A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de transmissão de momento de rotação com pelo menos uma primeira unidade de embreagem, a qual apresenta pelo menos um mecanismo de desembrear e pelo menos uma unidade de manobra, assim como uma unidade de acionamento, a qual gera um sinal de acionamento, o qual é transmitido para a unidade de manobra. As elasticidades da unidade de manobra, da unidade de acionamento e do mecanismo de desembrear, assim como a elasticidade total do sistema preenchem condições determinadas.
