Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MáQUINA PARA PERFURAR FUROS DE LUBRIFICAçãO EM VIRABREQUINS E PROCEDIMENTO CORRESPONDENTE". Máquina para perfurar furos de lubrificação em virabrequins e procedimento correspondente. é possível dispor da mesma para perfurar um, dois ou mais virabrequins por ciclo. Cada virabrequim pode girar em seu próprio eixo. O conjunto descrito é montado em um prato giratório com placa de cima horizontal e eixo de rotação vertical, para colocar os virabrequins com diferentes graus em relação ao eixo Z do módulo de usinagem, a horizontalidade dos eixos longitudinais dos virabrequins sendo mantida. Em frente ao conjunto, é encontrado o módulo de usinagem, provido de dois pinos de eixo horizontal, porta-ferramentas de perfuração, com as guia-brocas correspondentes e paralelas entre si, uma acima da outra, com a mesma distância que os dois virabrequins. O módulo tem movimentos em três coordenadas: eixo X (horizontal-transversal), Y (vertical) e Z (horizontal-avanço das brocas). Um quarto eixo W (com carro adicional e acionamento independente) se desloca paralelamente ao eixo Z e leva as buchas de guia da broca. Ela é dotada de um carregador automático (do conjunto broca + bucha de guia, ou somente da bucha de guia) que compreende simultaneamente o par de pinos porta-ferramentas. Aplicável no domínio da máquina-ferramenta.
