Abstract
trata-se de uma folha de aço galvanizada por mergulho a quente que compreende uma folha de metal de base e uma camada de galvanização de mergulho a quente, sendo que a folha de aço gal-vanizada por mergulho a quente tem uma camada de galvanização de mergulho a quente em que cristais colunares que compreendem 5% ou menos de fe, 1,0% ou menos de al e uma fase de ¿ são interpostos em 20% ou mais de toda a interface da camada de plaqueamento e a folha de aço na superfície da folha de aço de base, em que uma faz de ferrita constitui 50% ou menos e uma estrutura rígida constitui 50% ou mais em termos de razão de volume em uma faixa de 1/8 de espessura a 3/8 de espessura a partir da superfície da folha de aço de base e, em uma faixa de profundidade de 20 µm na folha de aço de base, a começar pela interface da camada de plaqueamentoe da folha de aço de base, a razão de volume de austenina residual é de 3% ou menos e a razão de volume da estrutura rígida é de 0,10 a 0,90 vezes a razão de volume da mesma, na faixa de 1/8 de espessura a 3/8 de espessura, sendo que a folha de aço galvanizada por mergulho a quente tem uma camada refinada no lado de interface da folha de aço de base, e a espessura média da camada refinada, o tamanho de grão médio da fase de ferrita na camada refinada e o diâmetro máximo de óxidos incluídos na camada refinada são, cada um, prescritos.
