Abstract

Claims (20)
1.具有包装件完整性封闭件的包装件，包括：
顶部，位于所述顶部中的获取孔以及密封片，所述密封片覆盖获取孔并且围绕获取孔与顶部密封接合，以便初始密封包装件，并且之后在包装件第一次被打开之后，所述密封片可重新密封接触所述顶部；
并且其中顶部和密封片的对向接合表面之一具有涂层，在包装件初次被打开之后，该涂层粘合到另一顶部和密封片，从而提供包装件先前已经被打开的指示。
2.权利要求1所述的包装件，进一步包括施加到顶部和密封片至少之一的粘合剂。
3.权利要求2所述的包装件，其中粘合剂和涂层之间的粘结强度比涂层和密封片或顶部之一之间的粘结强度强。
4.权利要求1所述的包装件，其中所述涂层选自于由涂料和墨水形成的组。
5.指示包装件完整性的封闭件，所述封闭件包括：
形成容器顶部并具有封盖的薄膜层，所述封盖限定获取孔以获取容器的内容物；
完全覆盖薄膜层封盖的密封片；
在密封片或薄膜层之一或两者上设置的可释放粘合剂，以便将密封片粘合到薄膜层，通过将密封片在剥离方向上向后拉动可从薄膜层释放，并且当密封片向后移动接触顶部时可重新封闭接触顶部以便密封获取孔；以及
可转移材料涂层，其设置于其面对薄膜层表面上的密封片上或其面对密封片表面上的薄膜层上，涂层可从薄膜层转移到密封片，或从密封片转移到薄膜层，由此提供封闭件先前已经被打开的可见指示。
6.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中可释放粘合剂和所述涂层之间的粘结强度比所述涂层和所述薄膜层之间的粘结强度强。
7.权利要求6所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中可释放粘合剂和所述薄膜层之间的粘结强度比所述涂层和所述密封片之间的粘结强度强。
8.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中可释放粘合剂和所述涂层之间的粘结强度比所述涂层和所述密封片之间的粘结强度强。
9.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中可释放粘合剂和所述涂层之间的粘结强度比所述薄膜层和所述涂层之间的粘结强度强。
10.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述涂层沿着密封片的周边。
11.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述涂层沿着正好位于密封片周边之下位置的薄膜层。
12.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述涂层的颜色或图案和薄膜层的颜色和图案不同。
13.权利要求5所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述密封片的周边边缘是非线性的。
14.权利要求13所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述密封片的周边边缘是锯齿形的。
15.指示包装件完整性的封闭件，所述封闭件包括：
至少两层材料，上述两层材料包括粘性连接到第二薄膜层的第一薄膜层；
形成于第一薄膜层中的限定第一片的第一撕裂线，以便当沿着第一撕裂线从第一薄膜层分离时，提供通过第一薄膜层的获取孔；
具有第二层撕裂线的第二薄膜层，所述第二层撕裂线限定其完全覆盖第一片的密封片；
可释放地粘合到第一薄膜层的密封片，这样密封片可从第一薄膜层分离以便暴露获取孔；以及
可转移材料的涂层，所述涂层位于其面对第一薄膜层表面上的密封片上或位于其面对密封片表面上的第一薄膜层上，这样当打开封闭件时，涂层的一部分在密封片和第一薄膜层之间转移，以便在将密封片第一次从第一薄膜层向后剥离之后，提供封闭件已经被打开的可见指示。
16.权利要求15所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述涂层选自于由涂料和墨水形成的组。
17.权利要求15所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述第二撕裂线为非直线的形式。
18.权利要求17所述的指示包装件完整性的封闭件，其中所述第二撕裂线为锯齿形。
19.指示包装件完整性的食物容器，包括：
托盘；
至少两层材料，上述两层材料包括粘性连接到外层的内层以形成托盘之上的顶部，形成顶部，以提供用于获取放置于托盘中食物制品的获取孔；
具有第一片的内层，外层具有形成于其中的密封片，其完全覆盖第一片，第一片和密封片永久性地连接到彼此，以形成通到容器内部的获取孔；
可转移材料的涂层，所述涂层位于邻近其面对内层表面上的获取孔的外层上，或位于其面对外层表面上的内层上；以及
可释放粘合剂，其提供在第一片或位于第一片之上的密封片外部周边上的内层之一或两者上，以便将密封片粘合到内层，密封片可通过将密封片层在剥离方向上向后拉动从内层释放，并且当密封片向后移动接触顶部时，可重新封闭接触顶部以封闭开孔；
由此在第一次打开封闭件之后，涂层的至少一部分在外层和内层之间转移以便提供封闭件已经被打开的可见指示。
20.权利要求19所述的指示包装件完整性的食物容器，其中食物制品可选自于由饼干、脆饼、花生、干酪、肉片和半固态食物形成的组。
