Abstract

método para produzir um líquido de açúcar a presente invenção é destinada a proporcionar um método para produzir um líquido de açúcar que repete um processo para produzir líquido de açúcar que compreende as etapas (1) a (3) abaixo: (1) a etapa de adicionar uma celulase derivada de fungo filamentoso a celulose para realizar hidrólise primária; (2) a etapa de adicionar uma celulase derivada de fungo filamentoso fresca ao hidrolisado em etapa (1) para realizar hidrólise secundária; e (3) a etapa de submeter o hidrolisado em etapa (2) a separação sólido-líquido para obter um líquido de açúcar, a partir do qual uma enzima recuperada é obtida; em que a enzima recuperada obtida em etapa (3) é usada para etapa (1) dos próximos e seguintes processos para produzir líquido de açúcar. por meio deste, a presente invenção proporciona um método para reduzir a quantidade de enzima usada, como celulase, em um método para produzir um líquido de açúcar a partir de celulose pré-tratada.
