resumo patente de invenção: "oxidação e aminação de álcoois secundários". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo compreendendo as etapas de: a) preparação de um álcool secundário, b) oxidação do álcool secundário através do contato com uma álcool desidrogenase dependente de nad(p)+ e c) contato do produto de oxidação da etapa a) com uma transaminase, sendo que no caso da álcool desidrogenase dependente de nad(p)+ e/ou da transaminase, se trata de uma enzima recombinante ou isolada, a um catalisador de célula inteira para a execução do processo e o uso de um tal catalisador de célula inteira para a oxidação de um álcool secundário. 20418818v1
