Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA FIBRA óPTICA, PRé-FORMA PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA FIBRA óPTICA, FIBRA óPTICA E APARELHO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma fibra óptica compreende as etapas de inserir uma pré-forma de fibra óptica primária (11), tendo um primeiro eixo primário (x1) e uma superfície externa, em um tubo de sobre-revestimento (12), tendo um segundo eixo primário (x2) e uma superfície interna, de modo que as ditas superfície externa (111) e superfície interna (120) definam um espaço interno (15); reter a pré-forma primária (11) em uma posição inserida centralmente dentro do tubo de sobre-revestimento (12), com os ditos primeiro e segundo eixos primários (x1, x2) em alinhamento substancial entre eles; suprir grão de sobre-revestimento (13) ao espaço interno (15), que é limitado na extremidade inferior do tubo de sobre-revestimento (12) por meio de um fechamento (125): gerar uma condição de pressão reduzida dentro do espaço interno (15), que é limitado na extremidade superior do tubo de sobre-revestimento (12) por meio de um limitador (3), que retém a pré-forma de fibra óptica primária (11) e o tubo de sobre-revestimento (12) em posição; e aquecer a pré-forma secundária não processada (1), que consiste na pré-forma primária (11), tubo de sobre-revestimento (12) e grão de sobre-revestimento (13), na sua extremidade inferior a um estado amolecido, e estirar, simultânea ou subseqüentemente uma fibra óptica dela.
