Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA MEDIR A CONCENTRAçãO DE ESPERMA TOTAL E DE ESPERMA MóVEL EM UMA AMOSTRA E PARA DETERMINAR A VELOCIDADE MéDIA DE CéLULAS DE ESPERMA E A PORCENTAGEM DE ESPERMA EM UMA AMOSTRA, SISTEMAS PARA MEDIR A CONCENTRAçãO DE ESPERMA TOTAL EM UMA AMOSTRA E PARA ANALISAR QUALIDADE DE SêMEN, E. DISPOSITIVO DE AMOSTRAGEM PARA USO NA ANáLISE óPTICA UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO". Um método para monitorar a concentração de esperma total (TSC) em amostra que compreende: (i) colocar a amostra em um recipiente transparente entre uma fonte de luz sincronicamente pulsante e um fotodetector; e (ii) medir a absortância óptica da amostra na faixa de 800- 1000 nm, o TSC da amostra sendo proporcional à absortância. Também apresentado é um dispositivo de amostragem para uso no analisar opticamente um fluido biológico, um método para medir a concentração de esperma móvel (MSC) em uma amostra de sêmen, um método de determinar a velocidade média (AV) de células de esperma e um sistema para analisar a qualidade de sêmen compreendendo dispositivos para medir TSC, dispositivos para medir MSC, e um sistema de visualização por vídeo.
