Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO PARA VEìCULOS MOTORIZADOS, E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PNEUMáTICO". Pneumático para veículos motorizados, provido com uma estrutura da cinta (3) interposta circunferencialmente entre a carcaça (2) e a banda de rodagem (4), e que compreende pelo menos um par de lonas da cinta (5, 7) superpostas radialmente uma sobre a outra e que estendem-se axialmente de forma substancial no mesmo tanto que a dita banda de rodagem. Cada lona (5, 7) tem uma pluralidade de cordonéis (6, 8) orientados obliquamente em relação ao plano equatorial do pneumático e em direções opostas, e uma camada de reforço (10) radialmente externa ao dito pelo menos um par de lonas da cinta (5, 7), que tem elementos de reforço (11) que são substancialmente paralelos entre si e paralelos ao plano equatorial. Os elementos de reforço (11) da camada 0<198> compreendem arames de metal simples preformados de acordo com uma dada relação de preformação, que têm um alto módulo elástico e um alongamento considerável a baixas tensões.
