Description

本发明涉及用于波纹管或管道的不漏液体的接头。
对于现存的用于排水或电气工程上的波纹状软管,唯一有效的连接方法是嵌入接头和胶合,以确保可靠的连接。这种类型的接头必须是左旋的,以便胶合剂或粘结剂凝固,以保证连接牢固。这种连接方法需要花费操作工人更多的时间,并且胶合剂的化学性质削弱管道壁,而且接头也不能再次使用。
本发明试图通过提供一个推进式接头,以改善存在的问题,该接头提供无需粘结剂的不漏液体的密封件,接头能够重新使用,并且在安装过程中进行调整。
本发明提供一个一般形式的不漏液体的密封接头,为了使这种接头能够以不漏液体的方式连接在某一端有凸缘的管道上,它包括:
位于接头一端的壳体开口,管道安装在与所述开口相连通的孔内;
在所述孔内,并远离开口端的密封装置,该密封装置适于以不漏液体方式密封推入所述孔内的管道;
以及位于所述壳体上的锁定装置,以便伸入所述孔内,把管道凸缘锁紧在所述孔内,从而以所述密封方式将所述管道不漏液体地密封固定到接头孔内,其特征在于:所说的锁定装置包括一个轴向延伸的弹性卡爪,该卡爪在或邻近远离开口端的自由端有一伸入孔内的凸台;所述的轴向延伸的弹性卡爪通过壳体薄壁部分与接头的壳体相接,使得固定在接头上的管道受拉回力时,凸台能更深地伸入管道的凹部而与管道的凸缘接合得更紧。
最好密封装置是所述接头孔的锥形截面,其适合于压紧和密封推入孔内的柔性管道。
本发明的接头可以和任何形式的接头配件一同使用,例如弯头、连接头、Y和T形部件、终端套管、套管,或者波纹管与刚性管之间的连接,或者波纹管之间的连接。
现在结合附图以举例的方式描述本发明,其中:
图1表示本发明的一个实施例的接头透视图。
图2是图1所示接入波纹管的接头的剖面图。
图3a、3b和3c是局部剖视图,表示模制图1所示实施例的锁定装置的各个步骤。
本发明的一个实施例在附图1至3中给予说明。接头1包括具有开口端3的壳体2,壳体2用于***实现连接的波纹管,另一端4设有与套管等类似装置连接的螺纹。然而,端部4也可以设计成适合于任何类型的连接或装配件。孔5的尺寸稍大于柔性波纹管的外径。
如图2所示的接头孔5设有一个其位置远离端头3并终止于环形轴肩7的锥形截面6,其与较小直径的孔8粗连通。环形轴肩可以是任意宽度。
位于孔两端的中间部位的相同直径部分有两个成型于所述孔5的管壁上的弹性锁定构件9,锁定构件9有伸入孔5的凸台10。
于是,按照图2所示,把接头固定在柔性波纹管上,波纹管被推入孔5,凸台10的形状使波纹管的波纹压向斜面11,迫使凸台退出孔5。再进一步将波纹管推入锥形截面6,波纹管可以紧靠在环形轴肩7上,随着波纹管被进一步推入锥形截面6,波纹管被直径越来越小的锥形截面压紧,从而形成不漏液体的密封方式紧靠在锥形截面的壁上。
本发明的另一种形式是孔的锥形截面可由弹性密封件取代,弹性密封件依靠在管道的顶端,或者正对着管壁,从而构成不漏液体的密封连接,或者弹性密封件可以象前面所描述的锥形截面一样被利用。
为了有助于锁定构件9作用,如图1和2所示的凹口13,其产生 一个薄壁部分,使锁定构件与接头连接。这样,大大增强了锁定构件的弹性力,以致当管道要脱离开时,波纹作用于表面12上的力在锁定构件上产生弯矩,将凸台10深深地拉入管道的凹部,从而防止管道脱离接头。
对于上面描述的锁定构件,可以通过***开口14的适当工具,迫使凸台脱开孔5,使波纹管分离。
本发明可以由任何适当的塑性材料制成,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)、或尼龙(nylon)、聚丙烯(polypropolene)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS),并可用于不同尺寸的管道,例如柔性塑料波纹电工管。如上所述,这种接头可用来构成任何所希望的管接头,并可以根据需要设置若干个锁定装置。
本发明的接头可以在套管的壁或局部模制成型。套管的壁或其任何一部分以不漏液体方式,可分离地与套管固定相连,即沟槽和配合的凸台,或者能够通过任何适当方式连接到套管的凹部,例如锥形压配合。
因为在最佳实施例中的接头是整体模塑制品,为了能够制造锁定构件9,必须提供特殊的模制方法。
现在对照附图3a、3b和3c,通过举例的方式描述这种方法。这些附图表示模制期间锁定构件范围内的一种接头实施例的局部剖面图。
如图1所示,外模15包括形成U形开口17的可移动的芯子16,如图3a所示,这个芯子16与内部中心销19的凹部相配合,以形成锁定构件9。
如图3a所示的侧剖面图中,凸台10伸入孔5,具有向后倾斜的、超过壁厚21的斜面11,斜面再次上升直至顶点22,到达壁厚21的同一水准。在此形成向凹口13倾斜的斜面25。
当模制接头的材料已充分凝固,如图3b所示,拔出外模15和芯子16,中心销19沿箭头16方向移动。当中心销拔出时,由于中心销的***部分23压在锁定构件斜面24上,迫使锁定构件自孔5向外移动,从而当中心销19***部分23压在顶点22上时,凸台10完全不接触中心销19。如图3c所示,***部23与锁定构件斜面25的接触,防止从孔5中取出中心销19时与凸台10发生干扰。所以,这就保证了凸台10的锁定边缘26不被中心销19损坏。
显而易见,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以用于任何形状的波纹管,或者也可以用于非波纹管。这种非波纹管应在离管子端部适当距离有环绕管子的凸缘。本发明的接头可用于电绝缘管,水池过滤和真空连接装置、真空吸尘器和灌溉波纹管和割草机的电缆保护。

Claims (10)

1、一种单件的不漏液体的接头,能够以不漏液体的方式连接端部有凸缘的管道,包括:
设置在一端的接头壳体开口,管道安装在与开口相连通的孔内;
在所述孔内并远离开口端的密封装置,该装置以不漏液体的方式密封推入所述孔内的管道;及
设置在所述壳体上的锁定装置,以便伸入所述孔中把管道的凸缘固定在所述孔内,从而能够以不漏液体的密封方式,将所述管道固定在所述孔内,其特征在于:所说的锁定装置包括一个轴向延伸的弹性卡爪,该卡爪在或邻近远离开口端的自由端有一伸入孔内的凸台;所述的轴向延伸的弹性卡爪通过壳体薄壁部分与接头壳体相接,使得固定在接头上的管道受拉回力时,凸台能更深地伸入管道的凹部而与管道的凸缘紧密接合,即作用在管道上的拉力越大,凸台与管道的凸缘接合越紧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所说的接头壳体有一从所说的卡爪到上述孔的开口端的薄壁部分。
3、根据权利要求1所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:密封装置包括一种以不漏液体方式紧靠到管道端部的可弹性变形的密封件。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所说的凸台有一基本为平面的面,该面大致在径向伸入上述的孔内,并面向背离壳体开口端的方向。
5、根据权利要求4所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所说的基本为平面的面以一个角度向内背离壳体开口端的方向伸展。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所述的密封装置包括所述孔内的锥形部分,其中推入所述孔内的所述管道紧紧压在锥形部分上,并以不漏液体的方式密封所述的管道。
7、根据权利要求6所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所说的凸台有一基本为平面的面,该面大致在径向伸入上述的孔内,并面向背离壳体开口端的方向。
8、根据权利要求7所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:所说的基本为平面的面以某个角度向内背离壳体开口端的方向伸展。
9、根据权利要求8所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:卡爪具有从凸台升至一个顶点的第二个斜面,该顶点位于卡爪两端的中间,并且所述的顶点伸入孔内的距离小于凸台伸入孔内的距离。
10、根据权利要求6所述的不漏液体的接头,其特征在于:在所述孔中有一可弹性变形的密封元件在管道的自由端或者其邻近处,以不漏液体的方式密封推入孔内的管道。
