Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método estável para introduzir pelo menos um cassete induzível em uma célula, e que permite a transcrição controlável de dentro de tal cassete induzível. o método pode ser usado para qualquer tipo de célula, de qualquer organismo eucariótico, porém, tem uma aplicação particular na introdução de cassetes induzíveis em células-tronco pluripotentes, como células-tronco pluripotentes animais ou humanas (hpscs). o cassete induzível é inserido de dorma controlável, de tal modo que assegure que o material genético que contém não seja silenciado ou submetido a influências negativas do sítio de inserção, e a transcrição do material genético seja controlada.
