Abstract
''APARELHO PARA FORMAR HIDRAULICAMENTE UMA PEçA TUBULAR DE METAL EM BRUTO". Trata-se de um aparelho para formar hidraulicamente uma peça de metal tubular em bruto, que tem uma estrutura de matriz (12), uma fonte de fluido hidroformador, uma estrutura de contato com extremidade de tubo acionada hidraulicamente (36), uma estrutura intensificadora de pressão acionada hidraulicamente (110), e uma fonte de energia hidraúlica única (22). A estrutura de contato com extremidade de tubo (36) veda as extremidades opostas da peça de metal tubular em bruto (T) na cavidade de matriz e é móvel de modo a comprimir em sentido longitudinal a peça de metal tubular em bruto (T). A estrutura de contato com extremidade de tubo aloja o fluido hidroformador oriundo da fonte de fluido hidroformador e tem uma saída de abastecimento de fluido hidroformador, através da qual o fluido hidroformador pode ser fornecido à peça de metal tubular em bruto. A estrutura intensificadora de pressão acionada hidraulicamente (110) é capaz de mover-se de modo a pressurizar o fluido hidroformador fornecido à parte interna da peça de metal tubular em bruto e assim dilatar o diâmetro da peça em bruto. Uma fonte de energia hidráulica única (22) fornece o fluido hidraúlico sob pressão à estrutura intensificadora de pressão acionada hidraulicamente (110) de modo a se mover a estrutura intensificadora de pressão (110) e assim pressurizar o fluido hidroformador fornecido à parte interna da peça de metal tubular em bruto e dilatar o diâmetro da peça de metal tubular em bruto, de maneira que sua superfície externa se conforme à da superfície de matriz interna. A fonte de energia hidráulica única (22) também fornece o fluido hidraúlico sob pressão à estrutura de contato com extremidade de tubo acionada hidraulicamente para permitir que a estrutura de contato com a extremidade de tubo (36) comprima em sentido longitudinal a peça de metal tubular em bruto e faça com que o material de metal da peça em bruto tubular diametralmente dilatada escoe em sentido longitudinal para dentro, de modo a se reabastecer a espessura de parede da peça de metal tubular diametralmente dilatada e mantenha a espessura de parede dela dentro de uma faixa predeterminada.
