Abstract

本发明涉及一种防回流装置，包括螺杆头、止逆环和止逆座，止逆环与止逆座的配合面为锥面；特点是：螺杆头前段椎头部位等分设有便于注塑的三个以上的凹槽，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的闸门，与螺杆头轴向配合的止逆环内壁上也相应的设有三个以上的注塑通道，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的凸台，在其中两个凸台上交错设有限位缺口，在螺杆头上设有与限位缺口大小相配的两排限位凸台，从而螺杆头相对止逆环可径向做限位顺时针或逆时针转动，使得螺杆头上的闸门可将止逆环上的注塑通道打开或关闭。在使用过程中其上的螺杆头上的闸门可直接关闭注塑通道，再次防止原料回流，保证注塑量，产品质量高，杜绝了螺杆头部藏料所导致制品发黄及起黑点的不良现象；结构合理加工简单、组装和拆卸方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于注塑机上的防回流装置。
背景技术
现有的注塑头装置包括三小件，即螺杆头、止逆环及止逆座。在注塑过程中，止逆环与止逆座上的锥面紧贴，阻断螺杆头前端的熔体回流，达到注塑之目的。但在熔胶和抽胶过程中，止逆环与止逆座的密封锥面不再贴合，由于螺杆头前后端熔体的压力及温度存在差异，所以在抽胶时熔体难免会在止逆环与止逆座之间的流道上流动，这样使得再次注塑量不同，从而直接影响到制品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在抽胶时，可有效的防止熔体回流的防回流装置。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是这样实现的，包括螺杆头、止逆环和止逆座，止逆环与止逆座的配合面为锥面，其特征在于：螺杆头前段椎头部位等分设有便于注塑的三个以上的凹槽，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的闸门，与螺杆头轴向配合的止逆环内壁上也相应的设有三个以上的注塑通道，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的凸台，在其中两个凸台上交错设有限位缺口，在螺杆头上设有与限位缺口大小相配的两排限位凸台，从而螺杆头相对止逆环可径向做限位顺时针或逆时针转动，使得螺杆头上的闸门可将止逆环上的注塑通道打开或关闭。
本发明进一步改进为，止逆环内壁的两端分别对称的设有三个以上的注塑通道，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的凸台，在其中两个凸台上交错设有限位缺口。螺杆头上的闸门与止逆环的配合面均为锥面。
本发明再进一步改进为，螺杆头前段椎头部位等分设有便于注胶的四个凹槽，其相对保留的部位形成四个闸门，与螺杆头轴向配合的止逆环内壁的两端上也相应的设有四个注塑通道，其相对保留的部位形成四个凸台，在其中相对的两个凸台上交错设有限位缺口。止逆环的中段内壁为平滑面。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
1、螺杆头上的闸门可直接关闭注塑通道，抽胶时防止熔体回流，保证注塑量，产品质量高；
2、杜绝了螺杆头部藏料所导致制品发黄及起黑点的不良现象；
3、结构合理加工简单、组装和拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的详述：
如图1-6所示，包括螺杆头1、止逆环2和止逆座3。止逆环2与止逆座3的配合面为锥面；螺杆头1前段椎头部位等分设有便于注塑的四个凹槽4，其相对保留的部位形成四个闸门5；与螺杆头1轴向配合的止逆环2内壁的两端上也相应的设有四个注塑通道6，其相对保留的部位形成四个凸台7，在其中对应的两个凸台7上交错设有限位缺口8，在螺杆头1上设有与限位缺口8大小相配的两排限位凸台9，从而螺杆头1相对止逆环2可径向做限位顺时针或逆时针转动，使得螺杆头1上的闸门5可将止逆环2上的注塑通道6打开或关闭；螺杆头上的闸门5与止逆环的配合面21均为锥面；止逆环2的中段内壁为平滑面。
使用时，在熔胶过程中，螺杆逆时针转动，螺杆头1上的闸门5打开，熔胶沿螺旋槽向前运动，在熔胶推力的作用下，止逆环2也向前运动，与止逆座3分离，熔胶沿止逆座3经止逆环2上的注塑通道6经螺杆头1上的凹槽4到达机筒前端的空腔。当熔胶完毕开始抽胶时，螺杆顺时针转动一个角度，由于螺杆头1上的限位凸台9的作用，带动止逆环2同时旋转，这时，螺杆头1上闸门5与止逆环2上的注塑通道6重合，从而起到螺杆头前后两端熔胶体不再交汇的止逆作用，保证注射量的重复精度。

Claims (5)

1.一种防回流装置，包括螺杆头(1)、止逆环(2)和止逆座(3)，止逆环(2)与止逆座(3)的配合面为锥面，其特征在于：螺杆头(1)前段椎头部位等分设有便于注塑的三个以上的凹槽(4)，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的闸门(5)，与螺杆头(1)轴向配合的止逆环(2)内壁上也相应的设有三个以上的注塑通道(6)，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的凸台(7)，在其中两个凸台(7)上交错设有限位缺口(8)，在螺杆头(1)上设有与限位缺口(8)大小相配的两排限位凸台(9)，从而螺杆头(1)相对止逆环(2)可径向做限位顺时针或逆时针转动，使得螺杆头(1)上的闸门(5)可将止逆环(2)上的注塑通道(6)打开或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述防回流装置，其特征在于：止逆环(2)内壁的两端分别设有三个以上的注塑通道(6)，其相对保留的部位形成三个以上的凸台(7)，在其中两个凸台(7)上交错设有限位缺口(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述防回流装置，其特征在于：螺杆头(1)前段椎头部位等分设有便于注塑的四个凹槽(4)，其相对保留的部位形成四个闸门(5)，与螺杆头(1)轴向配合的止逆环(2)内壁两端上也相应的设有四个注塑通道(6)，其相对保留的部位形成四个凸台(7)，在其中相对的两个凸台(7)上交错设有限位缺口(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述防回流装置，其特征在于：螺杆头上(1)的闸门(5)与止逆环(2)的配合面(21)为锥面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述防回流装置，其特征在于：止逆环(2)的中段内壁为平滑面。
