织物的接缝结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于尤其适用于乘客约束***的整件编织(OPW)气囊编织织物的接缝结构。
背景技术
目前使用的整件编织(OPW)气囊具有其上施加有例如膜的密封涂层的单层(ply)和多层部分,但是在织物平面中存在这样的风险,即气体从单层部分逃逸,同时形成接缝状联接物从而将多层部分一起带入其内,这是因为用来密封气囊的涂层仅仅施加到顶部和底部,即无法防止气体从侧部逃逸。
从DE 103 26 757 A1公知这样一种用于OPW气囊的编织接缝结构,其中,由于接缝单层部分的编织较为稀疏的织物结构,所以涂层能更深地渗入到织物中。虽然这种结构适于增强织物平面中的接缝密封性,但是它仍然不能实现令人满意的安全效果。在单层部分中以上下叠置的方式布置有至少三层,即,作为第一层的上部涂层,作为第二层的单层编织部分,以及作为第三层的底部涂层。夹在具有一定厚度的涂层之间的编织材料本身不是密封物,从而允许气体在涂层或膜之间的编织平面内穿过编织织物。为此,当前难以实现气囊、特别是侧气囊和头部气囊所需的有效持续时间,除非通过昂贵的充气机来分几个阶段补充逃逸气体,以补偿逃逸气体的损失。这里,“有效持续时间”是指,在由于车辆碰撞而被致动后,气囊基本保持充气状态来缓冲乘客的持续时间。在必要时,气体的损失还涉及到要补偿大量的气体发生剂。另一缺点在于,接缝泄漏会让气体逃逸至车辆内部,这样会由于气体本身及其高温对乘客产生伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种接缝结构,它能避免或者至少减少现有技术的上述缺点。
该目的通过如下的接缝结构实现,其特征在于,编织接缝具有被至少两层的部分包围的单层接缝部分,所述至少两层的部分中的各层都具有比该单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构,且所述至少两层的部分包括上层和下层,该上层和下层具有不同的编织结构,且该上层和下层中的各层都具有比该单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构。根据本发明的这种改进接缝结构能够获得密封性能非常高的OPW气囊,这是因为编织织物上的涂层此时在接缝区域内能更深的渗入到编织织物,从而使得涂层间的间距最小,所以在此情况下由于泄漏而逃逸的气体的量会有很大的降低。这样就能更容易的实现所需的长时间的有效持续时间。
在本发明的有利方面中,该上层和下层具有不同的编织结构,且该上层和下层中的各层都具有比该单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构。在这种情况下,使得可以根据需要而确定涂层渗入编织织物两边的深度。当“面对压力侧”的一侧(即,受到充气气体压力的一侧,通常是气囊的内侧)需要有不同于相对侧的编织结构时,这一点在从两层到四层或更多层的气囊编织织物的过渡中特别有利。
在本发明的一个有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,所述两层部分具有与所述单层部分相同的纱线量,从而有利地确保了协调的编织,且扭曲最少。
在本发明的再一有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,上层具有L1/1的平纹组织(plain weave),而下层具有P3/3的方平组织(basket weave),已经发现,特别是在将编织中的扭曲降低到最小的方面,这种组织结构最有效。
本发明的另一有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,该编织接缝具有被三层部分包围的单层接缝部分,从而增强预设单个编织结构的优点,并提高涂层的渗入能力。
在另一有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,该三层部分具有和单层部分相同数量的纱线,从而增强了能生成其中扭曲降到最低的协调织物的优点。
在本发明的另一有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,所述三层部分具有上层、中层和下层,其中每一层具有比单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构。有利的是,这主要能提高在根据预定编织结构的要求简单地设置各编织部分的同时改变织物的可能性,此外还使得涂层能更好的渗入到编织结构中。
在本发明的再一有利方面中,该接缝结构的特征在于,所述上层和下层在某些位置处相互连接。其目的在于,当因密封部分的涂层之间的编织结构而造成气囊内层之间的腔室压力增大时,能避免各层间相互分开,或至少使这种分开变得困难。
大体上应理解的是,本发明之所以具有新颖性是由于,根据本发明对接缝的密封在此情况下不是仅仅通过单层接缝织物或仅仅通过稀疏的机织物而实现的,而是通过多层织物结构、或者说是通过单层和多层编织结构的组合而实现的。

图2为根据本发明的接缝结构织物的一个实施例的示意性剖面图。
图3为与图2所示的基本相同的接缝结构的示意性剖面图,但是其中稀疏的接缝部分有一条额外的带子。
具体实施方式
图1至图3示意性示出了OPW气囊的编织接缝1的剖面图,该接缝1与气囊的一部分腔室部2相邻接,其中,细的圆圈代表了在剖面图中穿透绘图平面的纬纱S,而粗的黑线则代表了大致平行于绘图平面延伸的经纱K。但是也可以以相反的方式构造编织结构,即,相反地设置经纬纱。
在上下两边涂布有涂层3,3a,3b,3c,4,4a,4b,4c,这些涂层例如被层压或刮涂在适当的位置以密封该编织织物。涂层3,3a,3b,3c,4,4a,4b,4c的每一个中,粗体线表示它们的***,而虚线表示编织的方向,因此虚线还表示涂层渗入到编织织物内的深度。
现在参照图1,其示出了从现有技术公知的标准接缝织物。由于该接缝的密度,所以涂层3和4渗入到织物结构中的量只有很少一点,这样会导致在织物平面中的两个相对的涂层间存在空隙5。而正是由于这个空隙5,气体能从腔室部I通过夹在涂层之间的织物结构逃逸,换言之,从气囊的内部向外即向A逃逸。
现在参照图2,其示出了根据本发明的编织接缝1a的涂层的一个实施例,该接缝的一部分在附图标记6处被构造为两层。下层7例如为P3/3的方平组织,而上层8则例如是1/1平纹组织。由于这导致更为稀疏的编织结构6,从而涂层能够更深地渗入到这一接缝部分内。换言之,和图1所描述的情况相比,两个相对涂层之间的空隙9此时得以减小,从而也减少了上述气体损失。
现在参照图3,其示出了与图2基本相同的情形,不过该稀疏的接缝部分在附图标记10处具有额外的纽结。这使得,在夹在致密部分11的涂层之间的编织结构在层7a和8a之间形成的较高腔室压力下,层7a和8a也难以分离,甚至防止了层7a和8a分离。

Claims (5)

1.一种适用于乘客约束***的OPW气囊编织织物的接缝结构,其特征在于,编织接缝(1a)具有被至少两层的部分(6)包围的单层部分,所述至少两层的部分中的各层都具有比该单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构,且所述至少两层的部分(6)包括上层(8)和下层(7),该上层(8)和下层(7)具有不同的编织结构,且该上层(8)和下层(7)中的各层都具有比该单层部分的编织结构稀疏的编织结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的接缝结构,其特征在于,所述至少两层的部分(6)具有与所述单层部分相同的纱线量。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的接缝结构,其特征在于,所述上层(8)具有L1/1的平纹组织,而所述下层(7)具有P3/3的方平组织。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的接缝结构,其特征在于,所述上层(8,8a)和所述下层(7,7a)在某些位置处相互连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的接缝结构,其特征在于,所述上层(8,8a)和所述下层(7,7a)在某些位置处相互连接。
