Abstract
改进的波纹导管连接器中有一个主管形体,上有一个套管形成一个导管容纳孔,在其内终端处,有一个在管形体上径向内伸的环形肩台。一个螺纹接套夹紧导管的端部,一起插进导管容纳孔,把一个螺母在套管上旋转,向前推压导管端,使之和肩台作紧压接触。螺纹接套外部有多边结构形状,从而可以滑动***有相应形状的导管容纳孔,而不能在里面转动,当拧旋套管上的螺母作紧固操作时,防止导管扭曲。
Description
本发明涉及波纹导管的一种连接器,具体来说是涉及作为挠性波纹导管端部安装件的一种连接器,从而便于导管连接一个装置或配件,使导管输送的流体介质得到应用。
这种波纹导管或软管的连接器,在煤气输送***,和其他流体输送***中广泛使用。典型先有技术中的波纹导管连接器,在日本专利公报第60-73193号中已有揭示,对波纹导管端用一个螺纹接套夹紧,一同插在一个主管形体一侧上的套管里。一个螺母拧在套管上,使它端部的一个颈圈,和螺纹接套的后端贴靠,把螺纹接套和导管的端部,一同向前压到套管里,把套管和向管形体径向内部突伸的一个环形肩台压紧,形成密封连接。但是,在这种先有技术的连接器中,螺纹接套的形状中,有一个外圆构造,可在套管内相对自由旋转,因此,当把螺母在套管上转动,使螺纹接套和导管端进入套管时,螺母和螺纹接套互相抵靠产生的摩擦力,倾向于把螺纹接套转动,从而使导管受到扭曲或扭结力,把导管损坏,或给以后的工作程序造成相当大的不便。
本发明的目的是克服上述缺点和提供波纹导管的改进连接器。
本发明的连接器有一个主管形体,其一端上有一个套管,其内形成一个导管容纳孔,孔的内终端形成主管形体上径向内突的环形肩台,位于轴向孔两端之间的中点处。设置一个螺纹接套夹紧导管的一个端部,使导管的波纹留伸出螺纹接套的前端外面,和导管端部一同塞在套管的导管容纳孔内。有一组齿形在螺纹接套的内部形成,可和导管端部上的波纹作配准连接,牢固夹紧导管。该螺纹接套的后端,和用螺纹拧在套管上的螺母一端上的颈圈抵靠,使螺纹接管被向前压到套管内,拧紧螺母时,便把导管的端部和环形肩台作紧压连接。本发明的特点在于,该螺纹接套有多边形边部构造形状,***该导管容纳孔的有相应形状的部分中,因此可以滑动***套管而不能旋转。在这种效果影响下,螺纹接套和导管的端部,被不旋转地压入套管,避免导管发生扭曲或扭结,而保证导管端和肩台有效地压紧接触。
在一个理想的实施方案中,该螺纹接套作成拼合件,由一对半圆柱形半部组成,两个半部用整体形成的薄壁绞接部分连接,可容易地断开。使用时把螺纹接套分成两个部分,然后包围导管的端部,齿形和导管的波纹配准接触,插进套管内,把导管的端部夹紧。用这种拼合螺纹接套后,导管端部的波纹,可以和螺纹接套的齿形方便地作配准连接,从而导管的端部可由螺纹接套稳固夹紧。
而肩台和套管的导管容纳孔连接处,形成一个环形槽,把一个密封环容纳在里面,当把导管和肩台作紧压接触时,把这密封环套在导管端上。密封环的边和螺纹接套的前端有抵靠关系,从而密封环***在套管里的螺纹接套轴向压缩,在径向上弹性膨胀,成立密封环和槽壁之间的密封接触,以及密封环和被压到肩台上的导管端的密封接触。这意味被螺母向前压进套管里的螺纹接套,不仅可以引导导管端和肩台作紧压连接,而且可有效使密封环变形,提供导管和套管间的提高的密封。
本发明的波纹导管连接器,在把螺母旋转导管和套管固定时,导管不受到扭曲或扭结的力,并且导管端部可以用可分离的螺纹接套筒便而牢固地夹紧,同时可提高导管和套管之间的密封效率。
本发明的优点,从下文对实施方案的详尽叙述,参考附图,便可更加了解。

参见图1,其中示实施本发明的波纹导管连接器。连接器中有主管形体10,主管形体有轴向孔11,并在一个端部有一个外螺纹套管12。主管形体10的另一个端部,形成一个有六边形突缘13的头部,和一个形式为外螺纹锥形管的公连接件14,从突缘13向外伸出,用以和任何适当的器械或配件连接。该套管12在内部形成一个六边结构形状的导管容纳孔15,其直径大于轴向孔11的其余部分,其内端以一个径向内突的环形肩台16为终点,环形肩台位于轴向孔11两端之间的中点。该波纹导管1用金属材料制造,有一组有相对圆形牙顶和相对圆形牙根交替的均匀波纹,图2所示纵向截面极为清晰,有相当薄的壁而有挠性。
为把波纹导管1和主管形体10连接,把由螺纹接套20夹紧的导管1,共同插进套管12的该导管容纳孔15中,并旋转螺母30,利用螺纹拧在套管12上。该螺纹接套20有六边形外形结构,可插在套管12的该六边形导管容纳孔15中滑动,而不能旋转。在该螺纹接套20内形成一组齿形21,和导管1的波纹紧密配合,或配准连接,把导管稳固紧夹。如图4所示,螺纹接套20制成拼合管形式,由一对半圆柱形半部22组成,由一个与缺口24在直径上相对的薄壁铰接部分23连接,容易在铰接处断开。拧在套管12上的该螺母30,在后端有一个在径向上向内突伸的颈圈31,该颈圈31围绕一个孔32,其内径大小,足以供波纹导管1自由通过,而小于螺纹接套20的最大外径,因此颈圈31和螺纹接套20的后端贴靠连接。
在连接器组装时,第一步是把波纹导管1的端部,从螺母30中穿过,切断铰接部分23,把螺纹接套20分成两个半圆柱形的半部22,然后放在导管端部的外面,方式为把导管1端部的少数几个波纹,留伸在螺纹接套20前端的外面,使齿形21和导管1的波纹作配准连接。于是把由螺纹接套20夹紧的导管1的端部,带螺纹接套***导管容纳孔15,六边形螺纹接套20,由相应形状的导管容纳孔15导向。然后,把螺母30拧在套管12上,颈圈31抵靠螺纹接套20的后端。把螺母30前推或旋转时,推压螺纹接套20,夹紧导管1,使之深入套管12,从而压迫导管1和该肩台16作紧压接触,这时,留伸在螺纹接套20外面的波纹被在螺纹接套20前端和肩台16之间压扁,因此,即使导管1的端部切断不是极端方正,也能在螺纹接套20前端和肩台之间,作成围绕导管全部外周的有效密封。这时可以注意到,因为拼合螺纹接套20切成两个半圆柱形的半部22,互相对称,所以即使在组装现场,把一个半部在纵向上颠倒时,也能顺利地把它们放在导管端部的外面,这就便利了组装程序。
有一个环形槽17,在肩台16和导管容纳孔15的连接处形成,里面放置一个密封环18,提高肩台16和导端之间的密封效果。密封环18的内径,略小于导管1,为的是当把导管1压在肩台16上时,可以把导管1的压扁端2紧压在密封环18内,把密封环作径向向外的弹性变形。密封环18的外径大于该螺纹接套20的最小外径,因此密封环18的边和螺纹接套20的前端有抵靠关系。这样,密封环18被螺纹接套20的前端在轴向上压缩,从而作径向上的弹性变形,在密封环18和导管1的压扁端2之间,以及密封环18和环形槽17之间,提供紧密封接触保证导管1和套管12或主管形体10之间的完全密封。该密封环18可以是圆形,矩形或任何适当形状,保证上述密封效果。
上述实施方案的第一及第二修改形式,分别如图5及6,和图7及8所示,这些修改形式,除螺纹接套20A及20B的外部构造,和相关的套管15的导管容纳孔15A及15B的内部构造形状外,其余都和前述的实施方案相同。为了便于了解,与前述实施方案相同的部件,都用相同的号码标志。在这些修改形式中,螺纹接套20A及20B的截面都是星形,特征为分别有数目较多的尖锐隆脊25A,和数目较少的圆形隆脊25B,都在圆周上平均分布。修改形式的导管容纳孔15A及15B有相应的形状,使相应的螺纹接套20A和20B可在套管12内滑动而不旋转。和前述实施方案相似,每一个螺纹接套20A及20B设有缺口24A和24B,和薄壁铰接部分23A,23B,藉以把两个互相对称的半圆柱形半部分开。
已考虑到在揭示的连接器中,还可以作其他的修改和变化,而并不超过本发明的范围。

Claims (8)
1、一种波纹导管连接器,有下列各项:
一个主管形体有一个轴向孔,一端有一个套管,该套管内部形成一个导管容纳孔,内端的终点为一个在主管形体上径向内伸的环形肩台,位于轴向孔两端之间的中点,
有一个螺纹接套,在其内表面上形成波浪形,和导管端部的波纹配准连接,该螺纹接套用于包围导管端部,把导管端部的波纹留伸在螺纹接套端部的外面,和导管的端部共同插在导管容纳孔中,
一个螺母拧在套管上,该螺母在一端上有一个颈圈,抵靠该螺纹接套的后端,当把螺母在套管上旋转向前进时,把螺纹接套和导管的端部压在一起,从而抵靠该肩台,把导管端和肩台作紧压接触,其特征在于:
该螺纹接套有多边的外部构造形状,***该导管容纳孔的有相应形状的部分中,从而可以滑动***套管的导管容纳孔内而不能转动。
2、如权利要求第1项中之改进,特征为该螺纹接套的形式为一个拼合元件,由一对半圆形的半部组成,两个半部由一个整体形成的薄壁铰接部分连接,可以在铰接处断开,可以把断开的半圆柱形半部放在导管端部上,该半圆柱形半部互相对称。
3、如权利要求第1项中之改进,特征为该主管形体在肩台和套管的导管容纳孔的连接处,设有一个环形槽,在里面容纳一个密封环,放在从螺纹接套前端外伸的导管端的周围,当把导管插进套管时,该密封环的边和螺纹接套的端部有抵靠关系,从而被螺纹接套轴向挤压,***套管,而在径向上膨胀,在密封环及槽壁之间,以及密封环及被压在肩台上的导管端之间,形成密封接触。
4、如权利要求第1项中之改进,特征为该主管形体在离套管的相对端上,形成有外螺纹的公连接件,用以和母连接件作螺纹连接。
