Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE CORPO ABSORVENTE. Um aparelho de fabricação de um corpo absorvente inclui: um duto para transportar fibras em formato de fibrilas por meio de um fluxo de ar; um primeiro tambor para permitir que as fibras transportadas através do duto sejam acumuladas em uma face periférica externa pela força de sucção do interior para transportar um corpo de fibra das fibras acumuladas, sendo o primeiro tambor um primeiro tambor padrão para definir a forma do corpo de fibra; um dispositivo de pulverização para pulverizar partículas absorventes; um segundo tambor para transportar um agregado obtido pela coleta das partículas pulverizadas em uma face periférica externa pela força de sucção do interior, o segundo tambor sendo um segundo tambor padrão para controlar a distribuição do agregado; e uma unidade de formação de camadas para estratificar o corpo de fibra e o agregado entre si.
