴段相对固定,砂轮设置于安装轴段上,固定环用于将砂轮固定于安装轴段上。
上述刀把的刀座可安装铣刀,同时,刀把的安装轴段可安装砂轮并采用固定环将砂轮固定。因此,铣削工件后,无需切换其它刀把,而采用安装于所述刀把的砂轮打磨铣削处,使加工过程中减少切换刀把的次数,从而提高工作效率及加工精度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明实施方式的刀把100用来固定安装铣刀200及砂轮300。刀把100包括刀杆20、刀座30、设置于刀座30与刀杆20之间的安装轴段40、套设于安装轴段40的固定环50及固定垫片60。刀杆20及刀座30均与安装轴段40相对固定。固定环50与固定垫片60紧挨在一起,且固定环50邻近刀座30设置。
请一并参阅图3,刀杆20包括锥部21及邻近锥部21的一端设置的凸缘22。锥部21用于与机台的主轴(图未示)固定连接,以带动刀把100转动。凸缘22设置于刀杆20的邻近安装轴段40的一端。
刀座30大致呈圆柱形,其包括远离安装轴段40的端面31及与端面31相邻的侧面32。端面31上开设有轴孔311及多个第一调节孔312。轴孔311设置于端面31的中间部位。多个第一调节孔312间隔均匀地设置于端面31靠近边缘的圆周部位上。侧面32上对称开设有两个与轴孔311相通的固定孔321。铣刀200***轴孔311内并采用螺丝(图未示)通过固定孔321固定设置于刀座30上。本实施方式中,第一调节孔312的数量为八个。可以理解,第一调节孔312的数量也可以为其它数量,如三个、四个、六个或十二个等。可以理解,第一调节孔312也可开设于侧面32上。
刀把100还包括与刀座30的第一调节孔312相配合的调节螺丝(图未示),以调节刀把100的动平衡。
安装轴段40大致呈圆柱形,其包括固定部41及螺纹部42。固定部41邻近刀杆20的凸缘22设置。固定部41的直径大于螺纹部42的直径,以方便装设砂轮300。砂轮300及固定垫片60均套设于固定部41上。其中,砂轮300邻近凸缘22设置。
固定环50包括端面51及与端面51相邻的侧面52。端面51上开设有中心孔511及多个第二调节孔512。中心孔511位于端面51的中间部位。中心孔511内壁设有与安装轴段40的螺纹部42配合的螺纹,以使砂轮300抵持凸缘22固定于刀把100上。多个第二调节孔512间隔均匀地设置于端面51靠近边缘的圆周部位上。固定环50的每个第二调节孔512至轴心线的距离大于刀座30的每个第一调节孔312至轴心线的距离。侧面52上开设有多个与中心孔511相通的锁紧孔521。多个锁紧孔521间隔均匀地设置于侧面52上。本实施方式中,第二调节孔512的数量为十二个。可以理解,第二调节孔512的数量也可以为其它数量,如三个、四个、六个或八个等。可以理解,第二调节孔512也可开设于侧面52上。在本实施方式中,锁紧孔521的数量为三个。可以理解,锁紧孔521的数量也可以为其它数量,如两个、四个、或六个等。
固定垫片60呈圆环状,其设置于固定环50与砂轮300之间。可依砂轮300的厚度采用不同厚度的固定垫片60,以使刀把100适用不同厚度的砂轮300。
刀把100还包括与固定环50的第二调节孔512相配合的调节螺丝(图未示),以进一步精调刀把100的动平衡。
刀把100还包括与锁紧孔521相对应的锁紧螺丝70,以进一步使固定环50固定砂轮300。
刀把100还包括设置于锁紧孔521内的锁紧垫片80。锁紧垫片80的材料为硬度较小的金属材料,如铜或铜合金。锁紧垫片80用来防止锁紧螺丝70锁紧固定环50时对安装轴段40的螺纹部42的损害。
刀把100可同时安装铣刀200及砂轮300。因此,铣削工件后,无需切换其它刀把100,而采用安装于该刀把100的砂轮300打磨铣削处,减少了切换刀把100的次数,从而提高了工作效率及加工精度。另外,刀把100还包括固定垫片60,使刀把100可适用于不同厚度的砂轮300。进一步地,刀把100还包括设置于刀座30上的第一调节孔312及固定环50上的第二调节孔512及与第一调节孔312、第二调节孔512对应的调节螺丝。第二调节孔512至轴心线的距离大于第一调节孔312至轴心线的距离,调节刀把100的动平衡时,先采用第二调节孔512及调节螺丝粗调,再采用第一调节孔312及调节螺丝精调,从而能较快调节刀把100的动平衡,进一步提高加工精度。
可以理解,本领域技术人员还可于本发明精神内做其它变化等用于本发明的设计,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种刀把,用于固定安装铣刀及砂轮,该刀把包括刀杆及刀座,该刀杆的一端设置有凸缘,该刀座用于安装该铣刀,其特征在于:该刀把还包括设置于该刀杆的凸缘与该刀座之间的安装轴段及套设于该安装轴段的固定环,该刀杆及该刀座均与该安装轴段相对固定,该砂轮设置于该安装轴段上,该固定环用于将该砂轮固定于该安装轴段上。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀把,其特征在于:该刀把还包括一个设置于该安装轴段的固定垫片,该固定垫片较该固定环远离该刀座。
3.如权利要求1所述的刀把,其特征在于:该安装轴段包括螺纹部,该固定环的端面的中间部位开设有中心孔,该中心孔内壁形成有与该安装轴段的螺纹部配合的螺纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的刀把,其特征在于:该固定环的侧面开设有锁紧孔,该锁紧孔与该中心孔相通,该刀把还包括与该锁紧孔配合的锁紧螺丝。
5.如权利要求4所述的刀把,其特征在于:该刀把还包括设置于该锁紧孔内的锁紧垫片。
6.如权利要求5所述的刀把,其特征在于:该锁紧垫片的材料为铜或铜合金。
7.如权利要求1所述的刀把,其特征在于:该刀座的端面或侧面开设有第一调节孔,该刀把还包括与该第一调节孔配合的调节螺丝。
8.如权利要求7所述的刀把,其特征在于:该固定环的端面或侧面开设有第二调节孔,该第二调节孔至该刀把的轴心线的距离大于该第一调节孔至该刀把的轴心线的距离,该刀把还包括与该第二调节孔配合的调节螺丝。
9.如权利要求8所述的刀把,其特征在于:该第一调节孔及该第二调节孔的数量均为多个。
