Abstract
龙头出水口内接转接套,包括套体,其特征在于:所述套体由上套和下套组成;上套的上端口外侧设有螺纹,端口设有若干缺口,并且缺口两侧的端口口壁开有导膜槽,在导膜槽内卡有密封薄膜套的一部分,密封薄膜套的另一部分内套于上套的内壁上;下套的上端口口沿顶住一压缩弹环片,在下套旋转时可将压缩弹环片顶入上套缺口所对应的上套上端口口沿内壁。通过下套上顶压缩弹环片至上套所设缺口对应的上套内壁,压缩弹环片撑开上套上端口,可使上套适配多种规格短螺纹的内径水龙头,使用方便,结构巧妙。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转接套,具体涉及龙头出水口内接转接套,属于IPC分类第F 16K技术领域。
背景技术
水龙头出水口的内径一般为4分或6分,但因为水龙头的样式多样,特别是一些卫生间安装的水龙头(图4中的C图),这类水龙头出水口内径甚至小到2分、3分,这些出水口自配出水口的零件,这些水龙头出水口不会再配其他的转接套,因为卫生间使用已经足够,不过在一些特殊情况下,就需要通过接入水龙头,比如洗车时需要外接,在冲洗玻璃时需要外接,在冲洗地面时需要外接,此时就需要将该类水龙头出水口的零件先旋下,再将配得的外接头旋上,然后再用皮管套在外接头的另一端上,这样就实现了外接。
当然在转接的产品上,有一些外接靠扎箍扎紧的转接头,靠螺纹固定的转接头(参阅图4中的A图、B图),但因为这类水龙头出水口的零件螺纹短,水龙头的头部凸出,此类转接头并不适合在这些水龙头(图4中的C图)上转接。
目前针对该类水龙头,只能是采用专用的内接转接头,一个内接转接头对应一种规格,在特殊情况下需要专门去选购,非常不便和麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有水龙头出水口内螺纹短,口径大小不一,内接转接头一个并不能适配多种规格内径的技术问题,而提供了可以一个适配多种规格内径的龙头出水口内接转接套。
本发明所要解决问题的技术方案如下:
龙头出水口内接转接套,包括套体,其特征在于:所述套体由上套和下套组成;
上套的上端口外侧设有螺纹,端口设有若干缺口,并且缺口两侧的端口口壁开有导膜槽,在导膜槽内卡有密封薄膜套的一部分,密封薄膜套的另一部分内套于上套的内壁上;
下套的上端口口沿顶住一压缩弹环片,在下套旋转时可将压缩弹环片顶入上套缺口所对应的上套上端口口沿内壁。
所述上套与下套螺接,下套可在上套内进一步旋进。
所述下套由一下套体以及与下套体呈一台阶的延伸体组成,延伸体可深入上套下端。
所述上套由塑料材质制作而成。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过下套上顶压缩弹环片至上套所设缺口对应的上套内壁,压缩弹环片撑开上套上端口,可使上套适配多种规格短螺纹的内径水龙头,兼容性强,使用方便,结构巧妙,可单一生产,节省成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的阐述。
参阅图1至图3,龙头出水口内接转接套,包括套体,所述套体由上套1和下套2组成;
上套1的上端口11外侧设有螺纹12,端口11设有若干缺口13,并且缺口13两侧的端口11口壁开有导膜槽14,在导膜槽14内卡有密封薄膜套3的一部分,密封薄膜套3的另一部分内套于上套1的内壁上;
下套2的上端口21口沿顶住一压缩弹环片4,在下套2旋转时可将压缩弹环片4顶入上套1缺口13所对应的上套1上端口11口沿内壁。
本发明实现原理如下:
本发明在实施时,上套1的上端口11需小于或等于目前市面上,头部较凸出如图4所述C图的水龙头的短螺纹出水口的内口径。
先将上端口11移至水龙头出水口的部位并塞入水龙头出水口内部,此时,转接套并不能与出水口完全匹配,然后旋转下套2,使下套2顶着压缩弹环片4顶入上套11缺口13所对应的上套1上端口11口沿内壁,因为存在缺口13,所以压缩弹环片4时时释放的弹力在此时大于口沿内壁的阻力,使得该处内壁向导膜槽14挤压,导膜槽14内的部分密封薄膜套3也随之被挤压向上缺口11的外侧导膜槽14的槽边,该处槽边的外侧是设有螺纹的,促使整个上端口11扩大并且因为压缩弹环片4的弹力释放,压迫着上端口11外螺纹与水龙头出水口内径螺纹紧密接触,此时只需将上套1在水龙头出水口内径上微旋转一下达到旋紧即可。
在这个过程中,因为压缩弹环片4通过挤压导膜槽14的槽壁至上套1上端口11最外侧,所以设于导膜槽14内的密封薄膜套3就被很好固定于上套1的上端口11处,使得上套体1与接入出水口后,可以对上套1上端口相连的连接处的周边起到很理想的密封效果。
另外,对本发明而言,因为压缩弹环片4弹出之后就不能再下退回原位,也就导致本转接头不能被重复使用,这里的重复使用是指从水龙头出水口上取下后再接上。当然这并非是本发明要解决的技术问题,应排除在外。
进一步,本发明在实施时,所述上套1与下套2螺接,下套2可在上套1内进一步旋进。进一步旋转相当于预留了行程,这个螺旋行程刚好与压缩弹环片4的高度一样,当下套2在上套1内进一步旋进后,压缩弹环片4刚好进入缺口13对应的上端口11的内壁范围内。
进一步,本发明在实施时,所述下套2由一下套体22以及与下套体22呈一台阶的延伸体23组成,延伸体23可深入上套1下端。
进一步,本发明在实施时,所述上套1由塑料材质制作而成。塑料材质制作的上套1相对于金属制作,对于压缩弹环片4而言更加容易扩展。
Claims (4)
1.龙头出水口内接转接套,包括套体,其特征在于:所述套体由上套和下套组成;
上套的上端口外侧设有螺纹,端口设有若干缺口,并且缺口两侧的端口口壁开有导膜槽,在导膜槽内卡有密封薄膜套的一部分,密封薄膜套的另一部分内套于上套的内壁上;
下套的上端口口沿顶住一压缩弹环片,在下套旋转时可将压缩弹环片顶入上套缺口所对应的上套上端口口沿内壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙头出水口内接转接套,其特征在于:所述上套与下套螺接,下套可在上套内进一步旋进。
3.根据权利要求1所述的龙头出水口内接转接套,其特征在于:所述下套由一下套体以及与下套体呈一台阶的延伸体组成,延伸体可深入上套下端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的龙头出水口内接转接套,其特征在于:所述上套由塑料材质制作而成。
