技术领域
本发明涉及一种多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
在排水、排污管道铺设中,需要用到检查井,检查井根据不同的规格,有单通、直通、90°弯、三通和四通等各种形式。检查井的主要结构包括主体井座,主体井座上制有竖连接管和横连接管,横连接管可以是一根、两根、三根或四根等,即上述的单通、直通、三通或四通,传统的模具在加工上述各种形式的检查井时,受模具生产工艺的限制,一副模具只能生产一种形式的检查井,即一种形式的检查井需要开一副模具,多种形式就需要开多副模具,成本投资相当大,模具利用率低,同时浪费资料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用不同的搭配方式,一副模具生产多种规格产品,模具利用率高,成本投资省的多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具。
本发明多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具的技术方案是:包括模具定模板和动模板,所述的定模板中制有浇口,定模板中安装定模镶块,定模镶块中制有热流道,所述的动模板下安装两块模脚,两模脚下安装复板,两模脚之间设置顶出机构,动模板中安装动模型芯,其特征在于所述的动模型芯四边外壁上安装至少三块横连接管堵块,各横连接管堵块外设置横连接管型芯,横连接管型芯外设置横连接管镶块,所述的横连接管镶块包覆在横连接管型芯外壁,横连接管型芯与横连接管镶块之间设置横连接管模腔,横连接管镶块与定模镶块和动模型芯之间设置竖连接管模腔,定模镶块与动模型芯之间设置主体井座模腔,主体井座模腔、竖连接管模腔和横连接管模腔互相连通,横连接管镶块的底面设置在动模板上,横连接管镶块的外壁有锁模抽芯机构。
本发明的多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具,由于在动模型芯四边外壁上安装至少三块横连接管堵块,各横连接管堵块外设置横连接管型芯,横连接管型芯与横连接管镶块之间设置横连接管模腔,横连接管镶块与定模镶块和动模型芯之间设置竖连接管模腔,定模镶块与动模型芯之间设置主体井座模腔,主体井座模腔、竖连接管模腔和横连接管模腔互相连通,生产时,如果生产单通检查井,三块横连接管堵块堵住三边的横连接管型芯,如果生产直通或90°弯检查井时,拆掉其中一边的横连接管堵块,如果生产三通检查井时,拆掉其中两边的横连接管堵块,如果生产四通检查井,将三块横连接管堵块全部拆下即可生产,一副模具可以生产多种规格的检查井,只需拆卸或装配上横连接管堵块,其它部件不用更换,甚至都不用将模具从注塑机中卸下,就可以通过装卸(搭配)横连接管堵块,生产不同规格的检查井,减少模具装配工时,提高模具利用率,降低成本投资。
本发明的多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具,所述的锁模抽芯机构包括在定模板下安装锁模块,锁模块的内壁与横连接管镶块的外壁相接触,所述的动模板中制有锁模插槽,锁模块的底部***锁模插槽中,动模板的侧壁安装抽芯油缸,抽芯油缸连接抽芯杆,抽芯杆穿过锁模块连接横连接管镶块,锁模块的底部***锁模插槽中,锁模牢靠,有效防止模具横向涨模,模具的纵向锁模依靠注塑机的合模力,很可靠。开模时,锁模块拔出,至开模结束,锁模块打开,再由抽芯油缸经抽芯杆带动横连接管镶块外滑抽芯。所述的锁模块的内壁中制有防撞凹槽,所述的横连接管镶块的外壁设置防撞凸块,防撞凹槽与防撞凸块相配合,防止合模时发生激烈碰撞,损坏模具部件。所述的横连接管堵块通过螺钉固定在横连接管型芯的外壁,固定牢靠,拆卸方便。所述的横连接管镶块底面制有滑块,动模板上制有滑槽,滑块与滑槽相配合,滑动顺畅。所述的顶出机构包括上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接顶杆,顶杆穿过动模板与产品相接触,产品顶出容易。

本发明涉及一种多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具,如图1—图4所示,包括模具定模板1和动模板2,所述的定模板中制有浇口3,定模板中安装定模镶块4,定模镶块中制有热流道5,所述的动模板2下安装两块模脚6,两模脚下安装复板7,两模脚之间设置顶出机构,动模板中安装动模型芯8,所述的动模型芯8四边外壁上安装至少三块横连接管堵块9,各横连接管堵块9外设置横连接管型芯10,横连接管型芯10外设置横连接管镶块11,所述的横连接管镶块11包覆在横连接管型芯10外壁,横连接管型芯10与横连接管镶块11之间设置横连接管模腔12,横连接管镶块11与定模镶块4和动模型芯8之间设置竖连接管模腔13,定模镶块4与动模型芯8之间设置主体井座模腔14,主体井座模腔14、竖连接管模腔13和横连接管模腔12互相连通,横连接管镶块11的底面设置在动模板2上,横连接管镶块11的外壁有锁模抽芯机构。由于在动模型芯8四边外壁上安装至少三块横连接管堵块9,各横连接管堵块9外设置横连接管型芯10,横连接管型芯10与横连接管镶块11之间设置横连接管模腔12,横连接管镶块11与定模镶块4和动模型芯8之间设置竖连接管模腔13,定模镶块4与动模型芯8之间设置主体井座模腔14,主体井座模腔14、竖连接管模腔13和横连接管模腔12互相连通,生产时,如果生产单通检查井,三块横连接管堵块9堵住三边的横连接管型芯10,如果生产直通或90°弯检查井时,拆掉其中一边的横连接管堵块9,如果生产三通检查井时,拆掉其中两边的横连接管堵块9,如果生产四通检查井,将三块横连接管堵块9全部拆下即可生产,一副模具可以生产多种规格的检查井,只需拆卸或装配上横连接管堵块,其它部件不用更换,甚至都不用将模具从注塑机中卸下,就可以通过装卸(搭配)横连接管堵块9,生产不同规格的检查井,减少模具装配工时,提高模具利用率,降低成本投资。所述的锁模抽芯机构包括在定模板1下安装锁模块18,锁模块的内壁与横连接管镶块11的外壁相接触,所述的动模板2中制有锁模插槽20,锁模块18的底部***锁模插槽20中,动模板2的侧壁安装抽芯油缸21,抽芯油缸连接抽芯杆22,抽芯杆22穿过锁模块18连接横连接管镶块11,锁模块18的底部***锁模插槽20中,锁模牢靠,有效防止模具横向涨模,模具的纵向锁模依靠注塑机的合模力,很可靠。开模时,锁模块18拔出,至开模结束,锁模块打开,再由抽芯油缸经抽芯杆22带动横连接管镶块11外滑抽芯。所述的锁模块的内壁中制有防撞凹槽19,所述的横连接管镶块11的外壁设置防撞凸块17,防撞凹槽19与防撞凸块17相配合,防止合模时发生激烈碰撞,损坏模具部件。所述的横连接管堵块9通过螺钉25固定在横连接管型芯10的外壁,固定牢靠,拆卸方便。所述的横连接管镶块11底面制有滑块15,动模板2上制有滑槽16,滑块15与滑槽16相配合,滑动顺畅。所述的顶出机构包括上顶板26和下顶板27,上顶板上连接顶杆29,顶杆29穿过动模板2与产品相接触,产品顶出容易。

1.多用途塑料排水检查井可调式模具,包括模具定模板(1)和动模板(2),所述的定模板中制有浇口(3),定模板中安装定模镶块(4),定模镶块中制有热流道(5),所述的动模板(2)下安装两块模脚(6),两模脚下安装复板(7),两模脚之间设置顶出机构,动模板中安装动模型芯(8),其特征在于所述的动模型芯(8)四边外壁上安装至少三块横连接管堵块(9),各横连接管堵块(9)外设置横连接管型芯(10),横连接管型芯(10)外设置横连接管镶块(11),所述的横连接管镶块(11)包覆在横连接管型芯(10)外壁,横连接管型芯(10)与横连接管镶块(11)之间设置横连接管模腔(12),横连接管镶块(11)与定模镶块(4)和动模型芯(8)之间设置竖连接管模腔(13),定模镶块(4)与动模型芯(8)之间设置主体井座模腔(14),主体井座模腔(14)、竖连接管模腔(13)和横连接管模腔(12)互相连通,生产时,如果生产单通检查井,三块横连接管堵块(9)堵住三边的横连接管型芯(10),如果生产直通或90°弯检查井时,拆掉其中一边的横连接管堵块(9),如果生产三通检查井时,拆掉其中两边的横连接管堵块(9),如果生产四通检查井,将三块横连接管堵块(9)全部拆下即可生产,一副模具可以生产多种规格的检查井,只需拆卸或装配上横连接管堵块,其它部件不用更换,甚至都不用将模具从注塑机中卸下,就可以通过装卸横连接管堵块(9),生产不同规格的检查井,减少模具装配工时,横连接管镶块(11)的底面设置在动模板(2)上,横连接管镶块(11)的外壁有锁模抽芯机构,所述的锁模抽芯机构包括在定模板(1)下安装锁模块(18),锁模块的内壁与横连接管镶块(11)的外壁相接触,所述的动模板(2)中制有锁模插槽(20),锁模块(18)的底部***锁模插槽(20)中,锁模牢靠,有效防止模具横向涨模,动模板(2)的侧壁安装抽芯油缸(21),抽芯油缸连接抽芯杆(22),抽芯杆(22)穿过锁模块(18)连接横连接管镶块(11),开模时,锁模块(18)拔出,至开模结束,锁模块打开,再由抽芯油缸经抽芯杆(22)带动横连接管镶块(11)外滑抽芯,所述的锁模块的内壁中制有防撞凹槽(19),所述的横连接管镶块(11)的外壁设置防撞凸块(17),防撞凹槽(19)与防撞凸块(17)相配合,防止合模时发生激烈碰撞,损坏模具部件,所述的横连接管堵块(9)通过螺钉(25)固定在动模型芯(8)的外壁,所述的横连接管镶块(11)底面制有滑块(15),动模板(2)上制有滑槽(16),滑块(15)与滑槽(16)相配合,所述的顶出机构包括上顶板(26)和下顶板(27),上顶板上连接顶杆(29),顶杆(29)穿过动模板(2)与产品相接触。
