Abstract

Description
本申请是国际申请号为PCT/US2003/025090,国际申请日为2003年8月12日的PCT国际专利申请进入中国阶段后的国家申请号为03823945.0,发明名称为“抗菌组合物”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
本申请要求2002年8月12日提交的美国临时申请60/403,004以及60/403,169的优先权,两个临时申请全文参考结合于此。
技术领域
本发明涉及(1)抗菌组合物,(2)杀灭和/或抑制微生物生长的方法,(3)用抗菌组合物保存产品的方法,(4)增强抗菌组合物的方法。
背景技术
天然产品虽然安全,但一般昂贵,对广谱生物体如革兰氏阴性和***及真菌没有杀生物效果。大多数天然产品在相对高浓度下仅对***有效,而对革兰氏阴性细菌或真菌无效。
肉桂醛是一种天然产品,一直用作(1)矫味剂,(2)用于防腐剂***,(3)控制昆虫和蜘蛛的繁群。参见美国专利4,525,480、5,306,707、5,536,501、5,676,958和5,839,224。
因此,仍需要对广谱微生物有效的低成本且安全的防腐剂***。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗菌组合物,包含抗菌有效量(如防腐、杀菌和/或杀真菌有效量)的混合物,该混合物包含至少两种选自下列的组分:
(a)柠檬草油
(b)肉桂醛,肉桂油,中国肉桂,肉桂提取物,肉桂叶油,3,4-二羟基肉桂酸或其盐,或它们的混合物;
(c)山梨酸,或其盐,
(d)异抗坏血酸,或其盐,
(e)苯甲酸,或其盐,
(f)***半乳聚糖,半乳***聚糖(galactoarabinan),或它们的混合物,
(g)六氢-异-α-酸,四氢-异-α-酸,或它们的混合物,
(h)芳香蓍草(Achillea fragrantissima)油,檀香(Santolina fragrantissima)油,Forssk油,棉熏衣草油;
(i)葡糖酸Δ内酯。
本发明混合物包括抗菌(如防腐、杀菌和/或杀真菌)协同有效量的上述组分较好。
优选本发明混合物包括但不限于在下表中列出的那些。

在所有上述包含异抗坏血酸(或其盐)或葡糖酸Δ内酯的混合物中,异抗坏血酸(或其盐)或葡糖酸Δ内酯增强混合物中防腐剂(如山梨酸或苯甲酸)的抗菌效果。
另一个实施方案是通过在基质或产品上施用有效量的本发明抗菌组合物,来杀灭和/或抑制微生物在基质或在产品中生长的方法。
另一个实施方案是增强包含山梨酸、苯甲酸、或其盐的抗菌组合物抗菌效果的方法,通过在抗菌组合物中加入或包含异抗坏血酸或其盐,或葡糖酸Δ内酯。
又一个实施方案中是一种产品,包含抗菌、防腐、杀菌和/或杀真菌有效量的本发明抗菌组合物。产品可以是固体或液体。本发明抗菌组合物作为个人护理产品的防腐剂特别有效。
又一个实施方案是保存产品(如个人护理产品)的方法,通过在该产品中加入防腐有效量的本发明的抗菌组合物。
又一个实施方案是杀灭和/或抑制树或植物(如树)上其他植物真菌的方法,通过在植物和/或植物周围土壤中施用有效量的本发明抗菌组合物。
又一个实施方案是一种产品(较好除食品、药物或化妆品外的产品),包含防腐有效量的肉桂醛或异抗坏血酸或其盐(如异抗坏血酸钠)。产品基本上不含含完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯(如对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯)。产品可以是例如家用(如个人护理)、工业、或社团产品。较好的个人护理产品包括但不限于洗发剂,洗剂(如爽身水),调理剂和肥皂。合适的家用产品包括但不限于织物柔软剂,洗涤除垢剂和硬表面清洁剂。根据一个实施方案,以产品总重量为100%计,产品含有小于约1、0.5、0.4、0.3、0.25、0.2、0.15、0.1、0.09、0.08、0.07、0.06、0.05、0.04、0.03、0.02或0.01重量%的对羟基苯甲酸酯。根据一个优选的实施方案,产品含有小于嗅觉有效量的肉桂醛。产品较好含有大于0.01、0.03、0.05、0.07、0.09或0.1重量%的肉桂醛。产品较好基本上不含或完全不含肉桂油。根据一个实施方案,产品不含防腐有效量的肉桂醛或异抗坏血酸或其盐之外的防腐剂。根据另一个实施方案,产品中仅有的防腐剂是肉桂醛或异抗坏血酸或其盐。
又一个实施方案是杀灭和/或抑制产品(如除食物,药物或化妆品以外的其他产品)中的微生物生长的方法,包括向产品施用有效量的肉桂醛。产品较好基本上不含或完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯。

又一个实施方案是保存产品(较好(i)除食物以外的产品,或(ii)除食物,药物或化妆品以外的产品)的方法,包括向产品施用有效量的异抗坏血酸或其盐。产品基本上不含或完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯。
又有一个实施方案是杀灭和/或抑制基质上的微生物生长的方法,通过施用抗菌有效量或防腐有效量的肉桂醛或异抗坏血酸或其盐.(较好不施用任何羟基苯甲酸酯).
又一个实施方案是防腐制剂,包含一种抗菌协同混合物,包含肉桂醛和至少一种常规个人护理防腐剂,如异噻唑啉酮,苯并噻唑啉酮和/或甲醛供体,如链烷醇取代的二烷基乙内酰脲。链烷醇取代的二烷基乙内酰脲是下式(V)的化合物较好:
其中,R1和R2各自独立地是氢或(CH2)OH,条件是R1和R2都不是氢时,R3和R4各自独立地是甲基,乙基,丙基或芳基。优选的链烷醇取代的二烷基乙内酰脲包括但不限于1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DMDMH)和单羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲(MMDMH)。防腐制剂包含防腐有效量的协同混合物较好。根据一个实施方案,防腐制剂包含杀菌和/或杀真菌有效量的协同混合物。防腐制剂包含小于嗅觉有效量的肉桂醛。较好的,防腐制剂基本上不含或完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯,防腐制剂可加到一种产品中,如此申请中讨论的那些。
又一个实施方案是是杀灭和/或抑制产品(如除食物,药物或化妆品以外的产品)中的微生物生长的方法,包括向产品施用有效量的上述防腐制剂。根据一个实施方案,产品基本上不含或完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯。
本发明的又一个实施方案是杀灭和/或抑制基材上的微生物生长的方法,通过施用抗菌有效量或防腐有效量的本发明防腐制剂。
又有一个实施方案是杀灭和/或抑制基材上的真菌生长的方法,包括向产品施用有效量的上述防腐制剂。根据一个实施方案,产品基本上不含或完全不含对羟基苯甲酸酯。
本发明的制剂和产品的pH宜小于10、9、8.5或8。

术语“微生物”包括但不限于细菌,真菌,酵母,藻类,昆虫和害虫。
术语“约”或“大约”指在由本领域技术人员决定的对特定值的可接受的误差范围,部分取决于值的测定方式,即测定***的局限性。例如,按本领域实践,“约”可指在1或大于1的标准偏差内。或者,“约”可指在给定值的多达20%,较好多达10%,更好多达5%,最好多达1%的范围。或者,对生物***或方法,该术语指在一个值的一个数量级内,较好在5倍内,更好在2倍内。在本申请和权利要求书中描述具体值时,除非另有说明,“约”指对特定值术语应假定在可接受的误差范围。

山梨酸,异抗坏血酸和苯甲酸的合适盐包括但不限于,碱金属或碱土金属盐,如钾和钠。
混合物的组分
任何来源的肉桂醛都可用于本发明。例如,肉桂醛可来自肉桂树皮提取物(如从树皮和树叶),肉桂叶油,中国肉桂,肉桂油,亚肉桂基(cinnamal),肉桂醇,以及它们的混合物。
较好的山梨酸盐是山梨钾。
较好的异抗坏血酸盐是异抗坏血酸钠。
较好的苯甲酸盐是苯甲酸钠。
***半乳聚糖,半乳***聚糖来自Larex树。***半乳聚糖以LarexUFTM购自Larex Inc.of White Bear Lake,MN。
优选的六氢-异-α-酸和四氢-异-α-酸是从酒花提取物获得的那些,如Hezxahop GoldTM(在此也称为Hexahop),可从John I.Haas,Inc.of Washington,D.C购得。
较好的芳香蓍草油是蓍属油。
根据具体实施方案,抗菌组合物包含至少0.1%的山梨酸及其盐,如山梨酸钾。

优选的混合物是肉桂醛和山梨酸或其盐,如山梨酸钾。另一种优选的混合物是肉桂醛和异抗坏血酸或其盐,如异抗坏血酸钠。肉桂醛与(i)山梨酸或其盐,或(ii)异抗坏血酸或其盐的重量优选为约10∶1至约0.1∶1,更优选约5∶1至约0.2∶1。
混合物的浓缩液优选包括约2-40重量%肉桂醛和约10-60重量%山梨酸、异抗坏血酸,或它们的盐,在水中,有或没有羟基助溶剂(如甘油或乙醇,它们能增加肉桂醛在混合物中的溶解度和稳定性)。
较好地,包含(i)肉桂醛和(ii)山梨酸、异抗坏血酸,或它们的盐的混合物的制剂的pH小于10、9、8.5或8。pH小于9时,制剂提高了颜色稳定性。根据一个优选实施方案,含肉桂醛、山梨酸、异抗坏血酸,或它们的盐的混合物的制剂,其pH可用盐酸来降低。较好地,制剂中包含足够量的盐酸,以降低其pH至小于9、8.5或8。
优选的防腐制剂包含约5-20重量%肉桂醛,20-50重量%山梨酸钾、乙醇和水。更好的防腐制剂包含约15重量%肉桂醛,约40重量%山梨酸钾,10%乙醇和35%水。
(ii)异抗坏血酸或其盐,柠檬酸或其盐,葡糖酸Δ内酯,苯甲酸或其盐,山梨酸,EDTA或其盐的组合
另一种优选的混合物是(a)异抗坏血酸或其盐(如异抗坏血酸钠)和(b)一种或多种(i)柠檬酸或其盐,(ii)葡糖酸Δ内酯,(iii)苯甲酸或其盐(如苯甲酸钠),(iv)山梨酸或其盐,或(v)乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)或其盐。
另一种优选的混合物是(a)苯甲酸或其盐(如苯甲酸钠)和(b)一种或多种(i)柠檬酸或其盐,(ii)葡糖酸Δ内酯,(iii)山梨酸或其盐,或(iv)乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)或其盐。
异抗坏血酸和其盐通常在制剂如在洗发剂中是颜色不稳定的。令人惊奇地发现,这些混合物是颜色稳定的。还惊奇地发现,异抗坏血酸和其盐和葡糖酸Δ内酯能增强柠檬酸、苯甲酸、EDTA和其盐的杀菌效果。

抗菌组合物
本发明抗菌组合物可用作抗菌剂、杀真菌剂和杀细菌剂(如抗过敏原,树和植物真菌,以及植物和树的细菌),用作造纸、纺织、农业、涂料工业和个人护理、家用、工业和社团产品的防腐剂。抗菌组合物可加入到易受微生物生长影响的基质上进行保存。例如,防腐体系可加入到个人护理产品,如洗发剂、调理剂、乳霜、洗剂(如沐浴液)、化妆品或肥皂;家用产品,如织物柔软剂、洗涤除垢剂或硬表面清洁剂;或工业产品,如油漆、涂料、木材、纺织品、粘合剂、密封剂、皮革、绳、纸、纸浆、纸板、石膏灰胶纸夹板(sheet rock)、天花板磁砖、塑料、燃料、石油、油、橡胶工作液体、金属工作液体、淀粉(如宠物食品淀粉),或矿物浆液,如粘土浆,碳酸钙或氧化钛(TiO2)。
产品一般含有抗菌、防腐、杀细菌,和/或杀真菌有效量的抗菌组合物。根据一个实施方案,以产品总重量为基准计,产品含有约0.1-2.0重量%抗菌组合物的每个组分。根据另一个实施方案,以产品总重量为基准计,产品含有约0.1-1或2.0重量%抗菌组合物。
肉桂醛防腐剂体系

本发明的抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系一般作用迅速(如在1小时内通常减少微生物(如细菌和/或真菌)计数95,99,99.9或99.99%),并能长时间(如至少7,10,14或28天)保持有效(如保持小于10cfu/g)。术语“防腐剂有效量”指保持微生物计数小于1000,100或10cfu/g达至少1,4,7,10,14或28天的防腐剂体系的量。
抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系可包含溶剂如水和水可混溶溶剂,包括但不限于醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇和丁醇),二醇(如甘油、双甘油、丁二醇、丁氧二醇、丙二醇和双丙二醇),酯类、醚类、聚醚,以及它们的任意组合。例如,溶剂可包含水和一种或多种二醇和/或一种或多种醇,如甘油、苯氧乙醇、苄醇或乙醇。一种特定溶剂体系包含水和一种醇如乙醇。
本领域技术人员皆知,在抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系中可包含其他辅助剂.合适的辅助剂包括但不限于防腐剂;增溶剂;螯合剂如乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)及其盐和沸石;表面活性剂如阳离子、阴离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂;抗氧化剂如丁基化羟基苯甲醚(BHA)和丁基羟基甲苯(BHT);氧化胺;叔胺;锌化合物;水溶助长剂;氟化物;镁盐;钙盐;羧酸;磷酸盐;磷酸酯;甲醛供体;甘油聚氧乙烯(7)醚(glycereth-7);豆蔻酸豆蔻酯;戊二醛;双缩胍;天然产品如香叶醇,地衣酸和茶树油;以及上述物质的任意组合.合适的防腐剂包括但不限于,氯化季铵;碳酸季铵;苯扎氯铵;含碘化合物如3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯(IPBC);乙内酰胺如二甲基乙内酰胺和卤化乙内酰胺;异噻唑啉酮;对羟基苯甲酸酯如对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯;脱氢乙酸及其盐;异草定(isocil);氯二甲苯酚;苯氧基乙醇;苄醇;苯乙醇;苯甲酸及其盐如苯甲酸钠;氯丁醇;山梨酸及其盐;三氯生;三氯二苯脲;以及上述物质的任意组合.
抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系可加入到水基或油基体系或乳液中。对油基体系合适的溶剂是苯氧基乙醇和/或苄醇。
抗菌组合物可以是液体或固体。
当增效混合物仅含有两种选自上述的组分时,第一组分与第二组分的重量比通常在约0.01∶100至约100∶0.01范围,较好约0.1∶20至约20∶0.1,更好约0.1∶10至约10∶1。当增效混合物含有三种组分时,第三组分可以是任何量,但通常第三组分与第一或第二组分的重量比为约0.01∶100至约100∶0.01。
为制备含本发明产品的制剂,一般首先制备抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系的浓缩液。以浓缩物总重量为100%计,浓缩液包含约0.01-100重量%的抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系,较好包含约5-80重量%的抗菌组合物和防腐剂体系。对两组分的抗菌组合物,浓缩液包含约0.01-99.9重量%第一组分和约99.99-0.01重量%第二组分(以浓缩液总重量100%为基准计)。当防腐剂体系是肉桂醛时,以浓缩液总重量%为基准计,浓缩液可包含约0.01-100重量%肉桂醛,较好包含约5-80重量%肉桂醛。表A列出肉桂醛/烷醇取代的二烷基乙内酰脲混合物的典型浓缩液中的组分及组分的范围(以浓缩液总重量100%为基准计)。

使用的稀释液一般含有约0.0001重量%或0.01重量%至约2重量%的浓缩液。根据一个较好的实施方案,使用的稀释液包含约0.1重量%的浓缩液。更好的实施方案中,使用的稀释液含有0.2,0.25或0.30重量%的浓缩液。以使用的稀释液总重量100%为基准计,使用的稀释液一般含有约0.01-2.0重量%的各抗菌剂组分。根据较好的实施方案,抗菌组合物含有约0.001-10重量%,较好约0.01-1重量%,更好约0.05-0.5重量%的各抗菌剂组分(如肉桂醛)。当防腐剂体系是肉桂醛时,以使用的稀释液总重量为基准计,使用的稀释液含有约0.001,0.005,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05,0.06,0.07,0.08,0.09或0.1重量%至约1,0.5,0.4,0.3,0.25,0.2,0.15,0.1,0.09,0.08,0.07,0.06,0.05,0.04,0.03,0.02或0.01重量%肉桂醛。表B列出在使用的稀释液中的组分及其含量范围(使用的稀释液总重量100%为基准计)。

本发明的另一个实施方案是抑制微生物、细菌(如金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)(ATCC#6538),绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)(ATCC#9027)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)(ATCC#8739))、和/或真菌(包括植物真菌和树真菌)(如白色念珠菌,黑曲霉和拉姆罗疫菌(Phytophthora ramrum))在基质上生长的方法,具体是在基质上施用抗菌、防腐、杀细菌或杀真菌有效量的抗菌组合物或防腐剂体系。抗菌组合物或防腐剂可通过本领域已知的任何方法施用,包括但不限于,刷涂、浸涂、浸泡、真空浸渍和加压处理。一个具体的实施方案是一种抑制树真菌拉姆罗疫菌生长的方法,为在树霉菌或树霉菌生长的基质(如树)上施用杀真菌有效量的本发明的抗菌组合物或防腐剂体系。拉姆罗疫菌会引起橡树猝死(Sudden OkaDeath)。
本发明的抗菌组合物还可以通过混合抗菌剂组分,和任选的溶剂和辅助剂来制备。混合物可以加热和/或搅拌来加速混合。
实施例
下面的实施例说明本发明,但不构成限制。除非另有指出,所有的份和百分数均按重量给出。
实施例1
按照下面所述测试图1-3中的各阴离子洗发剂样品。按照下面步骤制备标准化混合细菌溶液。将三个金黑色葡萄球菌(ATCC#6538),绿脓杆菌(ATCC#9027)和大肠杆菌(ATCC#8739)的琼脂穿刺分别在约35℃培养约24小时。然后,各穿刺用3mL 0.85%无菌盐水溶液洗涤。将三个穿刺的洗液集中在一起形成生物体混合物。通过加入盐水将该生物体混合物在530nm的吸光度调节至约1.00。用盐水空白校正光谱仪。将该生物体混合物的5mL等分液混合在一起,制得标准化混合细菌溶液。然后,在各洗发剂的40克样品中接种0.2mL标准化混合细菌溶液并混合。取1克该混合物加到灭菌的20×150mm螺帽试管中。
在该试管中加入9mL灭菌D/E中和剂肉汤,混合形成10-1稀释。用磷酸盐缓冲的水稀释至10-6,制得系列稀释液。将系列稀释液放在胰蛋白酶大豆琼脂上,在约35℃培养2天。21天后,进行细菌计数。
阴离子蛋白质洗发剂组合物包含35重量%的十二烷基醚硫酸钠;25重量%十二烷基硫酸三乙醇胺;3重量%椰子二乙醇酰胺(cocamide DEA);1重量%水解胶原,可以Polypro 5000TM从Hormel Foods of Austin,MN购得;和36重量%去离子水。
混合适量的抗菌剂组分与上述阴离子蛋白质洗发剂组合物,并将该混合物加热至约50℃,约15分钟,制备含样品的抗菌组合物。
结果示于图1-3。
实施例2
按照下面所述测试图4-7中的各阴离子洗发剂样品。按照下面步骤制备标准化混合细菌溶液。将两个白色念珠菌琼脂穿刺和四个黑曲霉琼脂斜面分别在约25℃培养约48小时和7天。然后,各穿刺用3mL 0.85%无菌盐水溶液冲洗,收集后在组织研磨器中浸软。在各穿刺上加入足够量的0.85%盐水溶液,在显微镜下用Neubauer Hemocytometer肉眼计数白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的各接种物.将白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的各标准化接种物等体积混合在一起,形成标准化混合真菌溶液.
在各洗发剂的40克样品中接种0.4mL标准化混合真菌溶液并混合。取1克该混合物加到灭菌的20×150mm螺帽试管中。
在该试管中加入9mL灭菌D/E中和剂肉汤,混合形成10-1稀释。用磷酸盐缓冲的水稀释至10-6,制得系列稀释液。将系列稀释液放在沙氏葡萄糖琼脂上,在约25℃培养5天。在0,7和/或14天后,进行真菌计数。
阴离子蛋白质洗发剂组合物是实施例1中所述的。混合适量的抗菌剂组分与阴离子蛋白质洗发剂组合物,并将该混合物加热至约50℃,约15分钟,制备洗发剂样品。

实施例3

实施例6
按照实施例1所述的方法测试下表5中的各乳霜样品。按照下面所述制备表3列出的单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)乳霜。在第一个容器内混合聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸甘油酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、十六/十八醇(cearyl alcohol)和丙酸豆蔻酯,并加热至60℃。在第二容器内混合甘油和灭菌的去离子水并加热至60℃。将第一容器中的溶液倒入第二容器。第二容器在60℃保持10分钟。冷却第二容器内的溶液。用氢氧化钠将该溶液pH调节至7,制得GMS乳霜。

实施例8
测试防腐剂混合物的最小抑制浓度(MIC)。MIC是一种组分抑制微生物生长的最低浓度。该研究采用Hamilton Micro Lab AT Plus Autodilutor Liquid处理***进行。自动稀释器程序基于Lonza的标准应用方法SAPM# 412-01-1。使用Hamilton Autodilutor,用96孔微滴定板中的营养素肉汤,将防腐剂组合的初始浓度稀释50%,并在测试样品中接种微生物。
测试的防腐剂是IsocilTM(甲基异噻唑酮和甲基-氯-异噻唑酮的混合物),BenzocilTM(苯并异噻唑酮)和LonzagardTM(氯化苄乙氧铵)(均购自Lonza Inc.ofFair Lawn,NJ)以不同浓度与肉桂醛的组合物。在每一测试平板上还包括对照组。各防腐剂混合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌(ATCC#8739),各防腐剂混合物加倍进行测试。
测试平板通过Hamilton Autodilutor进行稀释,然后用试验细菌接种,获得约106菌落形成单位/克测试样品(cfu/g)。然后,平板在32℃培养72小时。通过检测每平板上测试样品中生长与对照孔(肉眼检查孔中混浊度)来确定结果。下表11中所示的MIC为没有显示生长的防腐剂或防腐剂混合物的最低测试水平。
7.5ppm(活性)BenzocilTM和25ppm肉桂醛的混合物有效抑制生长。0.47ppm(活性)IsocilTM和6.3ppm肉桂醛的混合物也有效抑制生长。

采用Gardner颜色试验,测试肉桂醛/山梨酸钾混合物的颜色稳定性。加入盐酸,调节制剂的pH至所指定的pH。结果列于下表。

Claims (11)
1.一种抗菌组合物,包含抗菌有效量的混合物,所述混合物包含下列的组分:
(a)苯甲酸,或其盐;和
(b)葡糖酸Δ内酯;
以及任选的一种或多种如下组分:
(c)柠檬草油,
(d)肉桂醛,肉桂油,中国肉桂,肉桂提取物,肉桂叶油,3,4-二羟基肉桂酸或其盐,或它们的混合物,
(e)山梨酸,或其盐,
(f)异抗坏血酸,或其盐,
(g)***半乳聚糖,半乳***聚糖,或它们的混合物,
(h)六氢-异-α-酸,四氢-异-α-酸,或它们的混合物;
(i)芳香蓍草油,檀香油,Forssk油,棉熏衣草油。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,苯甲酸盐是苯甲酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌组合物,所述组合物还包含一种溶剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自水、二醇、醇,以及它们的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂是水和二醇的混合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述二醇是甘油。
7.如权利要求4所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂是水和醇的混合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述醇是乙醇。
9.如权利要求1所述的抗菌组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的混合物浓度,以组合物总重量100%为基准计,约为0.01-2重量%。
10.一种杀灭和/或抑制微生物在基质上生长的方法,包括在基质上施用有效量的权利要求1所述的抗菌组合物。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述微生物选自:金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉和拉姆罗疫菌。
